Have been going here for a while now and I have never had a bad experience until today. Long story short - I’m not sure if the younger ladies are on summer break from high school or college (I’ve never seen them before), but they were extremely rude. The normal ladies that are there have never been that way, so I was a little surprised to be treated like I was annoying for having an opinion on how I wanted my own nails to look. I have been coming here since September. They are trained in the SNS process better than any other salon. The ONE time I went to another place, I quickly regret my decision. If I could I’d give this place a 0. If gone to other nail salons who do my nails faster, prettier and cheaper. I only came here because it was closer to where I live now, stayed here an 1hour and 30 minutes, my nails didn’t come out to how I wanted them to and I paid 50$ for this. The lady next to was supposed to pay 40$ and they tried to charger her another 10$ for no reason. A customer came in saying she had an appointment yet waited there for 30 minutes while everybody else was being helped. All in all this is such a bad place to get your nails done. I have been coming to LeNails on regulars basis. Always get Dipped nails and Pedicure. This particular time the owner does my nails and ask did I want nails cut. I said no Because the dipped nails makes my own nails grow long. She said since I didn't want my nail cut my manicure priced was raised from$35.00 to $ 40.00. The reason I get dipped nails is for it to help own nails grow. It does not make sense for her to charge me more for a product the that is suppose to make my nails grow long. Love love love this place. I have been having my nails done for two years. All staff are wonderful to be pampered by. I highly recommend to all. They do at times get busy so appointments are recommended but they will try to fit appointments with other staff members. Highly recommended for people growing nails out. SNS nail gel has vitamins in the powder. I have gone two years and broke three nails only due to smashing in car door. Again highly recommended to get your pampering done. Read Less

Tan does great work but the owner is super arrogant and his customer service sucks! My sister told her nail tech that I needed an appointment the last time she was in. She told my sister what day and time (how else would I know what time to show up). I walk in and my appointment isn’t on the books. Not a problem. Tan does great work so I was fine with rescheduling but the way the situation was handled has made me never want to go back. When the owner checked the books and didn’t see me on there, he had no desire to use this as a time to tell his staff to make sure they are writing down appointments as they should. The only thing he gave me was No you don’t have appt. if I don’t why am I here on a Friday morning at 10. He didn’t even address my sister’s tech to ask her what happened. I realize that all companies have misses but how you handle those misses will make or break your clientele. If you’re looking for a place that makes things right and good customer service.. don’t go here. The first time this place crossed me I let it slide but this is the last time. I've been going here for over a year now. I was trying shellac and gel for several years on and off and gave it up because my hands starting aging from the uv ray machine. So I stopped doing it. my aunt in Texas was doing SNS so I just decide to try it in and with a handful stores located in Colorado found this place. They have been wonderful! They just moved into a brand new store . which is very beautiful and service is amazing and it always lasts for three to five weeks! I will never go anywhere else! Read Less

I absolutley love this place! Went for the first time a couple weeks ago and Lyn did my nails. She took the picture I gave her and did them perfectly without any complaints. Heading back tomorrow to get them redone so hopefully I have the same experience. If all goes well, I have definitely found my new nail place!! Read Less

Awful, awful, awful!!!! Wrong color placed on my nail went back the next day for a redo and was given the cold shoulder. I was scheduled later in the day and when I showed up owner made me wait 50 minutes, taking people ahead of me when I had a scheduled appointment and then went in the back and came back with a bowl of cereal!!!!!!!
