I was referred to this salon 3 years ago by a client. I have never been disappointed. Ty, Linda, Kim & Michael are very good. Ty usually does my nails & if she isn’t available Linda does them. Either Michael or Kim does my pedi. Ty & I have great conversations. Linda is so sweet. My nails always get noticed by other women & I always recommend them to others. Thank you all for making my nails & feet so pretty💜. Janet

Regal nails in Castlerock is the best, I have been to several nail salons in Castlerock and no one compares to the good products and excellent service. This salon guarantees their work and are honest....
Regal nails in Castlerock is the best, I have been to several nail salons in Castlerock and no one compares to the good products and excellent service. This salon guarantees their work and are honest. I have observed the interactions with other customers and the technicians always try to accommodate everyone. Sometimes customers say they will be back and don't return so the tech takes customers as they come or are honest and tells them that there is a wait. These techs work 7 days a week and are always professional and respectful.The color choices are great. I always like the excellent mani and pedi and I am 110% satisfied with the end results each time I go there. I give Regal nails in Castlerock a thumbs up ! Sincerely: Darlene L

Do not go here! I had never been here before but I went there a couple days ago and got a full set put on. The next day a few of my nails hurt so bad! Under the acrylic there is a lot of air bubbles, ...
Do not go here! I had never been here before but I went there a couple days ago and got a full set put on. The next day a few of my nails hurt so bad! Under the acrylic there is a lot of air bubbles, all of the filing & lengths are uneven, they are crooked and look horrible. I tried telling the girl that was doing them but she did not understand anything I was saying...she would laugh, or say nothing..not even look at me & keep going. Today I called and asked if I could get a refund and the lady did not understand why I wouldn't like them because she said that everybody there does great work and they've never had an unhappy customer. She said that she will not give me a refund but that I could go in and they would take them all off and redo them. I told her that I just wanted a refund and that I was going to go have my nails done somewhere else. At this point she got very rude and told me that it was not her fault that I didn't like them and that I was not going to get my money back. She told me to have a nice day and hung up on me!

I come here often (and usually have a good experience) and usually get the man or the woman who has been there for a while. Today I got a younger girl who did my pedicure, I got the hot stone pedicure...
I come here often (and usually have a good experience) and usually get the man or the woman who has been there for a while. Today I got a younger girl who did my pedicure, I got the hot stone pedicure. She massaged and did my sugar scrub for maybe 3 minutes total. She "massaged" my legs with her fingertips but had long nails so scratched me instead. When I told her she was scratching me she just switched legs. She continued to scratch so I finally told her to just stop because her nails were too long and it hurt. The pedicure in total should take about an hour and mine took approximately 30 minutes. When I told her I refused to pay full price for a half job she spoke in a different language to her coworker then rolled her eyes. I paid $30 instead of $38. I was never asked if temperatures were too hot or too cold, she didn't check to make sure I liked my color, and also didn't ask if I wanted my nails shorter, she just went ahead and cut them. Although the nail job itself looks fine, the customer service issue should be fixed or this location will continue losing service.

I can't say enough about how great this place is. They go out of their way to make your visit pleasant. I leave there with my nails looking so good. Love this place!!! Five stars is not enough!

I'm not even sure where to start. This was my first mani/pedi in my entire life. So incredibly disappointing.1) I requested the mani/pedi special ($30). The lady at first seemed extremely nice. However, she immediately started to try to upsell me to a shellac mani. I politely declined, but she kept insisting. We went back and forth several times to a point where it became extremely uncomfortable. The lady's fake friendly demeanor quickly dissipated at that point.2) The lady was passive/aggressive rude throughout the entire service. It was extremely uncomfortable. 3) When it was time to pay, I wanted to pay with a MasterCard (they have a sign that says they accept Visa/MasterCard). The lady insisted I pay cash. I politely declined. She told me to go to the ATM and pull cash. I couldn't believe it. I declined again. She said if I went to the ATM then she would give me $3 off my services. I declined again. Then she proceeded to offer me $7 off my services. I declined AGAIN. She ran my credit card for the $30 and slapped the receipt in front of me in an aggressive way. Yeeeeaah, no tip for you.I haven't had such an unpleasant experience in such a long time....bravo, Regal Nail Salon.

Wow, here for a wedding and needed to get a pedicure so I looked this place up on Yelp. Very pleased with the service. A little more expensive then I am used to in Cali but overall I was pleased and would recommend this shop. My tech was friendly and did a great job especially gentle and professional in getting rid of a hang nail that was bothering me.

This nail salon is inside of the Castle Rock Walmart. The facility is clean & the service is excellent! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I can get my shopping & nails done in one place, which saves me time. The people who work there are very friendly & they are also very fast! I always get compliments ony nails!

Regal nails in Castlerock is the best, I have been to several nail salons in Castlerock and no one compares to the good products and excellent service. Do not go here! I had never been here before but I went there a couple days ago and got a full set put on. The next day a few of my nails hurt so bad! Under the acrylic there is a lot of air bubbles, all of the filing & lengths are uneven, they are crooked and look horrible. I tried telling the girl that was doing them but she did not understand anything I was saying...she would laugh, or say nothing..not even look at me & keep going.
