Kim did me a full set of acrylics with tips and shellac on top and they were lovely. She is so knowledgeable and gave me loads of advice on what shape to go for so they looked as natural as possible. She also gave me a lot of time and help with the colour choice as there are lots to choose from and because of that extra time and help I felt really happy with the results. I first met Kim just before my wedding when I snapped a couple of nails off and needed extensions done at the last minute. Kim squeezed me in and did an amazing job on my nails and I have been going to her ever since. They always look perfect when she does them and last far longer than anywhere else I have been. Love going to Kim to have my nails done, l am always completely happy with them. It is personal and relaxed as you are not in a busy high street salon and Kim is just lovely, she makes you feel completely at ease and you can have a really good chat whilst she is working her magic on your nails. I went in for a manicure. 3 hours+ after the manicure my nails were still extremely gummy to the touch. I called in to ask what had happened and if they would fix them. They told me they had no time at all for me to come in the next day to get them fixed. Horrible customer service, and a complete waste of money as my nails look terrible. Wont be going here again. I have been coming here for about 2 years now. Really clean and small salon. Girls are good at what they do. Their pedicures are amazing, they take their time, unlike other bigger salons they won't rush you to get you out asap. If you want whether alone quiet time or quick mani pedi this is the place to go. I also had my bridal party here, they closed for few hours for us, we could bring snacks and drinks and had our private spa time. Highly recommend it. Read Less

Thank you so much to this lovely lady for my amazing nails tonight, id defiantly recommend, such a lovely lady, great company, you don't need to worry about feeling nervous or worried Kim will make you feel very comfortable with offering you a drink and having a little chat whilst the treatment in on going! well Kim's work is just brilliant. I'd say the best place to get nails in Salisbury, they last and they look amazing!! If you want nails that's will look decent and last in a 2/3weeks then look no further! Kim will 100% look after you and make sure your treatment is perfect for you!! You will also get a little bit of extra education on how to keep you nails/treatment up for example: oils, creams...
