I’m very new to the area and was introduced to Victoria and her beautiful salon by a very good friend. This is my second visit and I absolutely love the salon, the professionalism of the products and service really make it stand out. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. If you want to feel pampered and relaxed during your treatment and leave feeling like a millions bucks, then this is the place to come. Quality gone drastically downhill. My nail professional seems like she was in an extreme hurry to be elsewhere! I was rushed through the process, hurt several times but didn't say anything. I had a pedicure and asked for a nail extension. They are insisted on the silk nail extension which was $ 60.00, but never explained the cost. They charge extra for everything. The lady was rude, doing pedicure she nicked my toes and nick my fingers as putting on the extension. Nails looked horrible, flat not shaped properly. A day after I traveled for business and was embarrassing my nail extension started to popping off. My mother also had pedi and mani and her nail polish was off a day after. I had a shellac manicure here in June and was very happy with it, so decided to return two weeks ago. This time I had a shellac polish change on my hands, and a shellac pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was very rough while trimming my cuticles, and painfully nicked my skin several times, despite me asking her twice to be more gentle. My hands and feet looked good when I left, but that didn't last. Within a week, the bright coral polish on my feet had faded to an almost t...ranslucent pale pink! I have been getting shellac polish for years, and I have never experienced that before. Also, the polish on my hands started chipping just after the first week, because the ends hadn't been sealed properly. Worst place for gel nails: Lush Nails Most unprofessional attitude Glued my previous gel polish to my nail with super glue then 'dipped' me nails in acrylic OVER TOP and finished with gel polish again all because she over scheduled our wedding party even though one person getting two services didn't show up. Too lazy to do a proper fill and fix lifting nails properly leaving me to pay $50 for the shittiest set of nails I've ever had that I had to replace THREE DAYS LATER. Ad...vertising $40 fills and then charging me $50. My nails look so bumpy it's embarrassing and one came off completely withing 5 days. I'm so incredibly frustrated with this woman. I sat there fuming because it was 6 pm the day before the wedding so I had to let her mess around trying to make these look presentable. I simply LOVE the fabulous Nail Techs, Kay and Laura!You can basically walk in, but do ask for a time.  I enjoy the fact that this place is NOT an assembly line!Never rushed and pleasant.  My Pedicure lasts an entire month!!!  I get my massage at a Elements and walk right over.  Quiet clean lovely place! I will never go here again. My friend I went today and honestly I had the worst pedicure of my life! She cut my nails so short my toes are literally throbbing. I told her it was too short and she cut the corners right out she argued me and continued. The worst experience I Have ever had at a nail salon.  I had a 2:00 appointment and called to say I was going to be 20 minutes late.  I asked if that was alright or if I should reschedule, and she said it would be fine.  When I arrived she was in such a hurry and didn't even soak my nails befor cutting and filing.  I asked why she didn't soak and she told me they don't do that with a gel manicure.  I questioned that and she told me it was because I was late.  I told her I called and said I would be late and she said to come anyway.  I have never been treated so poorly in a salon and definitely would NOT recommend.
