I liked this salon. The woman had accidentally messed up on my manicure but tried her best to fix it. That was probably the only thing that went wrong. It's not noticeable. I'll go back again. I was impressed with the cleanliness and customer service! Offered a water which was nice. The tools are sterilized and I saw they take sanitary precautions for the pedicure tubs. This place is amazing!! They were busy when I went in but everything was very efficient and the staff was super friendly. I didn't feel rushed and my nails turned out  beautiful (even matched the picture I brought in)! I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone especially because their service was so great. I went there for the first time yesterday. Not gonna lie I had to correct once, but in the end I loved it. I am so use to a place in Oklahoma that do amazing so I came in with high standereds. Went in to get a rebase and the gentleman talked me into a color.  I pointed out that I broke a tip and need it replaced. After he cut my nails way too short he applied the acrylic.  Turns out this acrylic wouldn't dry so he had to start all over.  The broken nail still not replaced and he started over.  Once again he filed my nails by this time it's the 3rd time they had been filed today and he put clear acrylic over them.  My nails look terrible.  They charged me 35 dollars for their mistakes and it took an hour and 10 minutes.  I'm so upset.  My nails look like shit and they are way too short.  I'm never coming back and I will tell all my friends! There is a pattern to every one of the one star reviews and my experience was no exception. I wish I had read them more carefully or I never would have come here because the other manicurist saw how badly I was being treated and seemed embarrassed but NOTHING was done about it.  I'm not sure what his name was but he was the only guy working and not only was it a terrible job it was PAINFUL. He did the "manicure" while I was in the pedi chair, made me bleed on several fingers, broke a nail and did not fix it (left it broken and snagged), got stuff all over my pants, and yanked my right arm across my body to the point that it is now extremely sore because he did not want to take two seconds to walk around to the other side of the pedi chair. I have never EVER had a manicurist do that. So ridiculous!! When I yelped when he cut me, his response was "Well you must have sensitive hands." I was getting gel polish so the young lady, I believe her name was Kelly, who did my pedicure, had to essentially re-do as best she could, my nails and trim and fix the one he broke before she could apply the polish. While Kelly did a perfectly fine job, I'd be scared to come back for fear that he would injure me again. I have never written a review on Yelp but I want to help some poor unsuspecting person from expecting to spend money on treating themselves and then end up paying to be tortured. If you can assure that a male does not work on your hands or feet or come near you for that matter, you will likely have a great experience!!! But be careful!!! Read Less

This was my first time here and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. I came here based on yelp reviews and found it to be 100% true to everyone's word. The moment I walked in, I was automatically greeted and felt welcomed. I had a full set of acrylics done and an amazing pedicure as well. Kelly started on my manicure and every step of the way ensured it was exactly what I wanted and had asked for. She was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I then moved to have my pedicure done and Kelly finished my nails. She was great to talk with and every member of the staff was warm and inviting. I didn't get the chance to catch the name of the tech who had done my pedicure but she took her time (not at all a bad thing) and did an amazing job. I felt like she worked quickly but not enough to feel rushed. Never have I experienced such great customer service. Overall, I paid I believe $52 for both my pedicure and my full set of acrylics which isn't bad considering I've paid about $40 elsewhere for half of the work that I had done today. TOTALLY RECOMMEND! This place is really magic. Kelly did my nails and I've never been happier!! My pedicure was calming and gentle and not pokes and prods I get other places. They were very kind and not pushy at all. They did exactly what I wanted. When I arrived they had a nice cold bottle of water for me and I didn't wait more than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place. Kim did a great job! I arrived around 9:15am and asked for a French manicure (pink/white) acrylic set and said that I needed to leave in an hour. Kim got right to work and was quiet but friendly. First time I had a bad experience but boy was it bad. The guy did a horrible job with filing and buffing my nails. And the leg and foot massage was terrible. I am 9 months pregnant so really needed a good foot scrub....well that didnt happen. I did pay $25 which is a nice price but they never asked me if I wanted to upgrade the regular pedi which I did. But I think they prefer the lesser one so that they can move people on and out quicker. if you just want a paint job this place is fine but just pay for a toe paint and skip the rest. Will not return. There is a spa not far from here that offers more services. I am headed home not satisfied but not angry. You get what you pay for and this place needs to offer more and go up on the pedi services because wanting to offer cheap prices mean they skip on service. Read Less

I love the ladies that work here. I have been with them for about a year now. Kim does my nails and Ann loves to chime in on our talks lol. These ladies work hard and their service is amazing! I stopped going to them since I moved further but now I'm back! Prices are reasonable and and salon in tidy. I love the sugar scrub I get when I get to wash my hands after getting my acrylics done! Great pedicure! I had a cracked big toe nail that looked awful and she was able to fill it and make it look like new. Manicure was great, although my polish only lasted a week, not a critique of them because I think the dish soap makes it come off easily. Best part, the total was only $35!! The place is really clean and it's nice they offer you a cold bottle of water.  I do like how they have disposable liners for their pedicure tubs.  I asked my nail tech if she would be able to really work on my heels since they were so dry and cracking, and not much was done.  My heels were still rough but my pedicure did come out nice.  Usually when I get a pedi, the polish usually lasts about 2-3 weeks.  The last two times I've been here it's lasted about a week and half before it starts chipping away.  Staff is always friendly though and it's really close to my house. Very nice nail techs.  Clean.  Decorated very well.  Tons of magazines to read.  Lots of polish options, including shellac.  I had a simple, plain mani and they did a good job.  They charged me extra to remove my gel polish, but didn't tell me this was the case until after they rang me up.  They do waxing as well, maybe some other spa like services too.  Everybody there really seemed to enjoy their experience. Have been going for a few years, but lately seems to be slipping, especially when owner isn't there!! too busy, not enough help and not organized!! went in for a mani/pedi and the mani took a total of about 5minutes ~ didn't put lotion on my hands or massage then told me another girl would do pedicure! The previous reviews are accurate and similar to my experience. I called for an appointment at 5:15 p.m. on a Tuesday and they fit me in at 6:30 p.m. The establishment closed at 7:00 p.m. but they were happy to take walk in's at 6:45 p.m. There were several customers that came in after I did and they did not turn anyone away. I had a full set of the acrylic nails put on and I do prefer my nails long but most establishments in that area are not use to customers wanting long nails but I will work with them to get them the length that I prefer. I would highly recommend and I will return. Here are the highlights.1. They greet you and provide a refreshment.2. They do prefer checks or cash. I do understand why, I work in finance and merchant fees are expensive. They charge businesses a flat merchant fee "%" depending on the type of card and the issuer of the card. This can add up to thousands of dollars a month and for a small business this can mean higher prices. These prices are passed on to the consumer and if they are requesting cash or check they can avoid the merchant fees associated with accepting credit cards and keep the prices low. Not knowing this I only had a credit card. I apologized several times but they understood. I told them in the future I promise to bring cash or a check! I felt awful but they didn't make me feel bad at all! 3. They listen.4. Very clean.5. Ann was my nail technician and she did a fantastic job.6. Walk in's welcome but I felt contempt for the technicians who were there all day long with the expectation that the salon closed at 7:00 p.m. and people were walking in minutes before they closed. Not appropriate to walk in minutes before they close. They should be able to go home and not stay because the lack of planning.
