My experience here was terrible. The design I chose was supposed to have two sunflowers (on two different nails) and a couple stripes. Not the hardest design but not very simple. The artwork was laughable, it looks like a five year old drew it. The work was very rushed, steps were skipped, and she was too impatient to wait for the paint to dry before putting the top coat on, so three of my nails smeared entirely. I pointed this out and she mumbled something, and then redid a few of the nails only to smudge them again, just like the last. I tried again to have her fix one that was very obviously messed up, but eventually gave up because she just grew more rushed each time and they started to look worse. I honestly do believe I could have done a better job painting these myself, I'm very disappointed in the service I was given and will not be coming back. Read Less

Did not use CND weekly polish base or top coat, seems like those would be necessary to get 7 days out of the polish. Final product was dull, not shiny like the CND polish should be. Also, took a long time to dry, perk of the weekly polish is how quickly it dries. Polish was splotchy and uneven nail shapes. Not sure what all the rave reviews are about, to sanitize the tools she dipped in my dirty pedicure water. Will not be returning. Read Less

I got an SNS manicure here about a month ago, and to their credit, the manicure lasted a full 3 weeks until I removed it with no issues.  The experience itself and the condition my nails are in today are the reasons for the 2 stars. The "manicure" consisted of my nails and cuticles being drilled down before applying the SNS powder, which was then set with a UV lamp (part of the perks of SNS is supposed to be avoiding the UV light on your hands). The manicure itself also came out considerably thicker than I would have liked. The worst part was when I removed it - I may as well have had acrylics. My nails are totally wrecked and you can clearly see the lines where they were filed way too much. Over time I have grown very strong healthy nails, and one week after removing the polish, they are peeling and broken down to the skin - because of how much they were drilled down. I removed the polish the correct way by soaking in acetone and wiping off with a paper towel (no additional drills or pulling the nails off). I am very disappointed with the condition they left my nails in and it will take many months to get them strong again. If you're a serial acrylic wearer (no shame! I used to be one myself) this place is quick and the results last. However if you're looking for a special occasion SNS mani that won't wreck your natural nails, I do not recommend :( Read Less

Review time. I have been going to this place now for about two months (once every two weeks) for a shellac polish change/ manicure and they truly do a great job. Even yesterday when I made a mistake making my appointment they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Prices are very comparable and staff is great. Went in for my first SNS powder manicure and was very impressed! The woman who did them was friendly, skilled, and efficient. I'm horribly picky with my nails, if I see something off it drives me NUTS, but these are seriously perfect! The salon was also very pretty, and the price felt reasonable ($45+tip for a new set), though I would have hoped to have more of a manicure experience for the price as it was around $10 more than other nearby salons, but she immediately started applying the nails without even filing my existing nails or pushing back my cuticles. Cindy did a fabulous job!! It was the cleanest and nicest salon I've been in since we moved here in May. I had a standard hombre pedi and gel hombre mani for $55! Cindy really took her time with me I enjoyed not feeling rushed. Great service excellent quality!! This is the ONLY nail salon I've been to where every single person is kind...I'mNot sure if it's a family who owns this salon but it just feels warm and welcoming, not to mention it's BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN!!! I got my eyebrows waxed and it was a nice first time experience. The salon was very clean and I didn't have to wait too long. The lady doing my eyebrows was nice and the waxing room was comfortable. It was ok. Good at removing the calluses but left much to be desired for my toe nails. Nails cut crooked and trimmed bits of skin left hanging on toes. Only 1/2-3/4 of nails have polish on them. Polish is applied too thin so you can see thru it. Polish left on cuticles and other toes. Basically, I get to go home and even out my nails, remove the polish from my skin and repaint my toes. A brand new salon ! A new kid in town  ! A professional Staff Management with over 15 years experience ! Clean and welcoming environment ! And my nail stylist was really sweet and attentive. I got a gel manicure and left with beautiful hands. However I didn't like the see saw motion of the nail file, I prefer long continuous strokes. The spa chair is completely comfortable   and very convenient to place your purse on the side .
