Absolute best massage chairs in a nail salon ever! Great Service. I did not have an appointment scheduled however after a short wait I was seen promptly on a busy Friday night. A manager, or possibly the owner, even checked in on me a few times. The gal that did my nails was very communitive in explaining the color polish I chose carried a $5 dollar premium. Worst pedi I've ever had. The woman was so rude and bitter, didn't speak a word to me the entire time. She was so rough with my nails and hurt me by digging so deep under my toenails. She rushed through it so fast and looking at my toes after she was sloppy with the polish....I had marks on my feet by my nails. My 6 year old could have done a better job. The younger ladies there are great but this woman was older and awful. If you go here and you get an older woman run for the hills and don't let her touch your nails. Such a shame I work near by and would have loved to keep coming here but that ruined it for me. I will go to the nail salon by the Einsteins across the street from now on. Read Less

I have tried this place three different times. And every time I've had the same experience. Bad. Pedicures are supposed to be a relaxing treat. Every time I have come to Dimensions WITH an appointment. I have had to wait and have felt rushed through each time. It's been a huge disappointment and will not come to this place again. I have mixed reviews of this place. At first very good but I then realized I was coming every 2 weeks instead of each month. The pedicure was good but the manicure was not very good. They do not work on the cuticles and they grow fast and also my nail polish chipped fast and they do not push nails back and start polishing too far up so you need to go get nails done again too fast.  I have been to this place a total of 6 times and always bring a friend or family member with me. I came in today because I am desperate to have my nails, feet and eyebrows done and it was 5:35 and I was told they were closed and I could come back tomorrow. How do you like that!! I can't drive because I have brain cancer so I had to be dropped off. I just called my boyfriend who was on his way to work to come back and get me because they are closed even though they are just short staffed. Too bad. Going somewhere else. I got a basic pedicure on my way to the airport. They were fabulous! My nail technician was super sweet and engaging. She did a great job shaping my nails and really took time massaging and scrubbing a my legs and feet. Felt awesome! I'd definitely come back if I was in town again. Read Less

I always try nail salons a few times to get an accurate feel for the overall business. I live close to this location and I've really wanted to like it, but it definitely isn't the friendliest or most efficient place in town.I've tried making a reservation and just walking in. In the past the wait hasn't been too bad, but lately I just feel like they don't want my family's business. The time I made a reservation we had to wait 45 mins past the reservation time. Today, I walked in with my daughter for a mani, and I was told 10 mins. After waiting 10 minutes, another lady walked in, and the girl who told me 10 mins said that it would now be 45 mins. I don't know if she was trying to get rid of us, but that's exactly what she did. I'll go to Natural Nails from now on. Read Less
