I really needed nail help and Ann was so patient! This salon has been remodeled and is very clean and comfortable with a welcoming atmosphere. Ann was extremely gentle. She had to strip my bad nail job and start fresh. I really appreciate her time and attention to detail, my nails are gorgeous now. I used to like this salon in the past. As of today, I will not be returning. I'm pretty suprised for how long I had to wait just to get a regular manicure I just didn't leave. Not to mention of of the dogs had growled at me for no reason at all. Though the lady who did my nails did a wonderful job. Read Less

Over the years I've had my nails done at various salons, and enails is by FAR my favorite. The personnel are very kind with tremendous attention to detail. Their facility is extremely clean and nicely maintained. When I've had my nails done other places, the lines on my French tips were somewhat jagged and just didn't look very nice. The gals at enails do a BEAUTIFUL job - your nails will look perfect, and they last for ages (I usually do the Shellac French tips - I used to have pink and white acrylics). When I was in enails the other day, I asked them about the nasty review that someone had written on Yelp. They said, "Oh, the one where the lady said we had cigarettes burning?" (You can't smell a trace of cigarette smoke in there so I thought maybe the lady was confused and wrote a review about a different salon!) They said they burn incense first thing in the morning as a part of their Vietnamese tradition, but they do that before they open, so maybe she could smell it when she came in for her appointment first thing. Regardless, I would personally ignore that other review, it doesn't accurately reflect AT ALL the caliber of this place. I've been here countless times over a period of 6 years (not just one time) and enails is an excellent place to get your nails done. Read Less

I have been going to E-Nails since 2003 and I recommend it to anyone looking for a permanent nail saloon!  The staff is always friendly and helpful.  The place is kept very clean as well as all the equipment.  The prices are fair and they offer many different types of services to keep me beautiful!  Thank you E-Nails!!! This nail salon was HORRIBLE! I went there because of a recommendation from a friend, she said she has been going there for years...Well, all I can say is that from the moment I sat in the chair I couldn't wait till it was over! I even picked the nail polish closest to me just to get it done with. It felt dirty inside, even though I was the first customer there. They set up an alter with fruit, tea, and cigarettes...yes when they lit the cigarettes I just wanted to bolt. Too bad the lady had such a tight hold to my foot. I wreaked the rest of the day of smoke, along with my daughter & hated the color and feel of my feet. Worst pedicure experience ever! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Read Less
