Came in at 12:45 Saturday and was able to get right in for a mani pedi. They have a good selection of colors. The nail tech that worked on me put 2 coats on my toes which dried just fine. However did 3 coats on my nails which I think 2 would have been fine. She told me I was good to go at 2:00 so drove home. They still seemed pretty tacky when I got home so sat around and watched tv for an hour. Shortly after 3:00 got up to do some housework and 3 of them smudged due to still being wet. I called and they said come back in and they will fix them. Went right back in and they said 45 minute wait. I’m a full time working mom with a toddler and don’t have that kind of time to kill. I asked if they could give me a refund, do gel instead or give store credit to come back another day. They were not open to that and instead put 4 more coats of polish on! I appreciated that there was no wait and the rates seems reasonable. Once I sat down I felt like I had made a big mistake. There was confusion as to which nail tech was going to do my nails. The cleanliness was questionable. I didn't see anyone cleaning up after services were rendered for other clients. I sat in a chair and on the shelves next to me were open containers of food. The atmosphere was cluttered and chaotic with random items tucked all over the salon. I had requested White Tips with Shellac polish on my hands. Love them! I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I am very picky!! I was having a hard time finding a new place after my tech moved. I have never been happier here. I went In today for a mani pedi, to treat myself. . (I am very picky and haven't found anyone to make regular visits.) I loved it! The women there are very friendly, and fantastic at what they do. So much so that i TRUSTED them to wax my eyebrows, after growing them for 2 months!! I had a very BAD 2 experiences. Perfect! EXACTLY what I wanted!! I will be returning AND telling anyone in need. Clean salon with great customer service. I've been getting Solar acrylic nails and they hardly lift and last me about 4 weeks from service. The owner and associates are very friendly and even dealt with my 3 year old daughter having a meltdown without a problem haha Very happy I was able to find this salon!! Thank you Axxium! Read Less

I had a pedicure here today and had absolutely nothing to complain about.Quiet, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Half the price as the place in southglenn and much nicer people and a better job!!Will come back for another pedicure and try them again!! Read Less
