I came to Regal nails because of the convenience. I brought my 2 daughters along for a polish while I got a fill. My gosh they were over priced! I spent a total of $48 for a fill with gel polish and 2 regular polish. My oldest daughter asked for a design that the nail tech conveniently "forgot" to do. And my youngest daughters nails came out horrible. As if the nail tech simply didn't care to do a good job because of my daughters young age. They left polish on both of my daughters skin. My fill started off well as my nail tech was gentle but when it came time for polish, he seemed to miss the edges of my nails completely. Too bad i cant give them no stars at all. First experience wasn’t so great as the tech I got didn’t do a good job, but the owner personally reached out to me and exceeded my expectations!! I went back in and had my full set repaired and redone at no charge with Cindy and she did a fabulous job. I’ll be sure to book in with her every time from now on! They turned a bad experience around and I am very pleased =) will be bringing in some girlfriends for pedicures very soon! Read Less

Accommodating and great to talk to while getting nails done. When I come back to Vancouver, I will def get my nails done here again. One of the best places I have been. i went to regal nails on a sunday afternoon. i waited  had my feet soak in the lukewarmwater . they were busy and i had no appointment. i love the way they tookcare of me. they went beyond and finished me up with a good foot massage. i loved the service cant wait to come back. Read Less
