Absolutely terrible customer service, and hardly preform the bare minimum of your requests. I've only had my nails done for two days now and they are chipping! I was a walk in, going in the solution smell is very overwhelming. There's no vents or airflow, so it explains why it's overpowering but any smell of the "toxic trio" starts bringing me red flags. The tech was very quick with me, not really answering questions, and sadly it was very difficult to understand her accent as well. She brought me over to another tech. Spoke to him in her native language, and then he tried speaking to me which again he was hard to communicate with too. He took off my old set with ease. He didnt take care of my nailbed. Left dust from the dremel all on my fingers. No cleaning what so ever. Then asked me to pick which polish I wanted. Which 4 of the ones I picked, was dried or either chunky. He placed my new polish on when we finally found one that could be used. Placed zero top coat. Then had me place my nails under the UV... That's it. I had to go their sink to clean my hands because the gentleman was going to have me leave still with all the dremel dust on. He left me with unfinished nails, that I could have done at home. I've been coming here about 1 1/2years. I tried a couple other salons, one was pretty good but not the second one. This salon, everyone is super friendly, lots of laughter with each other. Nicely decorated, inviting pedicure chairs. Hundreds of polish colors to pick from. I get a basic pedi, which Diane, makes me feel it's a deluxe pedi! Very relaxing. My daughter loves manicures and when she was going to get a mani/pedi the first time in CR, I told her to book with Diane. She came home and thanked me for pushing who I went to! Her mani's last 3 weeks and usually they just grow out!Convenient location near Kohls, Walmart, PetSmart etc.  Normally I can get an appointment quickly. The last fill I needed I didn't have a babysitter. I promised my 2YO that if she was good she'd get her nails painted. I went on a Sunday and arrived 20 minutes before opening but went in because the door was open. Went in and they seemed very inconvenienced that I didn't have an appointment. I was confused because I'd be spending over $100 for a fill, eyebrows, pedicure and my daughters nails. I thought they'd be happier with more services purchased but they weren't welcoming. At the end of my pedicure I reminded the lady that my daughter wanted her nails painted also. She huffed and stated that she had people waiting. I was shocked because I let them know from the beginning we were trying to have a "girls" morning. I intended to pay for her nails to be down so I was confused why she didn't want to do them. I left upset, with a 130 bill. I came back today. Again treated poorly because I didn't have an appointment. Waited for almost an hour after 3 people were taken before me before a lady came up and asked to see my nails( that they did) and huffed about how bad they looked. I waited 10 more minutes without being talked to before I walked out. Also, my mom came in to use the bathroom and was treated horrible because she wasn't using their services. Shellac! What an amazing way to keep Polish in tact and gorgeous.  Have been 3 times. Have not had even a tiny chip.  I go back because I need a change of color rather then out of necessity.  Of course this is pricier then regular polish but is well worth it.  Some days they are pretty busy but even as a walk in I've never waited more then 15 minutes.  Very nice staff.  Have not had a pedicure there yet, but am looking forward to spring and summer to try it. The 'cheese grater' foot files are gross, nail files are old, they tried to cut my toenails in ways that lead to ingrown toenails, and they were generally apathetic about us- the whole "chat with the other nail techs but not the customer" thing... This place will paint your nails, but probably not hygienically, and they're not very friendly.Read Less

I loved this place. Hadn't come in a few months because of work. Finally had time, vet brought back, the woman starts working on my nails. A regular comes in and she stops working on me to take the regular customer even though she didn't have an appointment. I had to wait another 10 minutes before someone worked on my nails again. My mom and I came here to do wedding nails together. There were only two people in the shop, both working on other people but they said they were almost done, so we knew the wait would be short. I was having a mani-pedi done and my mom just a pedi. Despite this, the first tech who finished insisted on working on my mom first, even though my appt would be longer. When we asked if they could start with me, the other tech said, "I'm almost done." Fast forward 45mins... My mom is now done and my original tech is still not. Now my mom's tech is trying to do my pedi... So terribly inefficient. We got a "Sorry about that" and a gift certificate as we checked out so they did try to make up for it... Still, I drove to Castle Rock from downtown Denver to do wedding nails with my mom and I have nothing to show for it. Wasted hours when time is so precious leading up my wedding three days away.*Update: In the end, I ended up having no other time to visit another salon so I went to my wedding with plain nails. I went to this location to get gel nails. I didn't want soak off nails nor Shellac, which is also soak off. No one there understood me and kept asking me what I wanted. A man even thought I was asking for a manicure. When I finally thought I was understood I waited about 20 minutes for my turn. When I sat at the station the manicurist saw that I had a 30% off any service.  She said the coupon was old and couldn't be used. I stated that it didn't have an expiration date and the man, maybe the owner?, said that they had told the post office that there should have been a date on it. I don't see how the post office would have anything to do with their printed coupon. The man said that a new coupon was coming out soon. I didn't see how that was going to help me right then.
