I called to make an appointment and was scheduled one hour before their closing time. I was a bit worried but decided to go anyways. My daughter and I showed up around 6 for 2 acrylic full sets as well as 2 pedicures and a wax. They close at 7 pm we ended up leaving at 9 pm. I am extremely PLEASED with the service provided. Not once did I feel rushed, ALL the staff was friendly and engaged in some conversation with US (the clients) more than they did to each other. I’m used t...o visiting salons where they talk to each other in a language I don’t understand but this was not the case at Image Nails. My daughter had her eyebrows waxed for the very first time and they look GREAT she also received her first set of acrylic nails as well as first pedicure and everyone was very patient and helpful when it came to picking her nail colors as well as sizing the tips to her liking. Haven't been to a nail salon in years even though I'm a Cosmo. Was just put off by rude behavior and shifty sanitation practices from most places. This was such a different experience. Very clean and nice first of all, but all the employees are so sweet and helpful I felt very comfortable from the minute I walked in. I went here because of the good reviews .. the guy who did my nails was nice . But as far as quality it wasnt great . I had to get them fixed twice due to them chipping and peeling just after a day or two . Eventually they just peeled completely off and i ended up having to get them done somewhere else not even two weeks later .. Read Less

I appreciate that they honor appointments here. I used to go to Elite nails in Ft. Lupton and quit after waiting an hour for them to do a walk-in!They do a really good ob here, exactly what you ask for. They speak good English and I always leave with my nails looking great. I am in from out of town and found this salon near my in-laws' house. I went in at 6:30, not realizing they closed at 7:00 and they were very accommodating.
