I have been coming to this place for quite some time now. Every single person that is employed here is friendly, diligent and great at what they do! I tried going somewhere else last month because it was closer to my work (with no success) and I am so happy I came back today. I didn’t know what color to choose for my manicure and I trust them, so I let her pick for me and they look amazing. She even shaped my nails to look more natural as I had them squared and wide at the end. I will gladly drive out of my way to come here. WORST PLACE EVER!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I went here with my friend. My nails are hurting and have a burning sensation. My acrylic nails are all scratched up, my skin is all cut up as well. Her nails are hurting and she also has a burning sensation. I’ve asked kindly for our money back and they are refusing to give me back our money. Sunshine nails in Broomfield is always a great experience! The technicians remember me and are friendly and attentive. I have been a customer here for 3 years now and am always impressed with the quality of their service. I use pink and white on my nails and they NEVER break or chip! I work with young children and also play basketball and volleyball so I am hard on my nails! I typically am able to go between 3-4 weeks between fills with no breaking or chips Their deluxe pedicure is also WORTH the little bit of extra money...very relaxing and refreshing! I just went in and got my nails and toes done today and they never fail to disappoint! They have such a clean and nice environment and every time I walk in the workers there are always so welcoming. This is a fantastic place to have a pedicure and manicure. The staff are very friendly and they take their time as they work. You can just relax! I don't have artificial nails so I can't speak to that but the standard and deluxe pedicures are done very well. It includes everything you need. ive been here a couple times now, my friend has been coming here for 4 years now and today was a horrible exsperience. i clearly showed a picture of long!!! narrow nails, asked for solar acrylic and was told all there products are the same doesnt matter what they use.. didnt use solar.(i hate short nails) my friend pedi which shes in there for regularly every 3 weeks went south quick being cut on her cuticle then sprayed with alcohol told it would stop bleeding and gel polish smudged and bubbled to where she was in tears with pain of burning cuticle. no polish for her, and cricked, ugly super short full set later... very upset dissapointed service i work in customer service.. fully understand people are difficult, herr they are rushed to make $, instead of taking care of their guest. Lady with glasses & long hair did my nails then charged me $45 for full set that's $25 & $10 shilac that's $35 then she laughed at me 😠I've been going there almost a year & never been charged 45 & never laughed at like I was stupid. This was my first time in to Sunshine. I just wanted a fill in my pink and whites and they finished looking worse than when I came in. She completely rushed through, finishing in about 20 minutes. She didn't pay attention to the length at all, no two of my nails are the same length. They are so bad I am planning on going elsewhere just to get them fixed. They also overcharged and were rude, talking on the phone as she did my nails for a good ten minutes. I do not plan on ever returning and I recommend everyone else to avoid them as well! Read Less

I asked for coffin shape no one could do it i asked for a simple design (I do the design all the time on my own) no one could do it!!! Disappointed as usual, pedi was good but the wax job was just as bad as most places. I had to wait for longer than expected but they threw in a few extras on the pedi. The wax job....first I don't like the tables, I don't think the person gets a good view of my face. Second the wax was uh let's say hot, not melt your skin but close. Lastly, she missed three different areas on my face. Now, I do have very blonde hair in her defense. However, if you systematically go across my face overlapping slightly like my regular place does, boom, you get all those blonde hairs. I did catch the lip and one bottom part of my cheek for her to fix but I didn't notice until I was home that she had missed the entire middle of my chin. Probably the best deluxe pedi massage I've ever had and it included a stone massage, which I've never had. Definitely coming back here.Update:I came back for a mani pedi. I got cut on my pinkie right away and it wouldn't stop bleeding for a while. She kept trying to stop it with some blue stuff and cotton ball. I know she didn't mean to but jeez! I ended up having a blood crusted pinkie to go home with that kept splitting back open for a week until I put liquid bandaid on there. I handed the woman who did my manicure my credit card to pay for both the pedicure and manicure. $20 was owed to the technician for the pedicure. The woman doing the manicure took my card and brought a $20 bill and said, "$20, thank you!" without returning my credit card or receipt. I did not ask for $20 in cash and did not offer a tip at the point. Somehow, she mistakenly thought she was getting a $20 tip for a manicure. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that this was just a misunderstanding, I returned for a manicure yesterday. I informed the technician that I had a punch card with a 10% discount for that service. She sold me the shellac manicure for $30 rather than $19 standard. When I went to pay for the service, it was then that she informed me that the shellac was a special and was ineligible for the 10% discount. I pointed out to her that the card does not exclude specials and says any service over $20. She continued to argue that I needed to return and use it for a pedicure. Read Less

Terrible service. I went at 5:30 for a pedicure. The sign on the door says they are open until 7:00 p.m. At 6:15, with wet nails, I was told they were closing and I had to leave. It was freezing out so going barefoot was not an option. When I complained they insisted I had to leave and had the door locked and were gone before I even started my car. Horrible customer service! I feel like I have to save people from this place. We came in for a mani/pedi prebooked appointment, sat in the massage chairs for 30 minutes waiting for someone to free up because they were so understaffed, then rushed through the worst pedicure and manicure. I posted a photo of my nails which were filed with the roughest nail file available - the one I believe you're supposed to only use on acrylics. My cuticles look a dried up mess. My mom who was with me was equally disappointed. Look, the reality is that for most of us getting our hair cut and nails done are those little pleasures we invest into to break away from being burnt out and overworked. I really have no complaints about Sunshine other than maybe a lack of friendliness? My shellac mani lasted me a solid two weeks and looked great from day one. My nail technician, Lee, was very thorough and meticulous with the application, although I take one star away because it never really felt like anyone cared to be nice - very little conversation between customer and technicians. When you walk in the door expect to know what you want as the second thing, literally seconds after hello, is "What do you want?" I totally get efficiency, but just a sec - let me check your menu. I would recommend this as a solid salon and I would definitely go here with friends so I'm not just staring at a wall while I get my nails painted. Decent prices, Lee did a great job and it's in a pretty convenient location although maybe hard to spot - just behind a PetCo and Papa Murphy's, next to the Chinese restaurant facing Sheridan. My favorite affordable nail salon. Prices are fairly competetive, but what I value the most is the quality of work. I find that they do a good job consistantly and favor two of the girls particularly. Bee recently did my Halloween nails, and I will try to book her again in the future. She did a clean shape, and shellac application. She wasn't sloppy at all and didn't rush the manicure when I came to cleaning up the cuticles and buffing the edges. My experience at Sunshine Nails was, by far, the worst nail salon visit EVER.  I had an appointment but was taken 30 minutes after my appointed time.  I paid for a deluxe pedicure but received a basic and rushed pedicure and my feet were burned with hot wax.  It was painful.  Not wanting to cause a scene in front of other customers, I sat there until it was over.  At checkout I whispered my awful experience to the manager and she quickly picked up a gift certificate book and wrote me a gift certificate for $10.  I gave it back, I will not be bought as a customer with a lame gift certificate.
