This was the worst place I've ever gotten my nails done. The lady there made me remove my own nail polish while I was getting my pedicure done. Not only that but the man who did my nails did a horrible job. I got a pink and white set on my hands and it doesn't cover the sides of my nails. Almost all of them have bubbles in them and he did a horrible job with my cuticles. They had 3 people in line after me so they were doing a rush job and were very curt and rude when I tried to point out what was wrong before I left. Read Less

Very relaxing and friendly service with a fabulous massage. I recommend getting the dipping gel powder. My natural nail is very brittle and breaks very easy but the dipping powder my nails are more durable and last longer. Read Less

They didn't bother to tell me that the white tips cost more in till after she's was already in the middle of the second hand. They used to be good when the old owner Kim runs it. Now they're not so good with the workman ships and they talk bad about the customers while they're doing your nails, my mom just so happen to understand Vietnamese (we are not Vietnamese, maybe that's why they think they can talk about us in their language). I think they should be more respectable to their customers, no matter what. And not make rude comments. Came to this place thinking it was a deal on Wednesday...not so much walked away paiding $30 for pedi & real pretty ( not so much) flower..did not get a "real pedi"  nothing relaxing (felt rushed) it lasted a hole 15 minutes...I was better off at a cosmotology school Read Less

Went here today to get some acrylic nails done. Brought in a picture of what I wanted, this is what I got (picture posted under pics).... absolutely unacceptable. She also cut my finger while filing my nails. $30 down the drain. Read Less

Horrible job! They left me waiting with my feet soaking for half an hour, the lady who just did my pedicure just ripped me off big time! Got a basic pedicure for $20 with $5 extra for a crappy design on nails, she did not get rid of the dry skin at all, and i paid $40 and she gave me back $10. I didnt realize that she had taken an extra $5 for herself! And i tipped $5 after, so i paid $35 for horrible experience! Read Less

Yesterday I went to this salon for a pedicure and full set. The lady talked me into getting gel nails. She said they were stronger and lasted longer. I went back today because it looked like I already needed a fill in and one of the nails were cracked. She argued with me and said it didn't crack my nails just the gel nail that it was fine. After finally getting through to her it was broken and needed to be fixed she did it. Then told me they can't go all the way up to the cuticle when doing gel nails because they would peel off. She was slamming her equipment around and speaking in Vietnamese with a coworker and laughing about me I'm assuming while she was fixing my nail. The salon looks great since the renovations but the staff is all new and they are very rude. I will definitely not be going back to this place ever again! Read Less

I get a gelish manicure and a pedicure about every 6 to 8 weeks not because I have to but because I like to change my color more often than not. The girls there do a fantastic job. Since they did a renovation to the place it has even been a nicer experience. My last manicure was three weeks ago I had described a white and blue filigreed flower coming out of a French manicure. I walked in and asked if they had time for a manicure.  The lady told me to sit down.  She proceeded to work on my nails for a minute and then went and worked on another lady for a minute.  This continued the entire manicure.  I would have preferred to be told it would be 15 min or so.  She rushed through the entire manicure(while she was with me). Half way pushed my cuticles. She asked how I like my nails shaped and then filed them as is(no shaping what so ever).  She then haphazardly painted my nails.  She left me with nail polish still on my FINGERS and clear coat on my cuticles.  It may be cheap but I may as well have flushed my money down the toilet. Been here two times. They did EXACTLY what I asked for. Hoa hooked me up with a pedicure and I was completely satisfied. Obviously this place is doing good business, people continue to come here and it is packed. Moreover, they have specials if you go during the week versus the weekend. Left here injured after dealing with the rude older man.  I came in today after having a pedicure less than a week ago at another place, and they did nothing for my feet.  I told him I didn't need my nails done, just a good scrub on my feet.  He was very rude and kept going on about how dry my feet were. (I'm sorry, I'm a nurse on my feet for 12 hrs a day).  I told him yeah, that is why I am here so they can help me.  After carrying on about how terrible my feet were I spoke up and told him he was being rude and critical.  Well I guess he took it out on me after that.  I left there with my heels bleeding despite telling him it hurt.  I should have put my shoes on and walked out.  See my pics. I'm not sure about what the other women have experienced who left reviews, but I have nothing but great and CLEAN service here.    I enjoy the fact that I can walk in with out an issue.  I like that they have pedicure specials, and I have seen then disinfecting instruments.  I have had many pedicures by Phong and she is always wonderful.  Yes, I have had to wait because I have just some a walk in, but you can also make an appointment if you want to.  I am sure there are much fancier places I could get a pedicure but I really happen to like this place.   I feel much better paying a decent price for a service then an outrageous price for the same service. Perhaps it's the earlier hours I keep that allow me to walk right in and get service early evening.  I have never been forced or hounded to have extra services.  Of course they are going to ask, it called suggestive selling.  I just decline and that is usually the end of it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A CRAPPY JOB DONE BY RUDE WOMEN!This is the first time I've taken the time to write a bad review!I had shellac manicure done and the woman used the tool that shreds the top of your nails without asking first just to do a POLISH ONLY manicure!She was RUDE and her other coworkers were RUDE TOO!  My pedicure was terribly done and my $30 manicure chipped in 2 DAYS! 2 DAYS! Shellac is supposed to last 2 weeks.I went back to ask her to fix the chip and she was so rude about it! She shredded the top of the nail again with the machine and then blamed me for the chip! I had been standing outside a restaurant waiting for a friend to meet me for dinner and the polish flaked off for seemingly no reason while I was standing there waiting- and this woman then tells me "I must have been doing something with my nails really hard and so YOU chip the nail, not me."I was uncomfortable the whole time. I tipped well during my initial visit and I was nothing but nice to everyone at the salon even when I had to drive all the way out to the salon again just to have my nail fixed.  After that my other nails started chipping too and she had refused to touch up the other pointer finger nail that had chipped lightly as well.Normally I would never go back for a chipped manicure, but they cost me 30 dollars and they were supposed to last 2 weeks. That's the whole point of shellac.Further more she hadn't even painted my cuticle area correctly and the manicure looked terrible.  A man pointed it out to me and let's be serious- if a straight male noticed that my nail polish didn't look right That's saying a lot!SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TIME- GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO HAVE YOUR NAILS DONE- I'M NEVER EVER RETURNING HERE. The manicure you receive at a Regal Nails will be worth the $10 you spend on it. The women who work here are Vietnamese, and much to their misfortune, I speak a little thanks to an ex-boyfriend. While you are receiving your manicure expect that they will loudly speak to one another (not to you), answer their cell phones, and speak quite deragatorily about poor tipping customers in Vietnamese.
