I have been to alot of nail salons/spas for manicures. This has been by far the best place. I will no longer look for another place to go. Always great service and they do an amazing job. Although the prices aren't bad, the service was. I was a walk-in customer, but they didn't even acknowledge me for a few minutes and none of them were in the middle of conversations or anything. I don't mind waiting so that wasn't the issue, but at least acknowledge a customer when they come through the door. I got a manicure and salons I've been in, that usually is like a 30 minute appointment with trimming, cuticle care, hand massage, and painting. This lady took a total of 10 minutes start to finish and did a really poor job on my cuticles as well as me having to ask her to paint all the places she missed on my nails. Great place for men's pedicures, just don't let them push your cuticles up with that instrument or you might bleed real bad and have a painful couple of weeks. Women must be a lot tougher than us. I can't believe I said that. Read Less

I wish I could give a zero. I got French manicure went to work and they started popping off half way through my shift. I went in the next day the staff said I did it myself and refused to give me back my money. I went to Walmart got them done. They have stayed on for three weeks now. I love this place and the people -they do great work your are pampered which I so appreciate but I am not going back why>>>>> for some reason they won't or don't want to take a credit card they prefer checks I can't always do a check I sometimes need to use a card this has happened more than once and makes me not want to go back I need to find somewhere else who takes credit/debit cards Read Less

I absolutely recommend this shop!!! I have been going there for the last three years and have loved every trip there. I definitely think the customer service is fantastic. I am very picky. The first time I went there I kindly explained what I wanted and asked them to correct anything I didn't like along the way. If you are kind and respectful they will show the same amount of kindness and respect. I did have an uncomfortable moment during one of my last visits but it had nothing to do with the business or workers. A customer came in to talk with the manager and instead started complaining about her visit with her group. So I waited until she finally left and asked what had happened. Apparently she had come in with her other guests to get pedicures but walked in 20 minutes before my appointment. I had scheduled four people for mani's and pedi's. Unfortunately the customer next to me had been dealing with these unruly customers her entire visit. They had left and come back to call the workers liars about having an appointment schedule and proceeded to sit in the seats so unfortunately there visit was rushed in order to prepare for me and my family. As long as you're a respectful person you will have a great experience. Don't be afraid to tell them your opinion on what they are doing, just remember they are humans too so treat them how you would like to be treated. Read Less

I have been going to this nail salon for 8 years and they are an amazing business. They are very honest people and do high quality work...and are very friendly. They take time to do good work and massage their clients while their polish dries, which is not common in all nail salons and is not extra. My mother and I went in for pedicures and manicures and I told my mother how much money I had to spend and the employees heard the amount and my total magically came to the exact amount I had to spend. Their price list only showed 1 price for a pedicure and that was $25. They also showed 1 price for a pedi mani combo for $35 which is what my mother got but they charged her $50 instead and came up with excuse after excuse as to why it went from $35 to $50. I was charged $70... total for a fill and a pedicure. They never told us they offered different pedicure options (and with the price list only listing 1 price we assumed they only offered 1 pedicure) so instead of asking which one we wanted they gave us the most expensive one and never told us they had other options then charged me $35 for a fill which is the price of a new full set. I will never recommend this place and will be reporting them to the BBB. Also after I called and questioned the prices I went in the next day because they damaged my mothers foot and they had updated the price list but completely ignored myself and my mother and acted like we weren't even there. I took my daughter and aunt for mani pedi and the owner was totally rude! They are unsanitary ! I wouldn't take my dog there ! The owner doesn't care about what the customer wants,she would rather argue in front of all clients in the shop! ''Tis shop is the worst life experience that I have ever had ! I can't believe they are aloud to operate a business in this city and county !  I observed They didnt wash their tools and used  them on one person after another.They get zero stars ! Yesterday, my daughter and I were in Castle Rock to have a bite to eat and walk around.  At the last minute we decided we wanted a mani pedi, so I recommended we go to Iconic Nail {as I enjoyed both experiences prior).  We walked in and asked if there was time for both of us to have our treatments.  They said yes. I then left my daughter to get started and I went to the car to grab my flipflops and make a phone call.  When I returned, my daughters pedicure was already finished and they were almost done with her manicure. Mind you, I was gone approximately 5 minutes {a manicure pedicure treatment should take a lot longer to complete}. This was the first red flag. Then I sat down for my treatment and the woman doing my pedicure was extremely aggressive and rude.  Mani/pedis are one of my favorite things to treat myself with and have never been so disappointed and treated so poorly in my entire life.  I have never left a zero tip but did so yesterday.  Having owned my own business, I realize how important it is that the owner or manager understand what is going on so they can address the situation.  So.... I drove back and my daughter went in to speak with the owner or manager privately only to be told that she could not speak with her privately and that if we didn't like their services, we can take our business elsewhere.   So i will take my business elsewhere and hopefully, others will as well.Laura from Larkspur Read Less

Went for polish and had great experience ...went back to have polish change to shellac and ten thousand times better!!! Great staff, great back massages during and while nails dry and great work!!! Love how much they pamper their costumers and how beatiful the polish is. However the pedicures always seem to lack proper foot care with regards to callus removal. The buffering tool used is never enough and I've continously left dissapointed with the look and feel of my heals. Read Less

They don't sterilize their tools! Yuck! I walked in for a pedicure and they took me in right away. However, I felt rushed out of there. She did my entire pedicure in about 15 - 20 minutes. As I was sitting waiting for my nails to dry, I noticed she took in the next customer she used the same tools she used to work on me. I hope I do not catch any fungus. I will not be returning. Went in for a natural nail manicure.  Did not get either a hand scrub or hand massage (I guess I did not ask for the right service).  Service was really short with not a lot of effort put into it.  They did, however, give a nice neck and forearm massage during drying.  For the price, this seemed pretty average to me. Got a walk-in gel pedicure. The women there were very nice and got my cousin and I in right away. The pedicure turned out great, just got the basic because I have allergies to fragrances, so no lotion or scrubs for me! Since I didn't get the massage for my feet the technician was kind enough to move me to a separate chair when I was finished and massaged my shoulders, neck, and arms.  As other patrons walked in the women were so friendly and warm welcoming.
