My pedicure looked so amateurish, she kept trying to fix it but kept making it worse. I finally said, enough i havw to go and wouldn't stay for the mani. Paid for my pedi and got out. I'll have to fix it at home later I'm in a hurry so this will have to do for today :( Read Less

I live close by and went in for the first time yesterday. This salon is so dirty I wanted to leave during my whole shellac manicure. I'm honestly surprised the health department hasn't flagged them. ALL of their tools are gross and dirty, these days nail salons are sanitizing tools. The shellac polish wasn't fresh either. Nice employee but filthy. Will not be going back. They should honestly be reported. I have not be in a salon this dirty in a long time. As far as the shellac mani, it wasn't very good. Painted thick on sides and is already peeling up. Worst pedicure technician I have ever had. Didn't ask which pedicure I wanted. All she said was " pick out a color". She was SO rough, I finally told her she was hurting me, that continued. NEVER Spoke,just pushed my foot/feet into the water as needed I considered leaving when she started,and I should have.I was given the least expensive pedicure and reluctantly did leave a 20% tip. This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I definitely wasn't disappointed. I went in for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The salon was very clean and relaxing. I am giving my experience 5 stars because the tech was so meticulous!! She did not rush and I received one of the best mani/pedi ever. My cuticles and polish look absolutely perfect. My Godmother and I only had one day to get pedicures together and we had the hardest time finding a place! Then, by chance, we found Image Nails! The prices were wonderful, they got us in the chairs asap and the pedicure was just what I wanted, especially for that great of a price! The atmosphere was lovely and it was clean, which as a licensed technician myself, is insanely important. Highly recommend, will definitely be going back! Read Less

Staff very friendly and attentive. We have gotten pedicures here and they are among our top favorite places to go for pedicures. Atmosphere is relaxing. The staff don't sit there and ignore you while talking to each other. As much as I hate to say this is a perk, it is primarily English speaking which is comforting. Glory is the owner and she has been doing my lashes for several months now and overall I am pleased.  The shop is warm and friendly.  Theresa has been doing gels on my nails for several months now she is great and the price is reasonable.  Theresa gives a great pedicure massage too.  :-)  I say go ahead and pay the extra to get Gel toes they really last!As I am typing this I see two extremely negative reviews for this Salon coming up next to my typing.  Let me say I have known the salon owner for 15 years when she was an employee of the previous owner and I DO NOT for one minute believe that anybody was treated rudely or turned away from this salon.  I have popped in from time to time over the years to have various manis and pedis done and I have NEVER observed any malice or rudeness of any kind whatsoever.  Glory, her husband Robert and their entire staff are kind and courteous in nature!  I am infuriated that somebody put this negativity on here in an obvious attempt to lower their rating! One of the best nail salons I've been to!  Very easy to make an appointment but they also take walk-ins (which I've done many times in desperation).  The pedicures are to die for...the massage seems like it lasts forever... I thought I died and went to Heaven!  The shellac manicure is done so well that what should typically last 3 weeks can last twice that long! Cant go wrong going to Image Nails.  Love them! Read Less

Never ever go there!!! I was there an hour and a half for a rebase. They soaked my nails in acetone first (I don't know why). Make a disaster of my nails. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay double!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never ever go back Read Less
