The only reason why i go there is because of Chi & My & the great prices you have. However, you raised your prices again within a few months. I understand that you got a lot of new equipment & supplies, which is great, but I might as well go to the nail shop close to my home. Was going here for awhile me and my family, and then stopped going due to my nails not being done the same, being passed off to different nail techs each time I came in who by the way didn’t always do a great job. So I stopped going to this salon. Then after finding out they had new management and renovated the place me and my entire family went back only to find that the same people still worked there and no matter who is now in charge or how nice it looks in there now not all the nail techs know what they are doing. Manicure for one family member was rushed and not done right, attention to detail on everyone’s nails lacked. Tried to give this place another chance but it’s still the same. Long story short, I'm a general contractor. I known this couple and have remodeled their previous nail salon some years ago and now they just recently took over the business and actually today is the official signing the lease contract. They're a cleanliness"freaks,I was hired to give the store a new look after all cleanliness is a most important part of the nail business. I totally agree with as well. Here is what you will get when you come to have your nails or a pedicure is you will be sitting on one of 8 brand new pedicure chair . The chair massaging system is greater feeling to your body and this is the best part of the chair. The water tub with the Liner designed for a individual used then liner will be discarded after each user. This is very important don't you think? . The 8 brand new chairs is on its way here sometime next week and my job is to redone the plumbing required by city codes. I can't wait to sit on the pedicure chair myself. Of course you will be sitting in the brand new manicure tables and chairs. I am pretty sure there will be a discount day of grand opening. Oh what an incredible experience!  I had a deluxe pedicure and eyebrow wax with Linda. First, I have to say that I have had problems with ingrown toenails since I was a kid. The majority of times where I've received a pedicure, they just work around them. Linda actually took the time to take care of them, and she did it painlessly!  She did such a wonderful job of cleaning up my sandal-addicted feet and the leg massage was drool-worthy.  She also did a great job cleaning up my eyebrows. I was referred by someone to check this place out. Her experiences have been great, mine how ever was not. I had color powder on and needed a rebase. I had asked about the technique that is used to remove the color powder and the answer was I have been doing nails for 16 years. So after that I get handed to the worker that I had my appointment with. And the results are horrible. Nails are flat and the nail was not made smooth there are lumps and dips in each one of my nails. Each finger is cut from the drill. I will never go in this place again and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone. Read Less

My first time coming here and the customer service was by far the worst service iv had anywhere. I'm not the type to write a review nor complain to management when I'm unsatisfaid but I had to this time because of how horrible I was treated. I got a rebase and the lady tried to up sell me to shellac. I first told her yes then changed my mind before she even started doing my nails. After that she seemed to have an attitude about it. After that went home and was changing my clothes and one of my nails completely snapped off at the tip. It was not my fault because no force was used for it to break like that. I went back the same day and the lady said I'll fix it for free sit down. Not once did she apologize or made me feel comfortable with the situation. She made it seem like it was a hassle. I was soaking my one finger in the solution for 40mins. I asked when I was going to be finished considering I was left soaking for 40mins after every one else was attended to. She was obviously offended and started arguing with me loudly in front of the rest of the ppl In there and from across the room. Please keep in mind I'm not the type to complain about crappy customer service and the tone in my voice was far from rude. I don't want to embarrass myself so when she argued with me loudly I was in shock. After that took place she quickly attended to my one nail and asked "are you ok". I replied I'm not very happy. She said "I know ur not happy, I'm asking if u are u ok, does it hurt ? all u need to say is yes it hurts or no it doesn't not that your not happy" writing this out sounds long and dramatic. It's a surprise to me as much as it is to the ppl who take the time to read this. Horrible customer service to a new customer but when regulars were walking in they were so nice. I don't understand it and I will never go back. I wish management cared enough to do something about this. Read Less

I went to this salon regularly about 4 years ago then stopped getting my nails done. Recently went back and Chi (don't know how to spell it) remembered me! They don't constantly chatter among themselves, which is the one thing I cannot stand at nail salons and why I keep going here because let's face it, basically nail salons are all the same. How many ways can you get nails done?  So, one less "hwhang tang ting tang!!" being screamed across the room makes me happy. Ok, that's out there. Recently I went to get my acrylics taken off. When the initial prying off was hurting, she stopped and soaked them off. No problem. I just spoke up, which i think many ppl are hesitant to do. I simply said, "that hurts. Stop" haha. This is also the ONLY place that trims and oils my cuticles when I would get a rebase done, and they massage lotion on your hands. Other places, I've had to ASK for my cuticles to be trimmed and lotion afterwards (I actually was handed a bottle of lotion at one salon.) So, if you have acrylics, this place goes the extra mile, as they should. They really do have great customer service, very friendly, attentive, and the prices are fair.
