I used to love this place. Sydney is amazing! Unfortunately getting an appointment is really difficult and when you do, you still have to wait 30-45 minutes past your appointment time. I also walked in for waxing and left after waiting for 45 minutes. I used to love this place but the wait times are too long. I found a great place next to Harbpr Freight. The wait times are not long and the prices are extremely competitive. Not sure if they offer waxing services.

Went in with the hubs after work for a pedi before vacation. They got us us right in and did a great job! Very reasonable price!

2 weeks with these "$50 ombre nails" and one of my nails breaks. This place sucks! The employees are so rude as well especially the guy who did my nails. Not going back ever again.

Don't bother walking in. You'll wait at least half an hour. And making appointments doesn't matter, you'll still wait!

Took my sisters here to get a pedicure as I have been here a few times and it was fine. It was a Saturday morning and they were BUSY. There was a young boy sitting there and one of the nail techs motioned him to start my sister’s nail. We could tell there was NO way he was licensed. So he started (very nervous-he knew we knew something was not right) and we asked if he was licensed. He stopped immediately and looked over at the other nail techs. They said he was!!! So we asked to see the license and they couldn’t show us. We have pictures and are calling the state of Colorado!!! Big time against the law to be practicing without a license!!!!! Be careful people!! ALWAYS be aware at these places.

I always go to this elite and am always satisfied. Today I went and someone named Tia did them and she did a horrible horrible job I'm so mad! I paid 40 dollars on my nails and she sucked! I told them...
I always go to this elite and am always satisfied. Today I went and someone named Tia did them and she did a horrible horrible job I'm so mad! I paid 40 dollars on my nails and she sucked! I told them I was unsatisfied and all they said was sorry. Obviously they aren't sorry enough. Thanks for the great customer service! I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I may never go back to elite nails again.

Clean, friendly and I didn't wait long at all. Unfortunately, she nicked a couple of my cuticles but she did a good job overall.

I used to love this place. Sydney is amazing! Unfortunately getting an appointment is really difficult and when you do, you still have to wait 30-45 minutes past your appointment time. I also walked in for waxing and left after waiting for 45 minutes. I used to love this place but the wait times are too long. I found a great place next to Harbpr Freight. The wait times are not long and the prices are extremely competitive. Not sure if they offer waxing services.

Took my sisters here to get a pedicure as I have been here a few times and it was fine. It was a Saturday morning and they were BUSY.
