They charged extra for nail polish (granted it was gel polish but my usual place the charge for gel is included in the $35). The woman that started my nails didn't seem like she knew what she was doing because the owner came over and took over and started training her and another girl there. I have come here since they opened and was quite disappointed with my last appointment. I went last Friday. First, I had asked for one of the gentleman and had made a reservation and a young lady was assigned to me. I was ok with that and she did get a good job of cutting my toe nails, trimming the cuticles and painting the nails. When I got back home, my feet were exactly as before. She had hardly touched touched the heals and bottom and sides of the foot and they were very rough. I am on a limited income so getting a pedicure is a real treat. The last gentleman who did my feet was excellent. But this woman did not touch my heel and underfoot. If its a time limit thing, I would rather eliminate the hot stone massage and have the bottom of and the sides of the foot done. Read Less

I give this place 4 out of 5 stars only because of the prices they charge for what it is. They are absolutely awesome at customer service and produce the high quality results that you would expect from a professional salon. They have many services available, including massage, paraffin wax treatments, eyelash extensions, any mani or pedi you can think of and more!That having been said, their location off the beaten track and their overall "digs" do not put them in the higher end price range they are charging for their services. I would expect to pay $100 for a full gel set mani-pedi somewhere in Lone Tree or Cherry Creek, but not at this charming little establishment. I'll return when I feel like pampering myself, just because it's close to home and I really like the ladies there. They really do a great job! But sorry, ladies, you only get 4 stars. Read Less

My very first manicure was a disaster, she kept leaving me to answer phone, missed polish on a nail then asked 2 other people to do my top coat on my way out the door. I was so disappointed. Very welcoming and accommodating. I called requesting an appointment in the next 30-45mins for a pedicure and they told me it would be not problem. I was given a chair right away. I love going to this Salon. The staff are super friendly and it is a very busy salon. I always have a running conversation going and if something doesn't feel or look right I point it out right away and the staff are more than happy to correct or explain the process to me.I had a full gel set completed for the first time today and am quite pleased with the results. I have been going to this spa for a couple of years now because of the consistently warm welcome, good service and super warm and seemingly happy staff. My service seemed really rushed, and was not relaxing at all they would start one service while finishing another they were just rushing around and seemed stressed out which stressed me out. They moved me from my pedicure chair to the uncomfortable waiting room chair while the paraffin was was on my feet, so my service wasn't even over.. because they needed the chair for the next guest. I didn't even see them clean the pedicure sink properly.. my girlfriend asked for the Fren...ch pedicure and the lady said it would be 5$ extra. She never agreed to It being gel polish and was charged an extra 20$ and they didn't even discount her. They said next time tell them she didn't want gel.. which should not be her job. I would not recommend this place at all. Highly disappointed with the service, they were rude, and my nails came out terrible. My boyfriend treated us to a pedicure. I tend to bite my nails when stressed so I decided to request a full set of gel nails last minute. I didn’t realize they were closing in 30 minutes and had to rush. Had I known I would of declined to do the gel set. When the lady sat down to do my nails the rudely commented on how short they were and the woman doing my pedicure snickered. I felt the need to explain myself, which is just ridiculous because I came to be pampered not judged. When they finished my nails they were different sizes, lop sided, and even crooked. My left middle nail was cracked and ended up breaking that evening. The polish didn’t fully dry, it just looked awful. I asked for my toes to be squared and not too short. They were cut very, very short and unevenly. When I came back the following day to get my nail fixed the lady notice I changed the polish and was offended by it. I brushed it off and thanked her for fixing my nail. Sadly, another nail broke that evening. I ended up by my own gel supplies at Sally’s and fixed it myself. A definite waste of $180. Read Less

I love that this place cuts and files before soaking, and use hot towels to clean off lotion after hand massage. Very, very good for a reasonable price. I just get a basic manicure for $15 plus tip. Sometimes they aren't very social, but I don't really care about that. Their work is solid! Read Less

I was really impressed by the cleanliness and awesome services. I was helped by Jane and Seulki for a mani-pedi, they did an amazing job!! They took their time and paid attention to the details. The entire staff is warm and welcoming to all the customers. They have a wide selection of quality polishes that are very organized! It's a little far from me, but worth it for a salon that is SO clean and has a great staff who do beautiful work! Read Less

SO disappointed as I tried this salon out for the first time 3 days before my wedding, and now have to head up to my go to salon in the Highlands (Nail Alt- Julie) for a redo tomorrow.  Very pretty salon and nice enough technicians, but my pedi was sloppy- thick polish and both big toes showing smudges before I even left the salon, and my shellac mani sub par- got a lighter color that looked streaky and lines could easily be seen.  Worse than the outcome were the length of time that it took (1 hr and 40 minutes?!) as the two techs chatted the entire time, and the $70 charge for such sub par work, broken down to $35 and $35 for each.  I have told the friend who sent me to stop sending folks and will surely not be visiting again! I came to this place simply because it was close to where I worked and I wanted a gel set put on before I went home. When I arrived there were two employees working on customers and one customer in the waiting area. My wait was surprisingly only bout 15 minutes and the service was outstanding. My appointment ended up running a bit longer than I expected and I mentioned this to the woman that was doing my nails. She ended up putting it into super drive and I was out of there only five minutes past the time I had to leave.VERY impressed with everything. This place is now my go to place for nails. Read Less
