I'm so bummed I didn't have a great experience at Tiffany's nails. After reading so many positive reviews I was looking forward to going. Probably one of the worst pedicures I've had in a long time. It smuggled after one day :( which normally doesn't happen when I go get a nice pedicure. My manicure seems to holding up OK. But the gal that checked me out first of all didn't seem to know what she was doing with my pedicure or the transaction. Told me my first card was declined so I gave her a second card which went through. I checked my bank statements and I was charged the full amount on both cards. When I called to have them look into it for me they were of no help. I believe there is only one gal in the salon that can speak english, which is pretty frustrating. Don't recommend getting your nails done there. I'd rather pay a little more to have a more enjoyable experience and quality of work. Read Less

I live in Arvada but routinely make the drive to see Tiffany in Boulder because she is hands-down the best in the whole Denver metro area. I've tried multiple other places in Denver, Arvada and Boulder, but the shellac doesn't last nearly as long. I was lucky if I got a week without chipping or peeling from other salons. With Tiffany, I go every 2-3 weeks, and my nails still look as perfect as the day she did them. If nails didn't grow I'm pretty sure I would never need another shellac manicure again. And I work as a vet tech, and have multiple dogs at home, so I do NOT take it easy on my hands! Not only do the nails look perfect forever, but Tiffany knows exactly how I like my nails cut and shaped, so I don't even need to tell her what I want anymore other than color. The personal service there is great and Tiffany always greets people by name and seems to have many loyal customers. I've never known anyone to be disappointed. I came here to get my nails done for formal and I found it on yelp. I am so glad I found them because they are extremely nice and did a great job. My nails shape on both my toes and fingers is great and they didn't take long time either. The price was also reasonable. My technician was Tom and he was great. I went to this nail salon because of the ratings.. I have no idea how this place got good ratings! Literally the WORST pedicure I have ever had. They put nothing in the water and didnt let my feet soak. I asked the guy if he could make my feet nice and soft because I knew that it had been a while since my last pedicure. This guy used a pumas stone for maybe a minute on my feet. First off, pumas stones cannot be sanitize due to there porosity and it being a soft stone. Swcondly, the entire time I was in there the guy didn't say one word to me the entire time but had no problem talking to the other 3 ladies in their native tongue. It was so uncomfortable and disrespectful to be honest. Also, I'm pretty sure he up charged me for the manicure and pedicure. Most expensive mani/pedi i have ever paid for. Worst experience. If you want something basic, they are awesome.  Super nice, good attention to detail, and can fit you in any time, decently priced (gel manicure about $35).  Communication is a problem.  I  tried to get a gel manicure with heavier sparkles on the tip of my nail gradually going to nothing at the bottom, and after 5 minutes of explanation (heavy sparkle here, light here, much/little, many/few), it looks like I dipped the edge of my nails in gel.  But the guy was really nice, so I said it was fine.  I'll go back when I need a basic deal, for sure, but if I want something specific I'll go elsewhere. I tried Tiffany's for the first time last week. Both my mani and pedi chipped and started peeling within 5 days. So I would not recommend this place. Also - they quoted me $50 over the phone for a gel mani and regular pedi but I was charged $55. I asked about the difference and they denied quoting me that. But I know for sure they said $50 bc I remember thinking what a good deal it was. So I also just felt that was a little strange. I would gladly pay even $70 if it wouldn't chip. If you want a ONE minute massage, this is the place to go. I asked if it were normal and she said "well, you're just a walk in". Seriously. So disappointed. Rude and cold also. I came to Tiffany's because I had heard of its good nails at a decent price. A little backstory, I was in Boulder on a week visit single-handedly dealing with a death in the immediete family and cleaning out their whole apartment. Its my first rodeo with close death and it was hard. I saw getting my nails done as a single "treat yourself" mentality. I live in Oakland and a fill for gel nails is usually $25, with a simple pedicure being $10-15. First off, I called ahead and they quoted me $25 for a gel fill and didnt tell me the price for toes. I got there at 4 they told me to come back at 5. I left my number, drove home and they called me to come back at 4:15.... so I drove back. I had my nails done by Tina. My galpal with me asked how much a full set with tips was and the lady asked Tina in Vietnamese- you dont know the prices of the shop??? There was also no price board...While I was getting my toes done the lady commented on my tattoos and how they are expensive. I tried to explain that i'm a art school student who works at a tattoo shop (free/cheaper prices) AND that I have to save all my tips for them- in a nutshell that I'm NOT rich- even though this lady was trying to talk to me like I was.After all this, I was spotting my galpal for her nails. When the time came to pay- my gel FILL (no tips), was $35, plus $25 for simple toe polish. My homegirl's tips were $75 FREAKIN DOLLARS. $75. Even in San Francisco the most expensive places are $60. So to be somewhere so budget with that price was appaling. My total came out to $103. I was speechless and too surprised to even say anything. I'm not used to getting hustled and this totally threw me. THEN the lady goes "$130, ok?" and before I could protest, ran my card.Adding your own tip? What the hell? I was so surprised and upset I didnt say anything- which is MY fault- but seriously what the hell? I should have been honest that I had just lost the woman who raised me singlehandedly. Finally, I have found it...after years of visiting Boulder and trying any number of salons which were either horrifically overpriced or bargain chop shops overrun by CU & high school students, this is the real thing. I had an over zealous toe nail/cuticle trimming at Tiffany's with my pedicure. It was my first time there. She (don't know the lady's name) actually drew blood in 3 places and i limped around in pain for the next couple of days It was an unpleasant experience. I think Im even a little traumatized from the aggressiveness and would certainly be too scared to ever go back.  The nail color was fine, but with only one coat of the color the polish is uneven and less than good. Omg! We girls go to nail salons to get away from all the craziness in our lives. For 1 hour at least 2 ladies argued well at least it sounded like there were arguing.. Not only that but they do pedicures with water only no solutions. My message was literally 2 minutes and they never offered me any additional services. Not sure how they got GOOD rating.. Went in at 615 with a gf and didn't realize they closed at 6 when their website stated 7, we only wanted a polish change mine on my hands &feet and my friends was a shellac polish change, 1st of all wish they would of said no since they were  already "closed". I get they wanted to take us but really they just wanted the money and kicked us out. Shellac polish change was $30 which I've never heard of n mine was 22 which ok ill pay but only a couple days later they have all chipped..wouldn't of wrote a review otherwise.  So just wouldn't go nack based on service and professionalism Read Less

I usually don't like nail salons in Boulder because they are overpriced and often not very well done. I got a fill on my acrylics and a gel polish. Tina did a really fantastic job! The prices aren't too steep and they recreate Pinterest styles. Highly recommend! Read Less

Extremely disappointed! I got a mani a pedi and an eyebrow wax and was not pleased with any of it! I got everything done only 2 days before going on vacation, my toe nail polish started chipping not 24 hours after I had gotten them painted, and I wasn't doing much at all except for walking around the house and packing! I ended up having to re-paint my toenails myself before going on my trip. I got gel nails done, now, it's pretty difficult to mess gel nails up, but somehow they did. They painted extremely far away from my cuticle, so I had this huge gap of bare nail between the paint and my cuticle, I mean HUGE! Also while I was on vacation, doing nothing but lounging at the pool and swimming in the ocean, my gel nails started to chip as well, I have gotten gel nails before and went camping and they held up better than these did. I also received an eyebrow wax that was very sloppy and I ended up having to wax, pluck and shape them again myself after realizing how badly she had messed them up. On top of all of this, the whole thing felt rushed and the woman was not very nice at all, seemed like she would have rather been anywhere else but there, she kept pausing her work on me to look at her phone, AND reply! extremely unprofessional. I needed my nails done for an important last-minute interview, so I decided to try this place out. They were awesome! The girl who did my nails was so nice, and she helped me find a really great color and made my nails look perfect. Everyone in the salon was chatting in a friendly, casual manner. No services chart with prices and options, rushed,  cheap environment,  prices are average at best,  but it's the worst of the worst I've been to. Low polish color variety, just left when she was done instead of asking if I wanted a flower or saying anything to close the visit. The 2 end chairs are out of order,  but they put me in one of them even though the place was empty and couldn't tell me how to make it work. What a waste of money! Honestly.  So frustrating,  when we went there to relax. This was a special day for me abs my daughter and it was awkward the whole time for us both. Plenty of competition... can't believe they are in business at all. Paid $65 for 2 basic pedis, one basic mani, no frills. If that's cheap,  go to denver metro. Tiffany and her group of professionals are the best in Boulder. The prices are reasonable, service is excellent and the atmosphere is cute, fun and clean. The quality of shellac, gel and nail polish is great so they stay on for a long time without chipping right away like at so many other places around Boulder! They take appointments and take walk in as efficiently as they can! Tiffany truly cares about her clients and you can feel that the whole business runs efficiently with an emphasis on fantastic customer service. Love this place. Love it here! They deliver a friendly, professional, no-nonsense (I'm not a fan of all the extra frilly add-ons), inexpensive pedi ($25 for a basic). Not worth it. Go to contempo or another spot. The lady barely took care of my toes & the "massage" was her gently placing her fingers on my skin. Not worth my money at all. Very disappointed in this place. When I asked to change the color because it didn't look good she simply painted over the two toes she had already done, instead of removing the nail polish. Don't go!!! I came to Tiffany's numerous times, and the service was quite inconsistent, depending on which technician you got. My last experience was with a woman who paid no attention to my pedicure at all, but kept looking over her shoulder to watch TV. I didn't think she spoke English, as she would not acknowledge anything I said to her... until the end when she asked for the money, in perfect English. There were only a couple of other patrons in the shop at the time, so the technicians were lying on the couches watching TV and chatting with each other in their native language. Needless to say, it was a horrible pedicure and not relaxing at all. The sterilization of utensils appears non-existent. On another occasion, I accidentally gave my technician an extra $20 bill instead of a $5. I quickly realized my mistake and brought it to her attention. At that moment, the manager of the shop rushed over and said I had paid correctly, even as the technician help up the extra $20 bill in her hand! I was embarrassed and angry. The manager had not been dealing with me, so how would she know what I paid?! I will never go back there again, and would not recommend this shop to anyone. Read Less

I've been going to Tiffany's for a very long time now, and they are the best place in town to get your nails done. Reasonable prices for manicure and pedicures and also for waxing! A lot of places that I've been to, are not clean and are not professional. Here you get good service and they treat you very good. They are licensed for everything. Great place to get your nails and waxing done. I don't know what that lady is talking about, she must of went to the wrong Tiffany's nails. I had gone to Tiffany's a few times for pedicures, which weren't horrible, but then decided to get my eyebrows waxed since they said it would just be $8. The process itself was more painful than it had been at other salons and when they finished, the area around my brows was bright red (as expected). After 3 hours the redness didn't go away and when it was still very irritated the next day, I went to the spa at Nordstrom where the esthetician there informed me that the wax they used was too hot and therefore had BURNED off the top layer of my skin! Apparently they aren't licensed for waxing and they absolutely shouldn't be. DO NOT GET A WAX THERE!! They are mediocre for manicures and pedicures (as the price would suggest) but it literally took me three weeks to have skin around my eyebrows again!Read Less
