I've been coming here for years and the service has slowly degraded. But now I will never be back! I went in for a regular manicure which should not have been an issue. They tried to push their dip powder, which I was not interested in. This has been happening more and more. If they truly think regular polish isn't good enough, they just shouldn't sell it at all. This was my first visit. I asked a young lady in Best Buy whose nails looked great where she went. This spot is close to home so I tried it after work. I knew I wanted a holiday theme but wasn't sure if they had my idea. From the nail art I decided. They explained it was powder and gave me the price and we agreed. While getting my pedi they asked if I wanted the design in shellac a couple of times but I stuck to the powder. I'm glad I did. Ivy did a great job on my fingernails. Even though it was going past closing she did not rush. She was meticulous about getting the design right. They were not crowded on a Friday evening and I'll go again since it's so close to home. Mediocre work. I got a full set and my tech was rushing so much that she didn't even check her work. I got "gel powder" which I'm not even sure is a real thing and she only put on a single coat of black polish so in the light my nails are splotchy. I also got a cat's eye design that they were featuring which is pretty much the only thing I like. The nails themselves aren't completely even and one is very lopsided. My deluxe pedi took the same amount of time as a regular which means I paid for a long massage n didn't get it. They have been out of the color I have wanted 3 months in a row when the manager said she would have it the second time. Asked for discount stir to this and was ignored. I will only go back to use my coupon of 30% off and that will be the last time. I am sure another place would like my regular business and give me my money's worth unlike my experience here. Went with my best friend to get my nails done on 7/9/17. Our pedicures turned out ok but our manicures were Terrible. Both of us had crooked nails. My bfs had one nail that was super thick. When I got home I had to reshape my nails mmm self because it looked like a five year old gave me a manicure. Read Less

If there could give less than one star I would. Had been here before for a full set, manicures, etc. today I went in for a simple shellac manicure, the girl doing my nails was so rough removing the shellac, that obviously hadn't soaked for long enough that she ripped off layers of 2 nails cracked and chipped two others. When I pointed out the damage to her, she had the nerve to tell me my nails were damaged prior to the removal of the shellac. Their solution, we'll just put acrylic over your nails, ummm no! I've spent months taking care of my finger nails after damaging them for years with acrylics! My nails were just fine prior to walking in healthy and long! Maybe more training is in order on how to properly remove shellac without damaging your clients nails! Read Less

I've lived in the area for a while, so it's close to home. Never have to wait long at all, if you have to wait! My husband tags along for pedi day, he's a nurse and on his feet all day and they never have a problem taking care of his feet or callouses. Always clean, no smells. They keep the place well ventilated. My mom went in recently for her very rare visit and my mom explained what she wanted and they told her what it was called and did it. She enjoyed her time there as well. I never make appointments, as I am a spur of the moment type of girl and they always can squeeze me in. Love this place!!! Read Less

Due to my experience that I received yesterday I will continuously visit Sunny Nails. Yesterday I went in as a walk in for a rebase the girl that did my nails was very pleasant but I was not satisfied with the outcome of my nails. I was going to pay and just chop it up as a loss because I didn't want to get into an argument about my nails. However, Lilly saw that I was not satisfied and took it upon herself to redo my nails and they came out beautifully. I was so satisfied with her taking the time to notice that I was displeased and fixing the problem I definitely will continue my business here. Went to Sunny Nails a few weeks back because I just wanted a little pampering after a long day at work. I got there late (6:20, and they close at 7) and I hate doing that because people are tired and just rush through services. THANKFULLY this was not the case, I had a great experience. At first a man named Ryan helped me out, he was nice but a little tip: please ask if you're being too rough. I was obviously not comfortable but felt too weird to say anything. Gotta take it down a notch :)However, the manager, Lilly did most of the pedicure. She was accommodating to my late appointment and really did an excellent job. I've been to countless nail salons until I found sunny nails. I love how clean they keep their salon. They have a huge selection of shellac and regular polish colors. Recently I can't get enough of their temperature polish that changes colors in hot and cold temperature, I get tons of compliments. Lilly always does a great job, she's fast and I always leave with my nails looking perfect. I recommend the Deluxe pedicure it's worth every penny. Read Less

My mom and I went for mani/pedi's while I was visiting from out of town. We were both happy with our pedicures. But the customer service was terrible!!! The lady rushed through my shelac manicure and it looked awful! Polish on my skin, bubbly and uneven. When I told them I was unhappy with it and I wanted them to take it off, they got extremely rude. They said they would take it off but were still going to charge me for the manicure. It wasn't until other customers heard what was going on that they refunded my money. Read Less

Went for mani and pedi, regular polish. Also wanted gel off. My regular salon was closed and I went off the ratings. My experience was worse than the ratings. Didn't take all the gel off (still have it on 6 of my nails), cut my fingers (twice) and cut my toe (once). Would say something to the effect of "oops" I finally asked her to watch what she was doing. One toenail was not polished right and asked it to be redone and it looked better before it was fixed. I had to bring all to the attention to the manager after, my hand still bleeding and apparent gel was still there. She did offer to fix but I'll pass. My punishment I suppose for going to another salon - but had to get the gel off and had limited schedule to do so. Oh yeah, I also requested an eyebrow wax and had to keep pointing out missed areas.  Definitely do not recommend. Good for them that some like it but I'll stick to my place. Read Less

Really nice place in the parking lot of the new Walmart Market Place. I walked right in and they sat me in a chair right away. They were able to remove my previous gelish and apply a new color for $25. I loved my tech, she was very sweet and social. She did not even say a word to the other techs the entire time. I really felt spoiled! The one down side is that it is located next to a bar, so the cigarette smoke billows into the salon. Otherwise, the pedi chairs looked clean and comfortable and everything was very well organized. I will be going back. Read Less

Kids services are 20% off of normal adult services prices.While my family was in town for Easter/ Spring break, I took my sister-in-law and nieces for a girlie afternoon.   I wanted to find a place that was close and would take an appointment for 4.  I stumbled on Sunny Nails courtesy of the Yelp App.  I made a call for an appointment and there was no problem at all to take us all at the same time.  Unfortunately things were running a bit late and it was also no problem to move our appointment  1/2 hour out more.  They were more then happy to accommodate the change.Once there, we were taken right away for our pedicures and the girls hung out a bit watching a movie that was on.  The girls had a great time picking out polish for us and luckily I was able to talk them out of the glittery blue.  The place was clean and bright.  That normal over powering chemical smell was not present, which is a sign of great ventilation.  They were gentle and careful with you and all tools came out of sealed packages.  This is always a good sign.  Prices were about normal for services.  I will certainly return to this location.
