I like going here for pedicures because they use a new plastic liner for each new client. The men can be pretty aggressive to the point where it can be painful but the ladies there are wonderful and I always leave happy! Everyone is nice and welcoming. My dad has diabetes and gets ingrown toenails because of it. We came for pedicures and they were so considerate. Patrick chose to do the work himself because he said he specializes in ingrown nails. He worked slowly and focused on his feet. He checked every toe and was incredibly considerate. My dad is very happy and within 10 minutes of being here, said he would come back again. My mother and I also got pedicures and were very happy. The prices are average. A classic pedicure is $25 which includes a hot stone massage. I added the paraffin wax for $5. Winning! Read Less

I can be very demanding when it comes to the shape and length of my nails when I get gel manicures. Classy Nails went above and beyond my expectations and kindly granted my requests. I was a first time visitor yesterday and it was definitely the best gel manicure I've had in Colorado Springs. I really wanted to like this place but I'm being honest when I say that I'll never return. I've had many pedicures in this town and this was, by far, the most PAINFUL one I've ever had. The man who did my pedi cut the corner of my toe. Honestly, there is a chunk taken from my toe. He apologized and applied some blue gel that didn't do much. I have to say that I was worried about cross-contamination as he put the lid back on the gel. He proceeds to make another cut on the other foot. Nothing was ingrown or even involved my nail. He cut the skin. Honestly? I couldn't believe what I experienced. The polish job was so awful they had to call another person over to redo. While the second polish job was nice, I'm still hurting and bleeding.  This was $35 plus another $35 for gel nails. The nails are okay but won't be back. Instead I'll go by urgent care to get a shot of antibiotics. Read Less

This place is busy because it is conveniently located and very up to date with current nail trends. Their nail techs do wonderful jobs in a decent amount of time. You can ask for something very specific or just show them a picture and they will do exactly what you want. It's wise to make an appointment because of how busy it gets. I wish I could give this place all five stars. It's clean, they use clean tools and they are friendly. Here's the bad... they are extremely busy. You might be thinking, "well that's a good thing. That means they are good." Yes, but it's also a burden to those who make appointments. I made an appointment for 2:30pm and was seated at the nail station right away. I waited until 3pm until I finally walked out. Yup, no one attended to me or told me the status for thirty minutes. What's the point of making appointments, if they are going to prioritize their services to walk ins? It doesn't make sense. Several weeks back I attempted to use the yelp messenger to make an appointment. They have not responded to my request. I ended up calling them and was seen. Only had to wait 5 minutes for service but that's because it was a Wednesday. So I guess the point of this review is, if you want to go here, that's great! I started coming here a few months ago and unfortunately I'm moving back to California. But TIM is the best nail tech I have ever met. I always get powder and he takes his time, never rushed. He's so creative... I'm so sad I'm leaving because now I have no one to do my nail art. I always get compliments on my nails and definitely recommend Tim to everyone! YES. I just recently moved to Colorado from Miami- where i've had the same nail tech for the past two years. It took me quite some time to find a salon worth investing my money and time in, this one really takes the cake! Everything from the customer service, to the color powder assortment, to the quality of the work is perfect. I had my pedicure done by Patrick, who was kind and took his time, and used hot rocks during the massage portion - great successTim is an acrylic nail wizard. He works quickly and moves his brush around the nail like if he were creating some sort of magical potion. Whatever it is he does, he does it with expertise. I always see Tim and have NEVER been disappointed. I'm at the point to when I go in I tell him to go ahead and do whatever he wants. He can duplicate any design you show him but he has  a very artistic eye himself and comes up with awesome designs on the spot! I won't go anywhere else! The whole staff is great! I'm sold.I called the morning of and made an appointment for a full set. When I got there, there were only two people working. It took them another 30 to get to me. They were umping between me and their other customers, so it took really long. But Tim did my nails and they came out fantastic. He was able to do a matte nude with shiny tips! And he did the cutest little black acrylic bows with rhinestone centers (his touch!).  And they were only $45. The place was clean. No complaints there. I'm a regular now.
