LOVE this place! They are recently under new ownership & management so the negative reviews DO NOT reflect the current management. They do a fabulous job for the lowest prices in the area. I come in probably every other week (always just walk in) and nail technicians are always so sweet and do a great job, specifically the young man who’s name I did not get. My mom likes this place for her shellac, so when I  came to town for a visit we came here. I got a rebase and the technician was incredibly rude and left dark polish underneath my nail that could have easily been cleaned. When I pointed it out to her a second and third time she finally attempted with some remover and a brush, then dug her very sharp nail in between my finger and nail. I had to pull away and tell her she hurt me, which only seemed to annoy her more. I also have calluses on my fingers and hands, one of which is next to my nail on my left hand. She cut part of it off leaving an open and bleeding spot on my finger that I'm still caring for nearly a week later, and is still in so much pain that I can barely hold anything in that hand. The ladies here are very very nice but I won't be going back after my last visit. I was cut a minimum of 3 times, once on my toe which was the worst of the cuts, and then three times on different fingers.Not to mention it's extremely frustrating to go into a nail salon and have them tell you they can't do any of the things you want because it's not possible, we don't have that color, that won't work when it's simple things like making the point of my nails sharper, a red and gold ombré, or a simple design. I'm paying for a service that is extremely limited and most times not worth the money. I will not be going back to this establishment. Read Less

I walked in to Mimi's without an appointment 2 days before my wedding, and they did a great job with my mani and pedi. I didn't get the names of the two women doing my nails, but they were friendly and paid attention to detail. The salon itself had a nice atmosphere. So mad I booked an appointment for 5:30pm and they didn't even seat me to soak until 6:00pm. I soaked for 15 minutes and still the nail tech was no where to be found. She didn't show up until an hour later from my originally scheduled apt. NEVER going back there!! Terrible customer service!! Read Less

Mini Nails is Wonderful, neat environment, very friendly and they take their time in what they do. I've come here a couple of times for different things and always right before closing and they have never turned me away... Ive gotten the deluxe pedicure and it is REALLY AMAZING , my feet felt amazingly soft afterwards. The pedicure included a hot stone massage on my legs as well. I will definitely come back!! Will not go back, my mom is in town visiting and I took her here. They made her move in the middle of her manicure to another seat to take care of someone that just walked in the door. Three stars for service they are very sweet...they try hard one star for the fact that every time I get my shellac done here it doesn't last It chips after 2 days and gets really dis-colored I don't know why.I've been here 3 times now...I don't think I'll be back unless I find a tech who is really detailed and knows what he/she is doing.I'm one of those people who notices everything so I also don't like how they polish my toenails...comes out globby uneven and messy..not smooth.They don't know how to take shellac off either, they don't leave the acetone on your nails long enough to desolve the shellac so they end up scraping and filing the natural nail too thin.
