I have never had such a terrible job done on my acrylic nail fill. Every nail was filed crooked, the gel polish was all over my cuticles, my nails looked like cheap press on nails . The underside of my nails were full of glue. Even worse than the nail job was the response of the owner. A discount on my next fill?!? Seriously I had to get my nails completely redone at another salon I certainly wasn’t going to go back and let them butcher the job again. 3rd time I've gone and the owner is who did my nails this time. She asked me,how short I wanted and I said short. And theyre long. My pinky nail was so long, it got stuck and jammed on my steering wheel. It cracked, and my actual nail bled. I've had my nails and toes done here the past month and i LOVE the service. They are so gentle and really focus on their tasks. I really enjoy the mini feet and hand massages they give in the mani's and Pedi's. I get the shilac gel poslish and it lasts for a GOOD 2 weeks (longer on toes) so the quality of the products are good! At the end of the day, I am satisfied with the end result. I am very happy with the service and the prices are SUPER reasonable, which is always a bonus. You're paying for service and they deliver every time. I've gone to Kimmy twice and both times were good experiences. My sister has been going there for years and hasn't had a bad experience. The prices are great and the service is good as long as you make your appointment before and not walk in. The only bad thing is that the workers don't speak great English so it takes time to understand them. Also the area isn't that great neither is parking but it's worth it. Read Less

The prices are okay...could be a little less...my 3 if for the accumulated dust I can see all around me in there, they should try to give the place a deep cleaning at least from 2 in 2 months. My nails are fine but are squarer than I would like them to be. It was $12 for a manicure. There weren't many pink shades to choose from so I went with a purple that I regret a bit. The guy who did my nails was soft spoken and nice but his own nails looked ratchet (some very long, some with dirt, some, and his thumb nail was half the length it should have been - on the verge of looking like a fungal infection). I asked for my nails to be cut minimally but they were cut slightly more. You get a hand massage with lotion which was nice. There's a private parking lot. They ask you to pay before you paint your nails so you don't ruin your nails afterward trying to get your wallet out. Read Less

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORSSSSST EXPERIENCE WITH NAILS EVER!!!!!! First the guy messed my index fingers up with crooked nails, my middle finger was crooked as well. And when I told them to fix it another girl came over to help him and literally looked at him and said "what did you do?" He put too much acrylic powder on my nails and I asked for square and they came out coffin shaped!!! On top of that I paid 25$ for some BS nails that I have to go get replaced in a week because they're horrible!!! Nothing to show off seriously. Read Less

When u work 6 days a week and run your own business,things come up and things happen. That's life... Thank you for also working with me whenever there was a situation kim would handle it personally, swiftly or take care of it herself. Kimmy is very easy to get along with and to communicate as long as YOU are very respectful to her. Being surrounded by Vietnamese culture and language sometimes they can be misunderstood or it can be intimidating to others. It takes alot of dedication to handle alot of the customers that come in and out of Kimmy's nails. I have to say that I am grateful for her and her prices. Definitely when it comes to the shellac nail polish most places are charging $45 or $50 on your own personal nail, they do not charge that amount and is 2 times lesser. I have being going here for three years now and since my very first visit Ty has always remembered exactly who I am. They will always get you in for an appointment, even on short notice. I have been to a lot of nail salons and this place does the best pedicure! The hot stone massage is included every time and each staff member is friendly and professional. This is definitely the best place for pedicures, manicures, and artificial nails in the Pitt meadows/Maple Ridge area. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Read Less

I always try to get her or the male because  2 other girls I tried were rude (wanting to charge triple the set price but kimmy set them straight...acting childish. This place has the absolute worst customer service. I repeatley asked the nail tech Tommy (I believe his name was) that I wanted gel/shellac nails and he continued to ignore me. After repeating myself for the fourth time he finally he says will shellac is $3 more and I had to pay him right then like I'm some criminal who couldn't afford $3 for the service, meanwhile another lady came in and asked for shellac and wasn't made to pay before they started.
