Polish turns colors after a few days. Took into consideration it could've been something I was doing. (perhaps my hot fllatiron, makeup, hair product etc.). Happened twice, once with light pink shellac polish and the second time with pink and white french. I returned to the salon and nicely asked if they could re-polish my nails and explained how the color turned and Cindy had a very nasty attitude and told me not to get the color again and that it was definitely not her products and it was because of what I was doing. Overall she was very rude and the polish changed again after this visit. However, I've gone to this nail salon for almost two years now and Cindy has always done an amazing job so I did tip her. Although customer service could be alot better and I also discovered it is their polish causing the fading because I went to another salon(Beyond Nails) and this did not happen. One of the worst experiences ever. Walked in since it was close to my house, based on reviews I had read I figured it would be good. They seemed very short staffed. My mani/pedi were not very good. The main girl was wearing a dress that most would wear clubbing and was talking to the owner or somebody the whole time. I told them I wanted a mani/ pedi and once she did my mani she told me how much it would be and had totally forgotten about my pedi. I am all about professionalism and they were not at all. Would NEVER come back to this place. My Daughter had her eyebrows waxed by the owner of the shop who completely ruined them. I told her I shouldn't have to pay since i have to go elsewhere to fix everything and the owner started yelling at us in the salon and made a scene because i refused to leave without everything being fixed or not pay for the services. Another technician had to fix my Daughter's eyebrows, redo her Pedi/Mani. I get it's prom season and everybody is busy, doesn't mean you can mistreat customers and provide poor service. I adore Cindy and her entire spa team. They have wonderful english speaking technicians that make you feel welcome. They give you a cold bottled water or glass of wine free of charge! I was excited to come get my nails done with my friend because it had been long overdue. Well we walked in, picked our colors, and I needed a rebase and shellac. I got called over to Cindy's table because she was ready for me. Well from the beginning she was rushing. She ground off my old shellac so quickly barely getting all my old polish off. Then when she was shaping my nails none of them were the same shape and she even tore up some of my cuticle. So I asked her if she had an appt following me and she said yes and I knew why she was rushing to get me done. I walked away from her table with shellac all over my skin, horribly shaped nails, and some of my old color showing through the lighter color i had chosen this time. As I was paying(the full price even though she knew I was unhappy and she owns the joint) she remarked "I'm sorry I'm not good enough for you". I do not recommend this place EVER. I paid $10 more than I usually do at my normal nail salon and my nails look awful. Read Less

Owner Cindy is unethical and rude.  She would not honor a $50 gift certificate that expired 1 month ago even though Colorado law states that gift certificates must be honored for 5 years.  When I explained the law to her she then said that she did not recognize the signature on the certificate.  This is flat out stealing because someone paid $50 that she gets to keep.  There are way too many nail salons around - no need to patronize a business that has no ethics! I stopped in here with my mom before my vacation for a pedicure and shellac. I usually do not go here and neither does she but it was in between our work at the time. My toe nail polish was peeling off before I even made it on vacation-two days after my pedicure. My regular shellac manicure lasts almost a three weeks. My nails usually have to be cut before it will even peel, not here! Has been only just over a week and it is already peeling off of all of my nails. I haven't done anything I normally don't do that would cause this to happen. They are also twice the price of many other salons! But only after they add on a bunch of stuff that you thought would come with the Mani/pedi anyways. Twice the price, half the value. Avoid this place. Read Less

Bleeding! I left there with a huge chunk of skin missing from my little toe.  Having to pay extra for the callus removal was a surprise but then she scraped skin off my foot until it was bleeding. Horrible experience! Didn't care or apologize. Just tried to upsell me on better polish. I get pedicures every 2 weeks and would consider this the worst ever. The health department is being informed. I am on business visiting the area and good La Vogue Nails Spa. The experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is friendly and professional. I got a Gel mani pedi and it is one of the best I have had. I would recommend this nail spa which is something I have never done. I wish I could pack them up and take them home with me. Read Less

La Vogue Nail Shop is AWESOME! I visit every three weeks and have been doing so for several years now. Everyone is super friendly and the service is top notch. I love going to Hannah because I enjoy the great job she does as well as the time she spends with me just to talk and laugh. I've also had Cindy and Tre do my nails, and I have never been disappointed! I just had a fabulous mani and a pedi this morning, in fact :) In addition to the many other services they provide, you can get a beverage while you are being pampered! I made the mistake once of going somewhere else because it was closer to my house. Needless to say, I won't ever do that again. I recently went to this salon for the first time and was very pleased!  The facility was nice and clean, and everyone was very friendly!  They do a great job too! This is a hidden gem! It is kinda tucked back, just north of county line road off of Yosemite.  The nail salon is much bigger than it looks from the outside and it is very clean and nice inside. 2 sisters run the salon and they are awesome! I think my favorite part is that they have an extra, private pedicure room where you can go with the girls or your family and have it be just you guys :) I had a really good pedicure here the other day (one of the best massages I have had)! I have also been going here to get a shellac mani for a while and I love how long it lasts and how nice it makes my hands look! I would definitely recommend La Vogue! Read Less

I have been going to this place on and off for years. I just started going back recently, in January. I will say that this salon never wants to turn anyone away, so it's a lot of "pick your color" and sit with your feet in the water until they actually have a staff member available to get to you. They are almost always busy. I don't go for pedicures, so this doesn't bother me that much. However, I did make an appointment on a Saturday for three people and they stopped taking clients in advance to make sure they had technicians available for me and my friends when I got there. That's how an appointment is supposed to work - you would be amazed how many places screw this up. Cindy does great nails. I had been previously going to a different salon, much closer to my house, and their acrylics were just not as good. They broke much easier and the polish did not last as long as with La Vogue. I go out of my way now to get my rebases done here. She does a great job with waxing as well. Read Less

I would highly recommend LaVogue.  Before I came to La Vogue my shellac only lasted a week before it started chipping.  The manicures I get at La Vogue last 3 to 4 weeks without a chip or tear.  I get so many compliments on my nails its crazy.  If you walk in they work you in asap and its worth the short wait. I have been coming here for years! Great service and attention to detail! Hannah and Cindy are great nail artists not just burn and churn customers. Not here they care! They play american music and all speak wonderful english. I have had multiple issues with other nail shops and you feel like an outsider when you come in. Hanna the owner cares very much about her customers and their satisfaction. I would not keep coming back year over year if I was not thrilled. They also have great waxing treatments as well. This place is horrible!  Not only did I sit in the pedi chair for 20 minutes letting my feet turn into prunes, but it was the worst pedi of my life!!  They were busy, so she rushed through my pedi, which took her all of 8 minutes to finish.  She kept nagging me about putting shellac on my toes, which I didn't want.  The manicure was a joke.  Again, she rushed through, literally DID NOT file my nails, didn't bother to finish removing the existing Shellac on my nail and painted on a crappy, uneven new layer of Shellac.  Not sure what is in their Shellac polish, but the color completely faded out of the polish within a week.  It looks like flesh colored goo on my nails.  To top it off, it was $63.  This place is WAY over priced for HORRIBLE service!! I have been seeing Hannah at La Vogue Nails for about 4 years and have been very pleased.  My first visit I was going on a last minute business trip and I was desperate to get a rebase.  Hannah stayed well past closing time to help me and did a terrific job.She's fast and the nails and shellac pedicures last and last - to me, that's value.I also like the open, spacious floor plan - no fumes!  And she had the latest products and colors. When this place opened a couple of years ago, their technique was good and they spent time on making your nails look good.  Today, they don't recognize their regulars when they see them, everything is overpriced, and the work ethic of these people is less than par.  Constantly talking to each other, or better yet, texting on their phones.  My nails look like crap--I could do them better myself.  Since when do you have to ask someone to cut your cuticles or cut your seemingly jagged/long toenails?  I thought that was pretty basic.  And they are CONSTANTLY upselling you, even if you say you don't want it. Talk about annoying.  Needless to say, I was a regular, but this place has gone so downhill I am never returning. Read Less
