I absolutely love their chocolate Mani and pedis. They massage your skin with hot stones and melted (massage grade) chocolate. You leave smelling like a dream. Their Shellac seems to stay only about 10-12 days for me while most other salons' shellac lasts a solid 14+ days. Always very friendly service and the most comfortable atmosphere. They have you in a reclining chair with a pillow on your lap for a Mani. They also offer you a bowl for jewelry which I always appreciate. I find that the service, chocolate massage and complimentary shoulder massage after ant service makes coming back here time and again worth it despite the slightly shorter life of my polish. I can't say enough good things about our experience today. I took my young daughter with me, and anyone who has younger girls can probably relate that you don't always get great service from the people working on children. More often then not, they seem annoyed that they have to do a 'cheaper' service. However, Mark gave her a fantastic mani/pedi. More than that, he was kind to her and took extra care to check temperatures before applying anything. His service and treatment for her alone is noteworthy, but on top of her surprisingly wonderful experience, I also had a fabulous technician do my pedicure. I just moved here from out of state and was looking for a new nail salon. I was searching online for nail salons near my home and decided to visit Orchard Nails because it had a lot of good reviews. When I looked at their menu, I thought the price was a little high but after receiving my Chocolate Pedicure, it was totally worth it! The shop was very clean and didn't have that chemical smell that most nail shops have. The pedicure chairs were so comfortable and relaxing. I got a leg and foot massage and a stone massage with chocolate. It smelled so nice and my legs felt so smooth after my massage. The technician was also very kind and attended to my needs..as I am a little picky. :) I have been going to nail shops regularly for the past ten years and by far, this place is the best that I've been to. Terrible service and follow up.  I've contacted them twice by email with pictures to show them what things looked like once I got home.  Even while I was there I was frustrated and in hindsight I should have said something.  Once I got home I can see they told me I was done way too soon and my pedicure was not dry, not close.  My hands were terrible as well but for different reasons.  I had come in with a nail that was already broken and showed her.  She acknowledged it and didn't file or glue (which people have always done).  So that nail came out terrible.  I bumped a nail while I was drying, and she "fixed" it.  That fix was pathetic.  The flowers she painted on my toes, I must have said 3 times can I show you the flower I mean and she just drew a random flower.  I was clear.  I didn't want a "whatever" flower, I wanted a specific one.  Not interested in what I asked for, just did a random flower of her choice.  They've been contacted by me twice now and they have ignored any attempts to resolve.  I contacted my credit card company who is still fighting with them.  They obviously know I am unhappy and still have done nothing so that is when you go to Yelp.  I have proof of all of this. I recommend this nail salon most, out of the half dozen I've been to around Boulder/Louisville County. The manicure chairs are armchairs you recline in, instead of the chairs that face a manicurist's desk. I have been going here for well over a year and I have decided not to go back. Every time I make an appointment, I still have to wait. This last time was the last straw with an elderly Asian woman being so rough on my feet, my toes were red and sore hours later. I told her she was being too rough and I didn't tip and I told the manager without any apology. They seemed irate I didn't tip! Outrageous! Went in for a manicure was was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and staff. The lobby was empty when I walked in and I was asked to pick our my color and sit at the station shortly after. I noticed gloves on all staff and a decent regard for sanitation - I'm a bit of stickler. My manicurist (either Audrey or Aubry) was very sweet and engaging but also gave me a few moments to shut my eyes and relax without asking questions / carrying on the convo. The polish wall had OPI shades and Essie (my fav) and a few other smaller brands I recognized then but don't remember now. Also, on the back side of the polish wall was a candy bar - yes, a candy bar. I didn't look too thoroughly but there was small chocolate candies and I think some gummies along with bottled water. I was offered the nail file and block by Audrey / Aubry when she was done prepping. I declined and she threw them away. She then asked if I'd mind paying now, before the manicure so I wouldn't smudge my nails - always a good idea. After two coats of a near white light pink ("Ballet Slippers" for Essie fans) Audrey / Aubry suggested another light coat to make the color solid. My nails looked great and I moved to the drying table. It's been 5 days and the polish looks great despite a few yoga classes and dips in the pool. Looking forward to going back for a pedi + mani. I have never been so utterly spoiled in my life as I was by the wonderful staff in this salon.I went with my oldest daughter, and I got a CHOCOLATE (yes ma'am, chocolate) pedicure, and my daughter got the WINE (not for consumption ladies) pedicure.  We were leg and foot massaged, rubbed, soaked, painted, and engaged in great conversation.  Then massaged with warm melted chocolate from knees down, with hot smooth stones.  Once painted, we get to sit under lights and fans to dry our polish, and they give out neck, back, head, face, and arm massage until you are all dry on your polish.It was amazing and wonderful.  We we're ready to go back a week later...lol. I'm finished with this place.  The last two times we've been in we had appointments and got started 45 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start.  Generally disorganized.  I also worry about sanitation.  Only some of the techs wear gloves, and I don't let them use the files because it's not clear that they're only used on one person. Although my tech was in training she did a fantastic job. The customer service here is excellent with very friendly staff. The new location is beautiful. Much more parking available. I thought they did a great job with my nails, and I was impressed with the treatment- the spa pedicure included the standard calf massage and exfoliating scrub, but they also massaged my legs with hot stones! This is my go to salon since they opened and I won't go anywhere else! It is clean, everyone is so friendly and they always do a fantastic job!!! My two younger girls also love joining me and getting their nails done too, and they are very accommodating. I've also had my eyebrows waxed here and they were great!!! Just got a classic pedicure and mani, and I was highly impressed! It's a really clean and a nicer nail salon. I have gone to many nail salons and have not found the right place for a good pedicure. This place is really hit or miss. They are also lacking in customer service. I've been twice at 5:00(closing at 6:00) and they couldn't fit me in for a manicure/pedicure when clearly they had staff sitting around. I would understand if they were busy but standing in the back chatting with only two customers you think they would want the business. This place has left a bad taste in my mouth, I will not be back. Which makes me sad, they are within walking distance to from my house. The few times I have been and gotten services have been subpar. They are training a new employee and both pedicures I've had were awful. I went home completely unhappy. If you're training an unlicensed employee there should be a choice to have someone else do it or at least a discount as the service is not the same.Read Less

If only I had read the reviews before deciding to drop $51 dollars ($43 for gel french manicure and wine hand/arm massage).  I always tip 20% just because, but after just 1 day, gel polish tips started lifting on 3 fingers!  I think bottom line is that the salon needs to educate the nail techs on proper techniques.  Gel nails should not be lifting after just one day.  When curing my nails the tech constantly had to reboot or reset the light.  Disappointing for a $51 dollar service. This is a new salon and the decor and atmosphere are beautiful. Very friendly staff and owner. I got the classic pedi which is $35 which I think was a great price for the quality pedi I got. There are more in-depth options for higher prices. The nail technician was very sweet and clearly very good and experienced at her job. There is a nice selection of polish which is always appreciated. The chairs are new and probably the most comfortable pedi chairs I have sat in. I have been to several salons over the past couple of years and haven't been wowed at all. They also give you a punch card. After 10 visits you get $15 off. I stopped to get a mani/pedi and a wax.  They cut my foot twice after she told me to "trust" her.  I was bleeding.  They did a wax and it felt like she ripped my face off.  The next day, I had two 1" areas that were quite  RAW.  Took a week to get them to heal.  Then, cut my finger when doing a manicure.  Won't be going back. We had a girls day out and I made a reservation a week in advance for 8 of us to get pedi's all together at 2:45.  We got there about ten minutes late (which I had called to let them know). When we got there, it wouldn't have mattered, they had four ladies in chairs and they weren't even polishing. Once I got to sit down (I went last so my friends could all get in), my friend and I sat there with no water and they started working on filing, no soak. They ran out of hot water.A lady was coming with tea pots full of hot water one by one to give me water and my friend got barely any.  Many of my friends water was barely warm. I got a hot stone massage, she massaged ONE of my legs and forgot the other. The chairs don't work well for massage, they only massage for like 20 seconds which we all know that one of the reasons to get the pedi.  The salon was dirty and I was super disappointed I brought my friends to this place let alone spent any money here. Was looking for a place that does good pedicures and I did some research and found this place. I just walked in and they took me right away no wait. I have to go to place for when I want acrylic nails but I must say I found my new go to place when I want to have a gel mani and regular polish pedi. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they do a very good job. I've been to so many nail shops throughout the years and this is definitely one of the best I've been to. This place is amazing!! My mom, sister, and I walked in to get our nails done for my sister wedding and all of them more than took care of us! I have been coming here for about 3 years. Have been mostly happy but my last experience might keep me from ever returning. I have to say that there are things about the salon that are great. It is very comfy, although it seems like most of the pedicure chairs are broken. Many of the techs do a great job, Nancy and the young guy have been particularly impressive. He gives the best pedicure around! And the chocolate, scrubs and oil they use are very relaxing! It's also pretty clean. However, it is a bit pricier than most places and if you happen to get stuck with a not so great tech you are NOT getting what you paid for. My last time in they had just Nancy doing manicures, which is great as she is awesome, but things were backed up so I got stuck with this older woman filing and cutting my cuticles and it was ATROCIOUS! She is very sweet but she has no business doing nails. I've had a pedicure with her as well in the past and I would rather wait a half hour than pay for the job she does. Horribly uneven filing and she doesn't push your cuticles back enough to actually cut them and ends up cutting your skin, OUCH! It's sadly just not a job worth paying for, you could do better yourself. If you are going to go here I would make an appointment or go early and if you happen to get stuck with this older woman just ask to wait for someone else. You will be much happier!! Read Less

Got a peticure here and loved it!! The people are so nice and make the place feel so homey! They use a special homemade sugar scrub on your legs and lavender oil too!! Great massage chairs! Hot stone, chocolate or wine massages. The hand massage though was key, and it was very good and wasn't one of those pat downs. OPI & CDC colors. For the manicures you sit in a big oversized recliner too. Very nice place to go! Read Less
