I had many problems with my visit here. Worst nail salon in Castle Rock. I made an appointment with my mom, so we weren't even walk in customers. We wanted Mani and Pedi. I asked the worker for help matching color and she refused to help, just simply said "no" and went on her way. Once we got to our manicure we noticed every other party had been offered wine or beer, while we weren't ever even offered water. I was cut 4 times, twice on my toes and ridet on my fingers. One cut was so bad she couldn't get it to stop bleeding. For a week it kept breaking back open and scabbing, ruining my color and causing immense pain. After only two days I had the gel on two fingers peel off and the other fingers have discolored. Worst $50 I have ever spent. Read Less

Love. Love. Love. Pristine, relaxing environment with friendly and helpful staff! They have a great selection of polishes (everything from regular Essie, to gel, to designer label polishes) along with fun, sophisticated designs for nail art. The price is great for what you get in terms of atmosphere, service and talented nail techs, and it doesn't hurt that a drink and tip are included! Beautiful job on eyelashes. Kim did a fantastic job and is so gentle. This shop is very close to my home and they do a good job. I was able to get a an appointment very quickly and look fantastic four my big event. I would recommend Kim for eyelashes anytime, and they let me know about other offers and services. I always get my lashes done here. When I get my lashes done, I also get a foot massage so it makes my experience very relaxing. Making an appointment is always easy and they have enough staff I am able to get the appointment time I need which is great for my schedule. Everyone who works at the shop is welcoming. Read Less

Definitely not impressed with the atmosphere, equipment or technicians. Half the chairs were broken, they were all crappy, and the technicians were rude. They did an ok job, but wasn't worth the price I paid. I will not return and don't recommend them at all. Read Less

The salon is clean and Mindy was very friendly and helpful. My nails turned out much nicer than the previous place I had been to. My only complaint is that they didn't use a light or fan to completely dry my nails before adding oil to my cuticles so the top coat is smudged on a few nails. Otherwise, they did a great job on my dip nails and I like the end result. My friend that joined me was also happy with her nails. We will be back. It would be nice if we could have cuticles cleaned and a manicure for the price but we still liked the place over all. Read Less

This placed RUINED my nails. I have really good nails get compliments on them all the time. Even the guy that did my nails here asked if I wanted a new full set. I told him no just shellac. I went here because it's close to my house I usually drive 45 min to Arvada to get my nails done but thought I'd give it try. FIRST he cut my nails all the way down I don't like short nails without even asking THEN after 3 days my nails were chipping and breaking. My nails are so weak and brittle now I want to cry. Don't waste your money 40 bucks for shellac that will last you three days if lucky. Read Less

I'm not one to normally leave reviews but it was hard not to this time. I got a groupon for lash extensions and decided to try them out for the first time. I know the extensions don't last too long and you have to get them filled every 2-3 weeks but mine lasted THREE days. I wish I could get my money back it's that bad. I woke up this morning and felt the roots of the extensions pulling up. I touched my eye and they came out in clumps. In addition to being a waste of money, the place was nasty. They take you to a room in the back that barely fits the two old reclining chairs that are covered in stained green sheets. All she did to explain things to me was try and sell me the more expensive set of lashes. I got the smaller set because it was my first time and I'm so glad I did. Basically, don't waste your money like I did. If you're gonna get extensions go somewhere nice and reputable. Read Less

Space was clean and employees were friendly. I have gotten gel manicures for years and never have I had them chip or discolor in any way, and it's only been a week. I'm beyond disappointed because I pay extra for the gel so it will last longer (typically three to four weeks). If you want a gel manicure that lasts, this is not your place. Read Less

I got my first pedicure here (and it was my mom's first pedicure here in the US). I had Katie do my nails, she's amazing! The whole staff is amazing, honestly. I got the Aloha treatment only to find out that I'm allergic to the salt scrub. My calves broke out in hives. They immediately put aloe gel on it, ran my calves under cold water, and then wiped down my legs with a cold wash cloth. My hives went away within 30 min. I'd still go back to this facility for pedicures, just gonna have to skip the scrub! It's probably an allergy to the oils in it. My toenails are super cute though and so are my mom's! My first experience here was great. I came in for a pedi and gel manicure. For my pedicure I choose a package that included a 10 minute massage... worth it!  The technician did a great job scrubbing and pruning my feet which I really appreciate. For my nails I wanted an ombré look where each finger was a different color. The technicians never batted an eye at my requests and did a fabulous job on my nails.I am a designer and work with my hands... 1 month later and my nails are still in great shape... except for the growth. I was treating myself for my birthday with a mani/pedi. The service was excellent. My technician was super friendly. I asked for a simple two-color, matte finish mani, with rhinestones on the ring fingers. I showed him a photo of what I wanted. I went with regular polish, because my nails got torn apart from shellac and gels. I can do a better job myself with the same polish. Less than 2 days after getting my mani, and the polish is severely cracked. There are small bubbles all over the nails, and they just look awful. My pedi looks great, except he forgot to put the matte coat on it. I'm wondering if the nail polish cracked because he kept adding cuticle softener to the bottle. Sad to say, I won't be going back. I'm very disappointed that I spent $46 and tipped $20 (before my service was even finished) for this. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the guy was very friendly. Read Less

I went in to get my nails and eyelash extensions done, after getting my eyelashes done (they do look wonderful and a great job was done on them) I went to get my nails done. I told the lady that I wanted a square nail with rounded edges and she went to work chopping off the edges completely. She asked what length I wanted and then filed them down to little nubs. I payed and left but once I got home I realized my nails weren't what I asked for so i went back in to get them redone. The service I got was awful, the lady who did my nails originally argued with me for 5 minutes and then told me I had to pay to get them redone. I fortunately didn't pay but the atmosphere was awful. After being argued with all of the workers started talking in a foreign language and no one said a word to me the hour that I was there. I will not being going back nor do I recommend this place. Just horrible!!! I went to get a shellac and pedi with my friend. We are new moms and needed to get pampered. First of all, my shellac didn't even last 2 days. When I told them that it came out from my index finger, they made me identify who did it. I was just like...really? I was here 2 days ago. I recognized the lady that did my pedi and she acted like she didn't know me at all. Second, the lady that was going to fix it try to rip the rest of the shellac from my finger (since half of it broke off). It almost tear my whole nail out. I said it was hurting and she seemed frustrated that she had to do the whole nail again.  Apart from this, they would argue with me on the color. They wanted to put whatever shade of gold they liked. I insisted 5 times on the color number. I told them I remembered it because I was JUST THERE 2 DAYS AGO. Well, now, after a week, the  shellac is coming off. This place is a disaster. When my friend and I were getting our pedicures done, there was no massage, no scrubbing, NOTHING. We will not OBVIOUSLY be returning to this awful place. Read Less
