I’ve been going here to Christine for almost five years and I love it here! Christine provides the best care and always makes sure you walk out happy. She’s very honest and some people might take offense to it, but she’s trying to help and make sure you know what you’re getting. She’s very friendly and a good friend! She never disappoints when it comes to nails. She gives the best advice about nails and she clearly knows what she’s doing. I rather have someone double check with me and be honest about what I’m getting rather than having someone be fake and let me walk out with ugly and weak nails. At Bella Nails I waited 20 minutes then got seated with this woman...CHRISTINE...she began cleaning my nails, and she asked if I wanted gel nails. I said no. But then she kept going on about how great they were, 2 WEEK GUARANTEE, so I choose that thinking they would stay fresh for a few weeks. During my manicure, it seemed her texting and phone calls seemed more important then her costumer. She was aggressive with my fingers, she blamed me for not putting my nails under the light which I did, and muttered forcefully because it seemed that there was many people waiting to get their nails done, still I'm the paying costumer and she was rushing my $30 DOLLAR manicure! I left thinking I'd never go back there again to see CHRISTINE....3 days later, my nails started peeling off, I thought this wasn't normal so I talked to Bella Nails to see if I could get them redone, she told me yes. I came in a little over a week after getting my nails done and she said no! she said I have to come in a week prior to the manicure opposed to a week and 4 days, even though she told me two weeks guarantee, no chipping. Some friends were meeting at the Flatirons Mall for dinner and a couple of us decided to get our nails done before we ate. We made an appointment, and I read the reviews beforehand. I told my friend I was a little nervous about the place but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and seated for our pedicure. My friend's tech went to work on her nails immediately. Mine (the infamous Christine) sat there for 5 minutes or more texting or playing games. I finally said, "Christine, are you doing my nails?" She jolted as if I woke her up and said, "Yes, I am " and moved closer to me. I told her I was a little nervous after all the bad reviews about her on google. She asked me if I wanted someone else to do my nails and I took her up on the offer. I have no wish to keep reminding someone that they are supposed to be working on my nails, not playing on their phone. I don't know how she keeps her job! In addition, the place really could use a good cleaning. I'll probably come back if it's convenient, but I won't be making any more appointments and I'll refuse to be serviced by Christine. I had the unfortunate experience of getting my nails done by CHRISTINE! Let me explain, I have been here before and had no problems and the staff was very nice, however, this time I walked in wanting a full set (which isn’t much) and she was very condescending and impersonal. When I told her I wanted a mauve color and looked at the ones I picked out she gave a very dirty look and then I proceeded to ask her if I could get the coffin nail shape and she told me that it would cost more and said “They need to be long for the nail shape” which I replied “Yes I know, I’ve had them before” then she told me very rudely “Are you sure you can function with them?” Um yeah obviously or else I wouldn’t ask for them. She just wanted to do less work. Not only did she NEVER talk to me unless it was about the nails but she made her text conversation her first priority and my nails second. She repeatedly stopped doing my nails to text people and made/answered multiple phone calls most of which did not pertain to work at all. She made about 1 phone call with a later appointment and maybe 5 to her friends asking to get the number of her hair stylist so she can make her hair appointment. Once she put her phone down she was VERY aggressive and hurt me multiple times. I have gotten my nails done before and know that you’re bound to get a cut or two but this seemed almost intentional as if I interrupted her life by making her do her job. I asked for matte because I like my nails matte and she said yes but she forgot and started to apply the regular top coat then she said “are you sure you want matte” as if it was so much trouble to apply it. By the end of this appointment I was very annoyed because not only was her customer service TERRIBLE but the nails look HORRIBLE! If she went to cosmetology school she should go back because I know from reading previous reviews the work she does is bad. The whole time she was working on me I would tell her what I wanted and she would reply with a very “are you sure you want that” kind of tone. If it’s my nails why should she care what or how I do them? With how many reviews she has about her bad customer service I’m surprised she still has a job...maybe the store should rethink that decision. I will never be getting my nails done here again. I walked in an hour before closing time thinking because they are in the mall they would still be open in desperate need of my nails being done and they refused me. Don't have a business in a mall where closing hours are different than you are willing to work. I was willing to pay what ever they wanted to charge. I got to Christine pretty regularly for my nails(: she does a fantastic job and remembers things we talk about! She remembers my usual color shades and nail shape I get(: she does a AMAZING job but all the ladies here do as well(: I've also gotten my nails done by mai and angel. I've been making a long drive from colorado springs going to Bella nails for over a year with a favorite nail tech. However, I recently booked 3 appts for myself, mom and aunt on a particular day that worked for our schedules prior to our trip out of town for my wedding, unknowingly that particular day happened to be mothers day. I was contacted by my favorite nail tech to see if we could make changes to a different time or day which she was very polite and accommodating. However when I called to see if we could also change the other two appts to the same time as mine I spoke to christine on the phone, which she was very rude and quite ignorant. She kept repeating they dont allow appts on mothers day. When I tried to explain to her that I was not told so when I first called to book our appts over a week ago, she just kept saying "well I just want YOU TO KNOW that we dont make appts on mothers day." First off that girl needs to learn some manners and second customers dont NEED TO KNOW this, your staff NEEDS TO KNOW this and communicate that to the customer when they first call. I didnt need an appt on MOTHERS DAY per say, I just needed an appt on one of my days off prior to our trip. I will be taking my business else where. Read Less

I went there for the first time tonight. Angel did my nails, and i explained to her how I liked them and what designed I wanted. She was PHENOMENAL! She was entertaining, polite, conversational, and courteous. While I was getting my nails rebased, these two girls (about 11 or so) came in and had messed up one of their nails. She redid it, without charge, and told them all girls need to look good! I was impressed. She did EXACTLY what I wanted, the way I wanted, and even talked me into trying a gel polish- which I have never done. They look great!! I think I found my new nail salon. I have never ever yelled "OW" during a pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was madly rough. When pushing back my cuticles it was more like shoving them back. She overcut the cuticles as well, so there was a small amount of blood. And the little spinny thing? I didn't think anyone could ever mess that up. Turns out if you bring that to your foot at a perpendicular angle...it hurts a lot.When I tried to tell her it hurt when she was cutting the sides of my nails she said "I'm trying to make better" then when I yelled OW with the spinny callous shaving thingy, she said, "your feet are rough, this needs to be done."Yeah, I'm 30 and have been getting pedicures from a ton of different locations since 18 (I move around a lot). Only once before has a guy overcut my cuticles and this was so much worse than that.There wasn't anything that really made up for that either. The service overall wasn't great (but that's bc there's a lot of customers coming in from the mall) and the massage time barely hit two minutes.It's like everyone there is so entitled at having a prime location that's going to get business no matter what that they forgot how to do even mediocre nail salon work. I give 1 star because I can't give less ... This place is terrible !!!! Do NOT waste your time or money . They are over priced and rude. I wasn't pleased with the design on my nail and the tech refused to redo it then over charged me and began talking to another nail tech in their little language looking back and forth at me...  . Also pushed and pushed me to get more done even after saying NO. Then continued to ask me why I wasn't getting more services done .... My sister had a full set done. Her jewels fell off before we even got home and they charged her 5$ extra for her length to be a little longer ... We are taking normal nothing insane ... NEVER heard of that before . Then the next morning 2 of her nails broke off! DONT waste your time if you are looking for a relaxing day and not a head ache!! Read Less

I have only been to this salon once and won't be back. I had Angel do my nails. She appeared to managing the salon while attempting to do my nails. She was very rude and pushy with me. She blamed me for things she was doing wrong. I am not happy with the quality of my manicure or the experience of getting it. Angel worked with me on stiletto acrylics that I had screenshot from Instagram. She was able to duplicate them perfectly. The atmosphere of Bella nails is warm and inviting and I felt very comfortable there, so I highly recommend the visit, if only to view their extensive polish collection. Worst place ever, seriously originally charged me extra for long nails, the nails start popping off less than a week later. Go in and ask to have them re done, she asks "who did them?" I tell her I don't know her name but she was sitting in this desk, she looks up and laughs then starts speaking a different language. So after waiting for 50 minutes she sends another girl to tell me the best I can do is fix the nails that broke for 8$, or get a rebase for 30$. Are you fucking ...kidding me?! I paid 31$ for the full set and barely a week later I'm forced to get them redone and have to pay same price? I ask for the lady who did them and I'm told: "She went on vacation for a week, you literally just missed her by about an hour." Wtf!!!! I have been going to this salon for over year and it never stops amazing me. I originally starting going here because it was close to my job, but now I will make the 30+ minute drive fort heir amazing talent. I have tried other salons closer to where I live, closer to my new job, and even my old salon back home...none of them measure up. I will never go anywhere else for my nails. Read Less
