I had to find another salon because my regular one was fully booked. Nail technician was very nice and friendly. That’s the only reason I gave them two stars instead of one. I just needed to get a fill. It took an extremely long time. The technician spent a very long time shaping my nails and then painted them in under two minutes and it looks terrible. I would like to thank the lady who took my eyebrows off today. You killed any confidence I had left. I've been coming to you for a long time, and you know that I like natural brows, not the penciled on brows. You not only took them so thin that it looks like I don't have eyebrows, they are horribly uneven, so I can't even get anyone else to fix them. I came here because after going to three salons (including my usual) this was the only one in the area that could do the design I wanted. Staff was friendly however I was charged way more than the price listed and upon looking deeper at my nails they are uneven and some of the acrylic is clumpy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not come here, a total rip off !!! i have been to many nail salons and never have I paid $42 for simple acrylics with normal polish and not to mention they charge you for length , so I was stuck with the length that she cut. The lady that was doing my nails was so rough and hurt me with the tools quite a few times. Has got to be the worst experience I have ever had. I called in specifically before hand to avoid any misunderstandings with pricing , they told me they charge $26 for acrylics with regular polish, ended up being charged $42. They failed to mention the total pricing till the end AND kept pressuring me throughout the whole experience to get gel polish after I told her several times that I did want it. Not to mention the horrible conditions in which the salon appears, everything seems to be disorganized and quite dirty , not a place to sit and relax. After the whole situation , I happened to ruin the polish as I was on my way out, I asked if she could fix it , she simply threw on accetone and sent me out. As I was already out in my car , I noticed my nail appeared to be in a worse condition then it was originally not only did I have to come back once , but twice. She still managed to have an attitude with me for what had happened. Worst nails ever! I paid for a shellac mani & pedi... within 3 days the mani polish is already lifting- A LOT!!! I typically go elsewhere, but since we were at Ulta (next door), we gave this place a shot. Friendly enough, but the service quality is definitely not there! The shellac ( x-tra $$) nail polish they applied is lumpy in addition to lifting!! Don't waste your money going here, you'll be disappointed you did! ... I came in on the Fourth of July to get a long overdue pedi and it was a disappointment.They spent the entire appointment trying to upsell services. Between my mother and I we had to decline 8 different times. It definitely made for a less enjoyable experience. In addition to this My pedi is basic and the polish is chipping two days after. I believe that the nail tech didn't take interest in providing quality work once she realized I didn't want to pay for her add-ones. Read Less

I tried this place out yesterday since I was in the area. They have a big assortment of nail polish that's very old and have no trendy colors. I just asked for a simple mani and pedi and the finished results were not the best. The polish was uneven as you will see in the photo. Probably won't be back. Save your money. Read Less

I'm kind of at a loss for this nail salon. We have been to this location three times and each time is different. This time was one of the worst times though. We were all seated for our pedicures but I was waiting for someone to start on me for a good 20 minutes. Now the lady I had do my nails was very nice and did an awesome job. And the pricing here isn't for sure. They show low prices but when you pay it's like you got three more services stacked on top of the one you got. It is not a clean shop either. The floors are not clean and they don't sanitize the tools they use. They just pull them out of the drawer in their little table in their pencil case and when they are done they put them back into the case and put it back into the drawer. Do not go here!!! I came in to have my nails rebased, when I asked at the front desk they told me 23$, then while sitting there I decided I needed my brows waxed she said 10$... I am taken in to the waxing room, which was disgusting!!! She used the same stick for my eye brows and lip... then without asking she tinted my eye brows.... I went from blonde eye brows to pretty much black ( looks flipping terrible) something that went from costing 33$ plus tip turned into a 100$ bill!!! The rebase cost me 55$!!!! It didn't even cost that to have them done the first time!! And now I have a goofy looking eyebrows and my upper lip broke out in blisters and like a rashly infection from that disgusting place. Something that should have took 45 mins for everything nails and wax took 2 1/2 hours!!! While I was getting this done all the women who didn't have a client was sitting on the couch in front of the tevelivison watching a movie about sex.... I've been going here for a few years. I've had several different girls do my nails, but I was really impressed with one particular technician. Her name is Sue. She is the only one that I allow to do my hands. It's not that the other girls aren't good. I just love her technique. It works for me. It's very rare that I have to come back for repairs.
