In love with this place! I've been to the other, but this place far surpasses that. The interior is simple and clean, and has a relaxing and inviting feel. The ladies here are classy, super sweet, and so very hospitable. They took off my coat, got me a drink, and helped put my coat back on. I have gotten a couple of manicures and a pedicure here, done by different women and they did a fantastic job. I am pretty critical of this because I like to see the paint covered to the very edge of the nail. Most of the time I see a gap and it makes me feeling annoyed but I just deal with it. They guarantee that the paint lasts 10 days, and the shellac 2 weeks. The massages on my hands and feet were fantastic. The prices are very reasonable. Fast, friendly and high quality service is how I would best describe my experience. They have a great color selection (both regular and gel polish), as well. I've only gotten my nails done 3 times before going here. And all different places and different prices. This time I'm hooked. They did an amazing job at understanding what I wanted and how I wanted it. I absolutely love my nails! I was a walk in and had to wait a bit but it was totally understandable and worth the wait. I have to say the clean atmosphere The technicians are gentle. The massages of feet, hands that you receive are amazing as well. The staffs here was very friendly and they were very welcoming. They do it quickly. They don't rush & treat all clients like equals. The price is reasonable (more on the pricey side) but so worth the money. I rarely give 5 stars for anything. Love this place.They have beverages for their clients. The wait time during the week is usually short. Shop clean, neat was clean, employees friendly! Amazing customer service!!! I've been here several times and have always had a great experience. It's clean and nice inside, the techs all wear gloves, and my nails were well done. I screwed up my polish trying to get into my car this last time and they incredibly kind and helpful when I went back in to have them fixed - they even refused to take the few dollars I tried to give them as a thank you. This is my go to spot for when I get my nails done. I've been coming here and seeing the girl for my full sets & fills. She gets me & how I like my nails done. Not too thick, more of that natural look. I haven't had a bad experience here since I started coming to see her. I highly recommended her. I went here three weeks ago with some friends. We had walked in, and was told it would be a 45min wait. We decided to stay. I eventually asked them how much longer would the wait be, she said a few more minutes. It ended up taking almost 2 hours to actually get started on. They were extremely busy, but they should have been more honest about the wait. I was happy in the beginning with the end result, even though my nails were uneven in length and one was put on kinda crooked. They hurried through our nails to get us out of there. My friend picked out a blue color, and her nails actually turned out black. I went to another nail salon today to get a rebase for the full set I received at pretty nails. My full set was literally hanging on by a thread. We had to take them off and completely start over. They were so poorly put on he didn't even have to soak them to remove them. I will never drive 40min again to pretty nails to wait 2 hours for a horrendous job. Looks can be deceiving. Read Less

One of the best experiences at a nail salon that I've had in a long time! I got the solar pink acrylics with glitter nails. Tam my tech was friendly and listened to everything I wanted. She took her time as well and did an excellent job. The cute black details she added to my nails look beautiful and she only charged an extra five bucks for It! I was visiting family and I was in desperate need of a pedi and fill. I was looking through Yelp and saw a person review on a different salon and recommended pretty nails spa. I called just before I went in and they were able to tell me an accurate time so I wouldn't have to wait.Right away, I was seated in a pedicure chair and the place was very clean. I noticed that they offer child pedicure chairs which is good to know. Kim did a wonderful job. She took her time and paid attention to my cuticles and the shape of my nails. (I only like my toe nails square)   Lynn did my fill. Let me start off by saying that the nail tech in AZ that had put my set on less than a week ago left my nails chunky, uneven, and ugly. Lynn was quick and she did such a BEAUTIFUL job. I love my nails. They look like a fresh new set. Next time I am in town I will definitely be stopping in. I really enjoy coming to this nail salon.  The prices are fair and they take their time doing your nails.  I've never had to wait too long or at all to get my mani-pedi (but maybe because I come mid-day).  They are always very polite,  never rude and not pushy.  It's kind of a drive but I feel it is worth it and this is my go to place! And now there are more restaurants and shops around Brighton so it isn't too bad to come around this way anymore.  Lastly, you can always get ice cream a few shops down and enjoy that while you're getting your pedicure :) Read Less

I went in for a full set and pedi. But since I don't do my nails that often I didn't quite know what to expect.. needless to say.. the service for my pedí was ok.. the young lady was very nice.. I had no waiting time for either.. but the tech who did my full set was a different story. I felt he was annoyed and would push or sway my fingers and hands here and there. I had asked for an almond shape, which he was very skilled at doing it. He did a great job but I just didn't ...like how they felt or how he made me feel. I went back the following day and asked if I could get them a bit more thinner and shaped a little different. From my experience the following day, I have to say Lynn is my gal. I hope to become her regular. She was very understanding, caring, empathetic,and did them exactly how I wanted. She wasn't upset or annoyed. All I have to say is Thank you Lynn!!
