New owners are terrible. They cut me and I bled three times when doing my nails, made my foot bleed from their "buffer" they used on my pedicure, and did a horrible job on my eyebrow wax (I now have two different shaped eyebrows). The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because my friend goes there and is happy with Kevin. The girl who did mine, twice now, messed up my nails both times. The first time, I left thinking what are the odds that I will get her again? The second time she pounced when she saw me and messed them up worse than the first time. It looks like a fourth grader painted my nails. I don't want to post her name publicly. She is a nice person but a horrible nail tech. I will have to go somewhere else because if I go there again I'm afraid she will see me and grab me like she did last time. She thinks I'm her client. I usually never go back to a nail salon, mostly because I'm really picky. I've already gone back once and will probably make this my regular nail place because of the wonderful job they do. My nails were done right, I've had no chipping, no breakage, and everyone keeps complimenting me on how awesome my nails look. The staff are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I've done walk ins both times and they've had no problem getting me in and out quickly. Definitely go here if you need a new nail salon! Read Less

Literally the worst experience ever at a nail salon. There was no other customers (except me) at 5:30 pm, and I definitely should have taken this as a hint. When I walked in, one of the employees was asleep at one of the pedicure chairs and I had to wake her up to get any service. Then, when they were doing my nails, the employees who were not working on me sat in the chairs next to me and they all talked (in Vietnamese) the entire time. Of course, this is expected and usually I don't mind. But when I feel like I'm surrounded by 5 different people at once all speaking another language (loudly), it's pretty annoying. I am paying a good amount of money to relax and get my nails done - not be in the middle of someones conversation. Not to mention, my shellac is awful. While my pedicure does look nice - my shellac manicure is bubbled, has spots where the color was not applied correctly and is see through, and, on my thumb, the shellac actually dripped so I have a large bit of shellac in one area and the rest of the thumb has almost no color. Maybe if they were focusing on their customer rather than their own conversation, my nails might have turned out better. I will never go back - and I would never recommend this nail salon! Read Less

I love this nail salon! Kevin, the owner, does such a great job and tries very hard to make sure your nails are perfect. I went here to get acrylic nails, and they turned out beautiful and very professional. I got so many complements and I can't wait to go back! I always get the guy and that's no problem, but I feel he always rushes way to much. The very first time I went to get acrylics I got Lynn and she was great, but time and time again he always rushes on me. I wind up going home and fixing my nails the way I want them. Read Less

I went in to get a color change which was $7. Not a problem I got matte burgundy nails. The lady told me i was dry so i got up put on my jacket my nails was ruined so I asked the nail tech can she redo them and she said i told you you was dry i showed her my nails she got. A whole attitude and said I'll be with you in an hr and tried to recharge me but when i got up and walked out she offered to do my nails right then and there and do them for free. On top of that I asked for regular color she applied gel color instead. Never going back worst customer service ever. Read Less

Lihn does an amazing job on both acrylics and waxing (what I have experience with). The shop is always clean, the staff is very friendly and they make you feel right at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I've brought my young niece along with me a few times and they did a great job with her as well. The first time I went in I was desperate to find a good nail tech (my regular had just moved) and I'm so glad I decided to give them a try. What can I say.... If you come to Lee Nails go to the downstairs location by Macy's and ask for Mimi. She is amazing. My daughter is a pageant girl and we get her natural nails done prior to competition. Mimi did them tonight (fingers and toes). They looked the best they have ever looked.
