Witnessed the assistant manger Denise extremely rude to the customer in front of me today. The customer was trying to return an item she purchased online and although she has the print out of her online statement the assistant manager took it to extreme and was waving the paper all around saying she could not find it in the computer and could not do the exchange. The customer ended up taking their items and leaving. Denise the assistant manager continued her frustration out upon helping me. Please remove employees from customer service who have no wiliness to help customer and treat them rudely at the counter. I ended up leaving with no purchase and drove to Ulta across town and was greeted with kindness and a helpful employee. Read Less

I have been going to beauty brands in Broomfield Colorado for several months. My stylist was Ceaser and today was the worst experience of my life. All I asked for was layering that would not shorten the length, pretty self explanatory. You see, the last haircut he gave me was a mullet from the 80's. I tried to explain that layering at an angle would do the trick but he refused and said he would have to cut the length, then suggested I find another stylist. Didn't even try. My hair is 4 inches below my shoulders so this was not impossible just for him. Really bad hairstylist and people person. Do not go there. Read Less

I scheduled my appointment online. I had the option of choosing a master stylist or a regular stylist. Since I usually go to higher end salons, I chose the master stylist. When I arrived for my appointment the first thing the lady at the front desk asked me is if I realized I scheduled with a master stylist because they charge more or if I wanted to change to a regular stylist. I was in my work out clothes, so I was wondering if they were judging by my clothes that I couldn't afford a master stylist. I said, "Well how much is it because on the website it says starting at $59."  The stylist was standing right there and she said $64. I was fine with that. She took me back and was obviously in a huge hurry. She rushed through my color (and missed a bunch of places). She told me to go sit down on one of the waiting chairs. I sat there for an hour while she did two other haircuts. Instead of walking me over to the shampoo station, she said "Go over there to the shampoo station." (-uh, ok-)  So I went and sat down and waited again for her to come and wash the color out of my hair as it had now been sitting in my hair for over an hour.  After I left, I immediately went to a new Aveda salon that recently opened and made my next hair appointment there. After explaining the horrible experience at Beauty Brands, the salon owner at Aveda noticed all the gray hairs that didn't get covered. I would not recommend this place-at all!!! You are better off going to Supercuts or Fantastic Sams. Read Less

If you're looking for really good deals on hair products, then Beauty Brands gets five stars. If you're going for a haircut then it gets a meh. It's a great shop and if you sign up for coupons you can really find some good deals on brand names like biolage, Deva curl, bedhead, and a ton of other brands. What costs $13 for a small bottle of shampoo at Target will cost $8 here. Well worth a visit. I get all my shampoo and conditioner here now. Read Less

Where do I begin. First, I tried booking online and it isn't their fault that their online scheduling is buggy. I booked a "luxury pedicure" and "high shine gel manicure" but the app didn't let me book things as a secondary service so I ended up booking both services at the same time.I get there, explain what happened, and she fixes it saying the same person will do my manicure after my pedicure. But then a different person ends up doing my manicure than my pedicure, which wouldn't be a huge deal except the following happened.First, during the pedicure, I asked if she could do nail art and she said no, that the person who's literally a couple of feet from us is the person that does the nail art. She asked if this was something I wanted and said yes. She just pouted and said "sorry." She left my feed with a green streak of nail polish on my upper foot, but whatever, not a big deal.Then another person ends up doing my nails...not the known "nail person" of the place. Not the one that can do nail art. When she first set to do my shellac, the polish shrunk more than normal? So she starts taking it off! She finally calls over this "nail person" and she comes over and says "do them one at a time". Like I put one finger in from one hand, then quickly switch to the other, and so forth.So this is what the person doing my nails ends up doing...meanwhile the "nail person" of the place doesn't stick around or bother to see if things ended up okay. She does say "Man, I am just so grumpy today. I am so ready to go home." Yeah, I feel bad for the girl sitting in your chair right now waiting on her processing to finish.So my nails went through one round of damage while she took the bad shellac off and the end result was a total disaster. "High shine"? It was a massively dull color, there was color over my cuticles, and when I dried she goes, "did you want extra lotion on your hands?" I nod, and she sloppily puts lotion on for all of 7 seconds on one hand, and barely any more on the other. At least the girl who did my feet had a pleasant personality. The girl that did my nails was very abrasive and for someone that kept telling me that she worked at "high end salons" had to know that the state of my nails was unacceptable.So afterward I walk around the store, trying to figure out what to do. Normally I wouldn't care...just wait until the next time I do my nails and go soemwhere else but I had a photoshoot in a few days. I come across who I think is the manager of the store and show her my nails and say I'm disappointed because I have a photoshoot soon and she says, "Well is it a photoshoot of your hands?" ....no, but seriously? Really off-putting. She then gives me 20% off the nail service but when I go to pay she says very loudly, "and how much are you going to tip? You have to give the same amount to each girl. I can't divide the tip otherwise."...So you're forcing me to tip the same amount? That's unfortunate because one girl was way more pleasant and easy to be around than the other. Oh, and one girl completely messed up my nails while the other didn't. And I need to tip the same amount when the girl who did my feet spent considerably more time on me than the girl who did nothing but damage my nails and make them look like someone's daughter was using my hands for play-pretend nail technicion?So even after 20% off, I still paid $30 for the shellac manicure. By the time I came home, one had already started peeling off. I went somewhere else and got them re-done. So thanks Beauty Brands for making me waste my money, giving me a terrible experience, and needlessly damaging my nails. The pedicure was $40.I've had a pedicure and shellac manicure combined for $55 places with nail art and people who weren't rude and inexperienced. Don't be fooled into thinking that this place will offer you anything of quality just because it charges more. I really wish I hadn't wasted my money here. I paid $30 just to have my nails damaged and to pay another $35 elsewhere to get them redone and go through the damaging peel-off process all over again. And I paid $40 for a pedicure with someone who couldn't do a flower at a place where apparently the known "nail girl" is too lazy and jaded to offer to help her fellow co-workers.Everything all around here was just a horrible experience for me. URGENT: 2nd post So had my hair done here and if you can see my first post you will see that it did not turn out well. So I come to work today and this is what I have been hearing "What did you do to your hair" "What happened to your hair." See Pics and you will understand more. The gray was NOT covered and when I stated that that's not they way my other lady does it the comment was "we all work different" Management needs to refund me. I am willing to pay for the product but not the work done. They did offer to fix it but I know my hair and it will not take two process like this. I HATE getting my hair cut. I find everything about it tedious from calling to make an appointment to having to find things to talk about with a stranger for 45 minutes, but I can't just live my life with bad self-haircuts and constantly keeping my hair in a bun, so I suffer through it.I originally booked an appointment here since you can do the whole thing online (no social interaction needed!) and they have really good weekend and evening availability. I randomly picked Heather since she was open when I needed to come in, and I got SUPER lucky because she's awesome. I'm working on trying to grow out some highlights that were not me at all and she's managed to chop off quite a bit of the light parts without making my hair look crazy short. I've now gone back to see her again (I haven't seen the same stylist for 2 cuts in a row for I don't even know how long!) and I once again was able to easily book online, she did an great job, and she's delightful. The prices are really, really reasonable, parking is easy, and everyone is incredibly friendly. Read Less

My daughters and I have been coming here for years.  I noticed there have been alot of turn around with management and stylists.  We never cared in the past who did our hair.  We knew we would be fine.  Well, this time I schedule for my daughters.  My 10 year old with a Staff level and my 14 year old with a Senior.  Kids are supposed to cost $15 for 10 and under.  Well, the stylist informs me that it would be $20 extra because my daughter's hair is long and think.  All three of us have long and thick hair, and have been coming here for years.  So I asked why it never cost more before and why I would pay a staff level stylist $35.00 to trim my 10 year old when I am only paying $34.00 for my 14 year old to get a whole new style!!!!After much back and forth I had my 10 year old get out of the chair.  I was approached by a "manager" who went on to tell me that it is policy to charge extra for long and thick hair, and that ALL the other stylists have been doing it wrong this whole time.  Keep in mind that there isn't anything stated that long or thick hair costs more for a cut.  For coloring or perms and such...yes.  But not for a freaking CUT!!!!!!  Then I was told, well, I will charge $15, but I am not going to wash it or anything.  Um...no thanks.  Oh, and they tell me that it doesn't show in the system that my daughters were ever there.  It shows everything under my name.  So how is it my fault that YOUR people didn't do THEIR job and enter the girls in the system.  i will NEVER go back to this place again.  They have no loyalty or respect for their clients!!!! So I've tried Beauty Brands many times and literally every time I have had to go back to get it fixed... Now they wont even fix it for free when it was clearly not what they said it would be. One time I went in and they gave me a terrible hair cut, didn't listen to anything I asked, and when I called to ask if they could fix it, I caught SO much attitude. When I went in, the girl who fixed it was so pissed at me she didn't even talk or smile. Everyone in there was staring at me and everyone was so rude. Then one time I went in to have them dye my hair brown and cover up my highlights. Well, It turned RED. Like bright red.. It was the first time I ever cried over my hair. I begged her to fix it. Well she fixed it by dying it black.. Yes, literally BLACK. I was horrified.No they were not willing to do anything else to fix it for free, so I finally went to another salon.  Okay 2 years later I decide to go to get highlights with my mom (I had grown out all the dye from my hair.. it took 2 yearsss) And I figure, you cant mess up highlights.. everyone gets highlights. Well, she didn't even ask how light I wanted to go.. I had to literally stop her from going to mix a solution and say, "Hey, I have a picture of the color I'm going for!" She glanced and told me we can definitely go that light and it'll look great... Long story short, My highlights are a dark blonde/orange and super super stipey.. She didn't go all the way to the roots and it doesn't look anything like the picture. After I held the picture up to my hair and told her "It doesn't look very blonde.." She then said oh, well It takes multiple times for you to achieve a bright blonde. She said the brown color between my highlights made it appear darker.. uhhh no, I'm pretty sure its the COLOR of the dye/bleach that's orange/darker. Luckily my best friend from arkansas who is a hair stylist  told me exactly what to say to her to get the right color.. So I made an appointment with the girl for the next day and she said she can probably achieve that look with 6 foils.. When I told my friend she was like.. "You need to go to another salon.. I use 6 foils on bangs ALONE." I asked what the policy is for correcting the hair color... She said she'll give me a SMALL discount. I'm furious. And debating if I should go to her to get it fixed or not... Read Less

I would like to share an email that I sent to the corporate office regarding this store....I was recently at Beauty brands store #121 in boulder, CO and had an issue with a return. I called the customer service phone number to get information on how to move forward with it and spoke with the on duty manager. She was incredibly rude and demeaning; I would even say that she acted like a bully. I was shaking when I got off the phone with her because I was so upset with how she treated me. I then spoke to Julianna, who was the shift manager on duty at the store. She was so understanding and thoughtful, she completely changed the situation. I would have absolutely sworn off Beauty Brands forever (which is a shame as I have been a loyal customer for a long time) and I AM swearing off Beauty brands as a corporation but because of Julianna, I will continue to shop at store #121 and ONLY store #121. This is not the store I go to most of the time but I will be sure that it is the ONLY one that I go to from here on out. I am not sure what will end up happening with the return situation but because of this employee, it really doesn't matter. She is a keeper and I hope that she is appreciated for all she does including keeping a customer that would have been not only lost but very angry. I will be spreading the word of the treatment I received from corporate and these people can decide if they want to continue to buy from a company that has values as poor as this. No respect for appointment times. I have been coming here on and off for 13 years and I am consistently remind why I stop. Several months ago I had a hair appointment that was delayed an hour because the stylist was on lunch, oops. I received a discount for my troubles and she did a great job so I forgave and forgot. Today I had an appointment for 9:30 AM which I made a week ago as the start of a birthday pamper weekend for myself, I had several appointments scheduled all weekend long so timing was of the essence. A receptionist ripped me out of my sleep at 7:30 AM to tell me the stylist already had an appointment and I couldn't been seen. WTH?? You just now figured that out?! I was kept waiting for 40 minutes for my manicure/pedicure.  The aestheticians at BB do everything from cutting hair to waxing to mani/Pedi's and are therefore not specialists in any one area.  It showed.  I left with scaly feet and nail polish all over my toes.  After the botched pedi I decided to go with clear on my hands, and I had to ask the nail technician a couple of times to re-file my nails and trim my cuticles.  Even the clear polish chipped after 24 hours, and I can usually go at least 5 days without a chip.  (Yes, this princess doesn't do dishes without gloves! ) I would never go back.  Plus the charge for both was $57 - for absolutely sub par service. Props to my hair stylist, Sarah! I just moved from CO to TX, and I'm super sad that Sarah will no longer be doing my hair, but I wanted to make sure everyone out there knows to GO SEE SARAH! She does an amazing job - not only did Sarah do my normal cut and color every 8-12 weeks, but she also did my hair for my wedding as well  as my entire wedding party, and she now does my sister and my mom's hair because they were so impressed with how great it always looked, and the reasonable prices. I have an appt at a Beauty Brands in Plano, TX today... my first hair appt without Sarah over 2.5 years, and I'm totally sad today - this new stylist has big shoes to fill! :) Read Less

I have been going here for a couple years and pretty much every time I go, I have to go in to get it fixed afterwards. The straw that broke the camels back was last week. I went in to go blonde, so my hair was bleached then instead of correcting the yellow color, dye was put on top. My roots then turned a green tint and I had to go back in to get it fixed which they had to put even more color on top. So now I am $150 out and my hair looks exactly the same (minus all the damage) as before I spent all that money. And I had to pay to get the color corrected. Not a happy customer. Read Less

Well, I was greeted and directed where I needed, when I approached the checkout the same gal who had originally assisted rang me out. While I was standing there I noticed a coupon booklet sitting on the counter. Also noticed that all of the $5 off coupons had been intentionally cut out. I inquired about it and commented that it was shady, and the gal smiled and said they do that but know the code and can honor the coupons. I asked if she'd go ahead and honor it for my order. She said no. When I inquired why not, she went to the salon and seemingly asked the person behind the counter who also said no as they laughed. As the girl returned she said she couldn't honor it but offered no reason for that. I said ok, please return my items, I'll take my business elsewhere. Magically, the manager was called over and they were able to apply the coupon. I don't know if it was laziness on the original gals part or what, but as someone who works in customer service I was unimpressed. Read Less

I've been going to this Beauty Brands for my last few haircuts but decided today to write a review about 5 months after my last haircut because today I looked in mirror and actually mouthed "damnnn, my hair looks good." Such was the impetus to make me write this review. I've normally gotten my hair cut and styled by Olga, but this past time was with Wesley, and she did a fabulous job--so fabulous that I can still discern all of the styling details after 5 months. As for my other experiences, I've generally been very satisfied with my haircuts and would probably give it a solid four stars. It's a decently affordable salon, and you can walk-in or make an appointment. I've never had the chance to try any of their other services, but I'll be sure to update this review once that happens. WESLEY was my stylist and she saved my (social) life. Got rid of the streaks and even got my hair to the color blonde I had hoped to achieve on my own. Not brassy at all. I have pretty dark hair so it was a great surprise. She did have to go over my dye job twice, but was so patient and kind about it.  I felt like she was totally in my corner and wanted me to walk out feeling awesome. And I did! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE.  In October Beauty Brands ran a mascara promotion.  I ordered several on line.   Between then and now, I had a significant surgery.  It's only been in the last few weeks I have been reviewing pending items.  I called Beauty Brands let them know I hadn't received my order.  I was told the order was cancelled as there was a limit and I had exceeded the limit. I asked why they hadn't notified me and they said they sent an email a few days after the order was placed.  I pulled up the email.  The email said NOTHING about a limit, nothing about the order being cancelled.  It looked like an order confirmation with the order on back order (as there was no ship date). Shelly, the first customer rep I spoke with  said "the limits were all over the place".  At that point I asked if I could speak with someone else.  I was transferred to Ashley, the manager.  Ashley said unfortunately it had been to long and they would not honor the sale price for any quantity.  "If you had called within a couple of weeks we might have been able to help".  When I explained the surgery Ashley basically restated 'its been too long'. She than said when I placed the order I was told I would get a confirmation email (which I thought I did) and product would be shipped in x days (4 - 8?). "You should have followed up at that point."  I AGAIN stated I was in the hospital however I did get an email and it appeared everything I ordered was listed but no ship date.  Thus, product was probably back ordered.  Ashley basically said I was my responsibility to have followed up.  I own a business and in my mind it is NEVER the customers job to follow up on an order they placed.  If I can't fulfill an order I CLEARLY let the customer know I can't and why.  Ashley then told me "no store would honor this at this point".  That is incorrect.  Many stores would - and do, mine included.  I highly recommend Sephora or Ulta - same products, same prices, significantly better customer care. I made a spontaneous decision to get my hair cut and made an appointment with whoever they recommended. My hair was to the middle of my back, and I told the stylist (Renee) I wanted it below my shoulders, preferably down to my armpits. I showed her a picture of the style I was going for. I told her I wanted it slightly shorter in the back, so it was easier for me to style but I didn't want it super noticeably different. The result? The front barely skims my shoulders and the back is 2 inches shorter, VERY noticeable angled cut. I can't even get the whole thing into a ponytail (which I told her was a priority for when I work out or the days when I don't have time to do anything with it). I debated leaving a review, but a week later I'm still so annoyed that she did not give me close to what I asked for despite me verbalizing it, pointing to the length I wanted on my body, and showing her a picture. Also, I've had my hair this short before, and this is a horrible cut even for short hair. All of this from a supposed "senior" stylist. This place is a glorified Supercuts. Read Less

I have been coming here for 4 years - ever since moving to Colorado and having someone else give me the WORST haircut and color ever.  I cried for about a day and then happened upon Beauty Brands - and made an appointment with Audrey.  Audrey was a fairly new hairdresser at the time and what she did for me was nothing short of a miracle.  I was a MESS and she made my hair presentable, fixed the haircut and I have been coming to her ever since.  She is a miracle worker with color - best I have ever had by any hair stylist.  She works with me to give me exactly what I want each and every time!  She is A-MAZING!I only have two small complaints about this store - and nothing to take away stars for:  first, during the liter sale, they run out fairly quickly.  They know that they are going to sell a BUNCH, so order more, for heavens sake.  Second,  when the stylists go for a Starbucks run, they never ask the customers if they want anything - kind of like we don't even exist.  Ladies - that's a little rude.All in all, a great store, run by great management.  Also, have noticed many positive changes since they were bought.  Nicely done! Unlike Sephora, Beauty Brand focuses more on salon type of products specifically for hair along the lines of Sally Beauty Supply and Ulta. They do carry some makeup brands like Smashbox but they seem to specialize in salon services and hair products. They have a yearly shampoo sale which is great but it's limited to certain products so brands like Pureology is not included. They also have a customer rewards program which I find questionable at most stores but that's for another review. My issue here is with the service. The first time I went in, the staff ignored me because they had a friend or a co-worker visiting with her newborn baby. I understand the excitement of a new baby. But when you're in a retail environment, dealing with the public, you're limited to the co-worker socialization that one can get away with in an office.  Another time I went in I was just ignored. The third time I went in for the shampoo sale. I was helped right away which was great. I asked for more of a natural shampoo without sulfates and parabens. My salesperson seemed stumped which was surprising as I think that it's a pretty common request, especially in Boulder. She finally found a shampoo/conditioner and took them off the display and handed them to me. I checked out and went home with my products. Next day, I go to use my products and to find that she had handed me two hair conditioners. Really? Not a shampoo and conditioner as I asked. So back they went and got them exchanged. Not a trip I wanted to take. Exchange was fairly easy. Overall, decent place for hair products but be prepared to know what you want and help yourself. I still like Sephora for this type of large beauty supply shop. The help there is great if you can get it. Read Less

I started going to Beauty Brands a few years ago mostly because it was so convenient. Some times were better than others, but never anything that was too disappointing. I never did see the same stylist twice because I always make  spontaneous decisions to go get my hair done, but I was always happy enough. The last time, as usual, I decided to get my hair done on a whim, so I called and got an appointment with Tia (someone new, yet again). After that time, I was convinced that I would be making appointments with her in the future. She's fantastic! And she knows her stuff! She was so patient while I decide what I wanted to do, so eager to make suggestions to help me make those decisions and so helpful! Today was no different. In fact, maybe even better! I made an appointment for "partial highlights" but it turned out that I needed a little more help than that. But she didn't complain once about me taking up more of her time than she expected. (Did I mention that she's FANTASTIC?!) I made a "touch up" appointment before leaving because I am certain that she is going to be my "go-to-girl" as long as she is still doing hair (or as long as I am living in Colorado)! Aza was my nail technician and she was wonderful.  I always hear horror stories about beauty salons in the back of beauty supply stores but not this time.  I can not speak for the salon but Aza was amazing. She made me feel welcomed, had great conversation and best of all did a fantastic shellac manicure.  I go back today for another shellac mani.  I am now addicted to this style after my first time 2 weeks ago.  Thank you Aza for such a great and relaxing experience. I decided I wanted to go a few shades lighter this summer, for a fun, bright blonde.  I wanted all over color with highlights, and when I tried to explain it to my stylist, we were just not communicating.  I ended up with platinum highlights striped over my darker blonde color- not at all want I wanted.  The next day I called the store and told them how bummed I was, and the manager( ?) told me that they could squeeze me in that day to have it corrected for no charge.  I was incredibly relieved.  I had a stylist named Kristen, and I am SO happy with the results!  She took the time to sit with me and look at pictures and we actually talked about every step of the coloring process.  She is a blonde herself, and I would highly recommend her if you are going blonde, blonder, or need help correcting color!  She seriously took my hair from weird stripey platinum to a gorgeous honey/beige blonde color that I love!The pricing is pretty good, especially for the quality you will find. It is a hit or miss with them. I have been here quite a few times. My daughter's friend got her hair cut  here and so my dear darling wanted to check it out. We went in and she got the most fabulous hair cut ever! She was in love with her locks and was really happy.And that made me happy.. for the price I was really ready to make this a permanent location for her hair cuts. Next time we went, the stylist was not working there anymore.. and the hair cut this time made my poor darling cry. They did offer to get it restyled but we were not up for that offer. So there ended the story.Next in line are the manicures. Not bad.. but I wouldn't repeat the process here. And the most irritating thing? They asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the stylist. They're open, like, all the time. -I can walk in and just see anyone (almost all of them have done a perfect job on my eyebrows so far)-The store is pretty much the mecca of all beauty products. Go for the products, not for the service.I had the worst mani/pedi I've EVER had here -- my cuticles were not cut properly, my feet did not feel scrubbed and clean, the painting was sloppy (hello, the most BASIC part of doing someone's nails!), and my nails weren't even trimmed evenly (i.e. to the same length and shape). There was the typical leg/hand massage involved, but the girl put such little pressure into it that it was more ticklish than anything. It just felt like she was rubbing up and down my calves and arms. Weird. Not okay.She (my nail tech, I don't remember her name) was really sweet though and told me she had just finished beauty school, and her favorite part was styling hair. Since I had a fancy occasion to go to the following week, I scheduled an appointment with her so she could redeem herself.That sucked too. I asked for a half-updo with loose curls, and it turned out big and poofy like a Barbie doll pageant queen, and obviously not at all what I wanted. Gross.I would advise just sticking to the front of the store, getting what you need, and getting the eff out. Read Less

All I can say is my experience since with all the employees at Beauty Brands Salon in Broomfield has been exceptional... and I'm a guy! Everyone I have encountered are more than willing to please and always ready with a smile! It makes me feel much more comfortable (as a guy) walking into an environment that is predominately made up with the fairer gender. Specifically, the person who has been cutting my hair, Lynn, is a Master Stylist and I've always been happy with the way I look when I leave there. This last occasion I asked her to cut my hair the way SHE thought it would look good (instead of MY idea) and I'm incredibly HAPPY I did! I have visited this location many times over the years, and I'll keep going back.  They offer quite a few products and services, and I always seem to find what I need.Tiffany does my hair, and she does a fabulous job.  She's a master with hair color, and she has perfected a way of cutting my hair so it grows out gracefully and doesn't look like a serious mess after waiting too long between appointments.  She's also great to spend time with, chatting as she works.  I definitely recommend Tiffany!They also sell quite a few hair products as well as cosmetics and lots of nail polish.  This is where I go to get nail polish (I have lots and lots of different colors).  I like to try new shampoos and conditioners, and the people who work there always have lots of suggestions.  Having hair stylists there who have worked with the products is definitely a bonus.I've had my nails done there once, and though the work was good it was kind of odd to be sitting out on the floor when they did their work.  I prefer more of a spa experience.They also provide massages, though I haven't taken them up on one of those.  I've heard good things, though.They have a large parking lot and the store is easy to see from 120th.  I definitely recommend this location and Beauty Brands in general. I didn't know until half my head was covered in color that she as never worked more then three days a week....not really 7 years of experience if you ask me. She MESSED up my color. I had to go back the next day to have it corrected, and the woman who did the correction obviously did not want to be there doing it. After washing and drying my own hair not only is the color very unnatural, but the cut is even worse. I wish I would have gone someone where else. My hair looks like I colored and cut it myself with kitchen shears in the dark!! Read Less

I went to the Broomfield Beauty Brands for the first time last week and was so surprised at the LARGE selection of products they carry and the huge salon they also have. The customer service was outstanding from the minute I walked in. They did not pressure me but offered very knowledgeable assistance and gave me a tour of their salon which did hair, nails, massages and all waxing and facials. The employee helping me offered me samples of some products that would work for me and quickly pointed me to any product I asked about. They carry Pureology which is so hard to find in Colorado. I found the prices to be reasonable and once again the sales clerk told me they carry close to 10,000 different professional products and the store is huge. They have alot of hair stylists and were very busy, but everyone working there seemed professional and happy. The atmosphere was very good and I felt comfortable and shopped for over an hour without even knowing it. If you like to do all your shopping and services in one spot I feel this is the exact place you want to be. I took their menu home and will be scheduling an appointment to get my hair done there also. This is my new home now for products and services!! Read Less

The customer was trying to return an item she purchased online and although she has the print out of her online statement the assistant manager took it to extreme and was waving the paper all around saying she could not find it in the computer and could not do the exchange. The customer ended up taking their items and leaving. Denise the assistant manager continued her frustration out upon helping me. I have been going to beauty brands in Broomfield Colorado for several months. My stylist was Ceaser and today was the worst experience of my life. All I asked for was layering that would not shorten the length, pretty self explanatory. You see, the last haircut he gave me was a mullet from the 80's. I tried to explain that layering at an angle would do the trick but he refused and said he would have to cut the length, then suggested I find another stylist. Didn't even try. When I arrived for my appointment the first thing the lady at the front desk asked me is if I realized I scheduled with a master stylist because they charge more or if I wanted to change to a regular stylist. I was in my work out clothes, so I was wondering if they were judging by my clothes that I couldn't afford a master stylist. I said, "Well how much is it because on the website it says starting at $59."  The stylist was standing right there and she said $64. I was fine with that. She took me back and was obviously in a huge hurry. She rushed through my color (and missed a bunch of places). She told me to go sit down on one of the waiting chairs. I sat there for an hour while she did two other haircuts. Instead of walking me over to the shampoo station, she said "Go over there to the shampoo station." (-uh, ok-)  So I went and sat down and waited again for her to come and wash the color out of my hair as it had now been sitting in my hair for over an hour.  After I left, I immediately went to a new Aveda salon that recently opened and made my next hair appointment there. After explaining the horrible experience at Beauty Brands, the salon owner at Aveda noticed all the gray hairs that didn't get covered. I would not recommend this place-at all!!! Where do I begin. First, I tried booking online and it isn't their fault that their online scheduling is buggy. I booked a "luxury pedicure" and "high shine gel manicure" but the app didn't let me book things as a secondary service so I ended up booking both services at the same time.I get there, explain what happened, and she fixes it saying the same person will do my manicure after my pedicure. But then a different person ends up doing my manicure than my pedicure, which wouldn't be a huge deal except the following happened.First, during the pedicure, I asked if she could do nail art and she said no, that the person who's literally a couple of feet from us is the person that does the nail art. She asked if this was something I wanted and said yes. She just pouted and said "sorry." She left my feed with a green streak of nail polish on my upper foot, but whatever, not a big deal.Then another person ends up doing my nails...not the known "nail person" of the place. Not the one that can do nail art. When she first set to do my shellac, the polish shrunk more than normal? So she starts taking it off! She finally calls over this "nail person" and she comes over and says "do them one at a time". Like I put one finger in from one hand, then quickly switch to the other, and so forth.So this is what the person doing my nails ends up doing...meanwhile the "nail person" of the place doesn't stick around or bother to see if things ended up okay. She does say "Man, I am just so grumpy today. I am so ready to go home." Yeah, I feel bad for the girl sitting in your chair right now waiting on her processing to finish.So my nails went through one round of damage while she took the bad shellac off and the end result was a total disaster. "High shine"? It was a massively dull color, there was color over my cuticles, and when I dried she goes, "did you want extra lotion on your hands?" I nod, and she sloppily puts lotion on for all of 7 seconds on one hand, and barely any more on the other. At least the girl who did my feet had a pleasant personality. The girl that did my nails was very abrasive and for someone that kept telling me that she worked at "high end salons" had to know that the state of my nails was unacceptable.So afterward I walk around the store, trying to figure out what to do. Normally I wouldn't care...just wait until the next time I do my nails and go soemwhere else but I had a photoshoot in a few days. I come across who I think is the manager of the store and show her my nails and say I'm disappointed because I have a photoshoot soon and she says, "Well is it a photoshoot of your hands?" ....no, but seriously? Really off-putting. She then gives me 20% off the nail service but when I go to pay she says very loudly, "and how much are you going to tip? You have to give the same amount to each girl. I can't divide the tip otherwise."...So you're forcing me to tip the same amount? That's unfortunate because one girl was way more pleasant and easy to be around than the other. Oh, and one girl completely messed up my nails while the other didn't. And I need to tip the same amount when the girl who did my feet spent considerably more time on me than the girl who did nothing but damage my nails and make them look like someone's daughter was using my hands for play-pretend nail technicion?So even after 20% off, I still paid $30 for the shellac manicure. By the time I came home, one had already started peeling off. I went somewhere else and got them re-done. So thanks Beauty Brands for making me waste my money, giving me a terrible experience, and needlessly damaging my nails. The pedicure was $40.I've had a pedicure and shellac manicure combined for $55 places with nail art and people who weren't rude and inexperienced. Don't be fooled into thinking that this place will offer you anything of quality just because it charges more. I really wish I hadn't wasted my money here. I paid $30 just to have my nails damaged and to pay another $35 elsewhere to get them redone and go through the damaging peel-off process all over again. And I paid $40 for a pedicure with someone who couldn't do a flower at a place where apparently the known "nail girl" is too lazy and jaded to offer to help her fellow co-workers.Everything all around here was just a horrible experience for me. I HATE getting my hair cut. I find everything about it tedious from calling to make an appointment to having to find things to talk about with a stranger for 45 minutes, but I can't just live my life with bad self-haircuts and constantly keeping my hair in a bun, so I suffer through it.I originally booked an appointment here since you can do the whole thing online (no social interaction needed!) and they have really good weekend and evening availability. I randomly picked Heather since she was open when I needed to come in, and I got SUPER lucky because she's awesome. I'm working on trying to grow out some highlights that were not me at all and she's managed to chop off quite a bit of the light parts without making my hair look crazy short. I've now gone back to see her again (I haven't seen the same stylist for 2 cuts in a row for I don't even know how long!) and I once again was able to easily book online, she did an great job, and she's delightful. The prices are really, really reasonable, parking is easy, and everyone is incredibly friendly. Read Less

My daughters and I have been coming here for years.  I noticed there have been alot of turn around with management and stylists.  We never cared in the past who did our hair.  We knew we would be fine.  Well, this time I schedule for my daughters.  My 10 year old with a Staff level and my 14 year old with a Senior.  Kids are supposed to cost $15 for 10 and under.  Well, the stylist informs me that it would be $20 extra because my daughter's hair is long and think.  All three of us have long and thick hair, and have been coming here for years.  So I asked why it never cost more before and why I would pay a staff level stylist $35.00 to trim my 10 year old when I am only paying $34.00 for my 14 year old to get a whole new style!!!!After much back and forth I had my 10 year old get out of the chair.  I was approached by a "manager" who went on to tell me that it is policy to charge extra for long and thick hair, and that ALL the other stylists have been doing it wrong this whole time.  Keep in mind that there isn't anything stated that long or thick hair costs more for a cut.  For coloring or perms and such...yes.  But not for a freaking CUT!!!!!!  Then I was told, well, I will charge $15, but I am not going to wash it or anything.  Um...no thanks.  Oh, and they tell me that it doesn't show in the system that my daughters were ever there.  It shows everything under my name.  So how is it my fault that YOUR people didn't do THEIR job and enter the girls in the system.  i will NEVER go back to this place again.  They have no loyalty or respect for their clients!!!! So I've tried Beauty Brands many times and literally every time I have had to go back to get it fixed... Now they wont even fix it for free when it was clearly not what they said it would be. One time I went in and they gave me a terrible hair cut, didn't listen to anything I asked, and when I called to ask if they could fix it, I caught SO much attitude. When I went in, the girl who fixed it was so pissed at me she didn't even talk or smile. Everyone in there was staring at me and everyone was so rude. Then one time I went in to have them dye my hair brown and cover up my highlights. Well, It turned RED. Like bright red.. It was the first time I ever cried over my hair. I begged her to fix it. Well she fixed it by dying it black.. Yes, literally BLACK. I was horrified.No they were not willing to do anything else to fix it for free, so I finally went to another salon.  Okay 2 years later I decide to go to get highlights with my mom (I had grown out all the dye from my hair.. it took 2 yearsss) And I figure, you cant mess up highlights.. everyone gets highlights. Well, she didn't even ask how light I wanted to go.. I had to literally stop her from going to mix a solution and say, "Hey, I have a picture of the color I'm going for!" She glanced and told me we can definitely go that light and it'll look great... Long story short, My highlights are a dark blonde/orange and super super stipey.. She didn't go all the way to the roots and it doesn't look anything like the picture. After I held the picture up to my hair and told her "It doesn't look very blonde.." She then said oh, well It takes multiple times for you to achieve a bright blonde. She said the brown color between my highlights made it appear darker.. uhhh no, I'm pretty sure its the COLOR of the dye/bleach that's orange/darker. Luckily my best friend from arkansas who is a hair stylist  told me exactly what to say to her to get the right color.. So I made an appointment with the girl for the next day and she said she can probably achieve that look with 6 foils.. When I told my friend she was like.. "You need to go to another salon.. I use 6 foils on bangs ALONE." I asked what the policy is for correcting the hair color... She said she'll give me a SMALL discount. I'm furious. And debating if I should go to her to get it fixed or not... Read Less

I would like to share an email that I sent to the corporate office regarding this store....I was recently at Beauty brands store #121 in boulder, CO and had an issue with a return. I called the customer service phone number to get information on how to move forward with it and spoke with the on duty manager. She was incredibly rude and demeaning; I would even say that she acted like a bully. I was shaking when I got off the phone with her because I was so upset with how she treated me. I then spoke to Julianna, who was the shift manager on duty at the store. She was so understanding and thoughtful, she completely changed the situation. I would have absolutely sworn off Beauty Brands forever (which is a shame as I have been a loyal customer for a long time) and I AM swearing off Beauty brands as a corporation but because of Julianna, I will continue to shop at store #121 and ONLY store #121. This is not the store I go to most of the time but I will be sure that it is the ONLY one that I go to from here on out. I am not sure what will end up happening with the return situation but because of this employee, it really doesn't matter. She is a keeper and I hope that she is appreciated for all she does including keeping a customer that would have been not only lost but very angry. I will be spreading the word of the treatment I received from corporate and these people can decide if they want to continue to buy from a company that has values as poor as this. Several months ago I had a hair appointment that was delayed an hour because the stylist was on lunch, oops. I received a discount for my troubles and she did a great job so I forgave and forgot. Today I had an appointment for 9:30 AM which I made a week ago as the start of a birthday pamper weekend for myself, I had several appointments scheduled all weekend long so timing was of the essence. I was kept waiting for 40 minutes for my manicure/pedicure.  The aestheticians at BB do everything from cutting hair to waxing to mani/Pedi's and are therefore not specialists in any one area.  It showed.  I left with scaly feet and nail polish all over my toes.  After the botched pedi I decided to go with clear on my hands, and I had to ask the nail technician a couple of times to re-file my nails and trim my cuticles.  Even the clear polish chipped after 24 hours, and I can usually go at least 5 days without a chip.  (Yes, this princess doesn't do dishes without gloves! ) I would never go back.  Plus the charge for both was $57 - for absolutely sub par service. She does an amazing job - not only did Sarah do my normal cut and color every 8-12 weeks, but she also did my hair for my wedding as well  as my entire wedding party, and she now does my sister and my mom's hair because they were so impressed with how great it always looked, and the reasonable prices. I have been going here for a couple years and pretty much every time I go, I have to go in to get it fixed afterwards. The straw that broke the camels back was last week. I went in to go blonde, so my hair was bleached then instead of correcting the yellow color, dye was put on top. My roots then turned a green tint and I had to go back in to get it fixed which they had to put even more color on top. So now I am $150 out and my hair looks exactly the same (minus all the damage) as before I spent all that money. And I had to pay to get the color corrected. Not a happy customer. Read Less

Well, I was greeted and directed where I needed, when I approached the checkout the same gal who had originally assisted rang me out. While I was standing there I noticed a coupon booklet sitting on the counter. Also noticed that all of the $5 off coupons had been intentionally cut out. I inquired about it and commented that it was shady, and the gal smiled and said they do that but know the code and can honor the coupons. I asked if she'd go ahead and honor it for my order. She said no. When I inquired why not, she went to the salon and seemingly asked the person behind the counter who also said no as they laughed. As the girl returned she said she couldn't honor it but offered no reason for that. I said ok, please return my items, I'll take my business elsewhere. Magically, the manager was called over and they were able to apply the coupon. I don't know if it was laziness on the original gals part or what, but as someone who works in customer service I was unimpressed. Read Less

I've been going to this Beauty Brands for my last few haircuts but decided today to write a review about 5 months after my last haircut because today I looked in mirror and actually mouthed "damnnn, my hair looks good." Such was the impetus to make me write this review. I've normally gotten my hair cut and styled by Olga, but this past time was with Wesley, and she did a fabulous job--so fabulous that I can still discern all of the styling details after 5 months. As for my other experiences, I've generally been very satisfied with my haircuts and would probably give it a solid four stars. It's a decently affordable salon, and you can walk-in or make an appointment. I've never had the chance to try any of their other services, but I'll be sure to update this review once that happens. WESLEY was my stylist and she saved my (social) life. Got rid of the streaks and even got my hair to the color blonde I had hoped to achieve on my own. Not brassy at all. I have pretty dark hair so it was a great surprise. She did have to go over my dye job twice, but was so patient and kind about it.  I felt like she was totally in my corner and wanted me to walk out feeling awesome. And I did! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE.  In October Beauty Brands ran a mascara promotion.  I ordered several on line.   Between then and now, I had a significant surgery.  It's only been in the last few weeks I have been reviewing pending items.  I called Beauty Brands let them know I hadn't received my order.  I was told the order was cancelled as there was a limit and I had exceeded the limit. I asked why they hadn't notified me and they said they sent an email a few days after the order was placed.  I pulled up the email.  The email said NOTHING about a limit, nothing about the order being cancelled.  It looked like an order confirmation with the order on back order (as there was no ship date). Shelly, the first customer rep I spoke with  said "the limits were all over the place".  At that point I asked if I could speak with someone else.  I was transferred to Ashley, the manager.  Ashley said unfortunately it had been to long and they would not honor the sale price for any quantity.  "If you had called within a couple of weeks we might have been able to help".  When I explained the surgery Ashley basically restated 'its been too long'. She than said when I placed the order I was told I would get a confirmation email (which I thought I did) and product would be shipped in x days (4 - 8?). "You should have followed up at that point."  I AGAIN stated I was in the hospital however I did get an email and it appeared everything I ordered was listed but no ship date.  Thus, product was probably back ordered.  Ashley basically said I was my responsibility to have followed up.  I own a business and in my mind it is NEVER the customers job to follow up on an order they placed.  If I can't fulfill an order I CLEARLY let the customer know I can't and why.  Ashley then told me "no store would honor this at this point".  That is incorrect.  Many stores would - and do, mine included.  I highly recommend Sephora or Ulta - same products, same prices, significantly better customer care. I made a spontaneous decision to get my hair cut and made an appointment with whoever they recommended. My hair was to the middle of my back, and I told the stylist (Renee) I wanted it below my shoulders, preferably down to my armpits. I showed her a picture of the style I was going for. I told her I wanted it slightly shorter in the back, so it was easier for me to style but I didn't want it super noticeably different. The result? The front barely skims my shoulders and the back is 2 inches shorter, VERY noticeable angled cut. I can't even get the whole thing into a ponytail (which I told her was a priority for when I work out or the days when I don't have time to do anything with it). I debated leaving a review, but a week later I'm still so annoyed that she did not give me close to what I asked for despite me verbalizing it, pointing to the length I wanted on my body, and showing her a picture. Also, I've had my hair this short before, and this is a horrible cut even for short hair. All of this from a supposed "senior" stylist. This place is a glorified Supercuts. Read Less

I have been coming here for 4 years - ever since moving to Colorado and having someone else give me the WORST haircut and color ever.  I cried for about a day and then happened upon Beauty Brands - and made an appointment with Audrey.  Audrey was a fairly new hairdresser at the time and what she did for me was nothing short of a miracle.  I was a MESS and she made my hair presentable, fixed the haircut and I have been coming to her ever since.  She is a miracle worker with color - best I have ever had by any hair stylist.  She works with me to give me exactly what I want each and every time!  She is A-MAZING!I only have two small complaints about this store - and nothing to take away stars for:  first, during the liter sale, they run out fairly quickly.  They know that they are going to sell a BUNCH, so order more, for heavens sake.  Second,  when the stylists go for a Starbucks run, they never ask the customers if they want anything - kind of like we don't even exist.  Ladies - that's a little rude.All in all, a great store, run by great management.  Also, have noticed many positive changes since they were bought.  Nicely done! Unlike Sephora, Beauty Brand focuses more on salon type of products specifically for hair along the lines of Sally Beauty Supply and Ulta. They do carry some makeup brands like Smashbox but they seem to specialize in salon services and hair products. They have a yearly shampoo sale which is great but it's limited to certain products so brands like Pureology is not included. They also have a customer rewards program which I find questionable at most stores but that's for another review. My issue here is with the service. The first time I went in, the staff ignored me because they had a friend or a co-worker visiting with her newborn baby. I understand the excitement of a new baby. But when you're in a retail environment, dealing with the public, you're limited to the co-worker socialization that one can get away with in an office.  Another time I went in I was just ignored. The third time I went in for the shampoo sale. I was helped right away which was great. I asked for more of a natural shampoo without sulfates and parabens. My salesperson seemed stumped which was surprising as I think that it's a pretty common request, especially in Boulder. She finally found a shampoo/conditioner and took them off the display and handed them to me. I checked out and went home with my products. Next day, I go to use my products and to find that she had handed me two hair conditioners. Really? Not a shampoo and conditioner as I asked. So back they went and got them exchanged. Not a trip I wanted to take. Exchange was fairly easy. Overall, decent place for hair products but be prepared to know what you want and help yourself. I still like Sephora for this type of large beauty supply shop. The help there is great if you can get it. Read Less

I started going to Beauty Brands a few years ago mostly because it was so convenient. Some times were better than others, but never anything that was too disappointing. I never did see the same stylist twice because I always make  spontaneous decisions to go get my hair done, but I was always happy enough. The last time, as usual, I decided to get my hair done on a whim, so I called and got an appointment with Tia (someone new, yet again). After that time, I was convinced that I would be making appointments with her in the future. She's fantastic! And she knows her stuff! She was so patient while I decide what I wanted to do, so eager to make suggestions to help me make those decisions and so helpful! Today was no different. In fact, maybe even better! I made an appointment for "partial highlights" but it turned out that I needed a little more help than that. But she didn't complain once about me taking up more of her time than she expected. (Did I mention that she's FANTASTIC?!) I made a "touch up" appointment before leaving because I am certain that she is going to be my "go-to-girl" as long as she is still doing hair (or as long as I am living in Colorado)! Aza was my nail technician and she was wonderful.  I always hear horror stories about beauty salons in the back of beauty supply stores but not this time.  I can not speak for the salon but Aza was amazing. She made me feel welcomed, had great conversation and best of all did a fantastic shellac manicure.  I go back today for another shellac mani.  I am now addicted to this style after my first time 2 weeks ago.  Thank you Aza for such a great and relaxing experience. I decided I wanted to go a few shades lighter this summer, for a fun, bright blonde.  I wanted all over color with highlights, and when I tried to explain it to my stylist, we were just not communicating.  I ended up with platinum highlights striped over my darker blonde color- not at all want I wanted.  The next day I called the store and told them how bummed I was, and the manager( ?) told me that they could squeeze me in that day to have it corrected for no charge.  I was incredibly relieved.  I had a stylist named Kristen, and I am SO happy with the results!  She took the time to sit with me and look at pictures and we actually talked about every step of the coloring process.  She is a blonde herself, and I would highly recommend her if you are going blonde, blonder, or need help correcting color!  She seriously took my hair from weird stripey platinum to a gorgeous honey/beige blonde color that I love!The pricing is pretty good, especially for the quality you will find. It is a hit or miss with them. I have been here quite a few times. My daughter's friend got her hair cut  here and so my dear darling wanted to check it out. We went in and she got the most fabulous hair cut ever! She was in love with her locks and was really happy.And that made me happy.. for the price I was really ready to make this a permanent location for her hair cuts. Next time we went, the stylist was not working there anymore.. and the hair cut this time made my poor darling cry. They did offer to get it restyled but we were not up for that offer. So there ended the story.Next in line are the manicures. Not bad.. but I wouldn't repeat the process here. And the most irritating thing? They asked me if I wanted to leave a tip for the stylist. I stumbled upon Beauty Brands on Yelp!, actually. Was looking for a new stylist to help shape my eyebrows, which are barely under control when a pro does them. The positives: -Store hours are fantastic. They're open, like, all the time. -I can walk in and just see anyone (almost all of them have done a perfect job on my eyebrows so far)-The store is pretty much the mecca of all beauty products. Go for the products, not for the service.I had the worst mani/pedi I've EVER had here -- my cuticles were not cut properly, my feet did not feel scrubbed and clean, the painting was sloppy (hello, the most BASIC part of doing someone's nails!), and my nails weren't even trimmed evenly (i.e. to the same length and shape). There was the typical leg/hand massage involved, but the girl put such little pressure into it that it was more ticklish than anything. It just felt like she was rubbing up and down my calves and arms. Weird. Not okay.She (my nail tech, I don't remember her name) was really sweet though and told me she had just finished beauty school, and her favorite part was styling hair. Since I had a fancy occasion to go to the following week, I scheduled an appointment with her so she could redeem herself.That sucked too. I asked for a half-updo with loose curls, and it turned out big and poofy like a Barbie doll pageant queen, and obviously not at all what I wanted. Gross.I would advise just sticking to the front of the store, getting what you need, and getting the eff out. Read Less

All I can say is my experience since with all the employees at Beauty Brands Salon in Broomfield has been exceptional... and I'm a guy! Everyone I have encountered are more than willing to please and always ready with a smile! It makes me feel much more comfortable (as a guy) walking into an environment that is predominately made up with the fairer gender. Specifically, the person who has been cutting my hair, Lynn, is a Master Stylist and I've always been happy with the way I look when I leave there. This last occasion I asked her to cut my hair the way SHE thought it would look good (instead of MY idea) and I'm incredibly HAPPY I did! I have visited this location many times over the years, and I'll keep going back.  They offer quite a few products and services, and I always seem to find what I need.Tiffany does my hair, and she does a fabulous job.  She's a master with hair color, and she has perfected a way of cutting my hair so it grows out gracefully and doesn't look like a serious mess after waiting too long between appointments.  She's also great to spend time with, chatting as she works.  I definitely recommend Tiffany!They also sell quite a few hair products as well as cosmetics and lots of nail polish.  This is where I go to get nail polish (I have lots and lots of different colors).  I like to try new shampoos and conditioners, and the people who work there always have lots of suggestions.  Having hair stylists there who have worked with the products is definitely a bonus.I've had my nails done there once, and though the work was good it was kind of odd to be sitting out on the floor when they did their work.  I prefer more of a spa experience.They also provide massages, though I haven't taken them up on one of those.  I've heard good things, though.They have a large parking lot and the store is easy to see from 120th.  I definitely recommend this location and Beauty Brands in general. I didn't know until half my head was covered in color that she as never worked more then three days a week....not really 7 years of experience if you ask me. She MESSED up my color. I had to go back the next day to have it corrected, and the woman who did the correction obviously did not want to be there doing it. After washing and drying my own hair not only is the color very unnatural, but the cut is even worse. I wish I would have gone someone where else. My hair looks like I colored and cut it myself with kitchen shears in the dark!! Read Less

This girl was very insecure and it was apparent that she had no more experience cutting hair than I did. It was uneven and she didn't even blend the layers together. At the end she asked if I wanted it blow dried? Why would she even ask...I didn't think I was at Cost Cutters! I went to the Broomfield Beauty Brands for the first time last week and was so surprised at the LARGE selection of products they carry and the huge salon they also have. The customer service was outstanding from the minute I walked in. They did not pressure me but offered very knowledgeable assistance and gave me a tour of their salon which did hair, nails, massages and all waxing and facials. The employee helping me offered me samples of some products that would work for me and quickly pointed me to any product I asked about. They carry Pureology which is so hard to find in Colorado. I found the prices to be reasonable and once again the sales clerk told me they carry close to 10,000 different professional products and the store is huge. They have alot of hair stylists and were very busy, but everyone working there seemed professional and happy. The atmosphere was very good and I felt comfortable and shopped for over an hour without even knowing it. If you like to do all your shopping and services in one spot I feel this is the exact place you want to be. I took their menu home and will be scheduling an appointment to get my hair done there also. This is my new home now for products and services!! Read Less
