Today was my first time coming here and my experience was nothing but perfect! My friend and I walked in around 1 and we were immediately seated. Unlike most nail salons it wasn't cramped and it didn't smell like acetone or anything! It was so clean and spacious. Lena did my nails today and she was so patient with me, as I wanted a specific color for my acrylics. She was so knowledgeable on the nail colors so I felt confident in her doing my nails and she did not disappoint! I've never had such a nice experience getting my nails done! Highly recommend! We called ahead and made a reservation, we even confirmed before arriving, but still had to wait quite a while for service because everyone was busy and they kept taking walk-ins . We got dipped nail manicures. We were very disappointed. The nails turned out very thick and much shorter than we requested. Our nails are so thick and clumpy that my husband jokingly said it looked like there were marbles glued onto the end of our fingers. It was my daughter's birthday and she had been growing out her nails. We specified several times that she didn't want them short and she was so sad that they took them all the way down to the end of her finger tips. I politely told them at checkout that we were disappointed that they didn't do what we asked but they didn't seem to care. No discount or coupon was offered at all. The following day we both have hard stuck on product around our cuticles and under our nails. This place was very busy but this must not be their specialty. We won't be back. Sorry but don't like. Just work fast no quality   The 2 times in my mani cure and pedicure. Don't focus in the more important cleaning the cuticle in hands and feet and don't  exfoliant  the feet well Horrible results and you need pay 45-50 for this. Read Less

It's hard to know if I should rate this a 3 or a 4.  I usually have a good experience but occasionally one of the men ends up doing my nails (shellac) if they are busy and I am usually enjoy it less.  I don't love how they shape my nails.  The ladies (whose names all seem to start with the letter L ) are generally great and my manicures last 2-3 weeks.  They have more color selection recently than they used to.  One thing I wish they would emphasize more is cleanliness.  Sometimes their smocks are really dirty so then I wonder what else is dirty.  The salon looks clean enough, it's just the dirty smocks that bother me.  Also, the fact that the nail tools are not sealed in the packages when they take them out.  I really hope they are sanitizing them. Got gel nails that lasted two weeks+ , that's never been the case anywhere else.  I got my brows waxed , looked exactly how I asked.  Toe nail polish hasn't chipped.  Excellent work. My experience here was wonderful. My nail technician Lena did an amazing job. From start to finish she made sure I enjoyed my experience here. My pedicure wasn't rushed she took her time and made sure my nails were polished to perfection. She also did a spectacular job on my gel manicure.
