I completely agree with Sana! They are the absolute worse nail salon I have been too. Too bad giving no stars is not an option. They were down right rude when I showed up (mind you like the previous poster stated, I was 30 mins there prior to closing) and barely acknowledged that I was there. Then they asked me what I wanted and started to laugh and speak their language. I promptly left. No way in hell will I give them a penny of my hard earned money. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Too bad giving no stars is not an option. I walked in half an hour before they closed and I even called prior and was told it was okay to come in. I get there and zero acknowledgement is made and when I ask the rude woman in the front if she works there she said yes and said "What do you want?"  I was put off immediately. After I stated what I wanted she started speaking her language to her staff and they started to laugh. I left. I have spoken to several people in the Southlands area who have had similar experiences. This place is AWFUL! No sense of customer service at all!!!! Their rude and always trying to shut down the place 30 minutes before their scheduled hours! I hate going there and would much rather pay extra across the street at Forvever nails and get great customer service and welcoming environment! The only reason I am giving them a one star is because there is no option to give them a 0 star! I would highly suggest everyone and anyone to NOT GO THERE! There keener sucks! Pleased that I was able to walk in and get a pedicure.  This is the first time that's happened!  Normally, I'm ask to come back in couple hours or to make an appointment for another day.  (There was another customer who was already seated and mid way thru her pedicure), she was receiving the Exfoliating hell skin removal done when mine started) Well... To say the least, my pedicure started and finished before hers was complete. Cuticles were barely pushed back on not softened cuticles due to my original "foot soak" being minimal. Maybe I'll return to give them another try, I thought that coming at 2:30 in the afternoon on a weekday was a good idea.... Maybe not so?  I'll update my review after I see how long the color lasts. I wish it were possible to leave zero stars. I know this salon is placed in Walmart so the ambience isn't great. I went there to get a full set. The normal price is 25-30 dollars. Since I got color tips they charged me 40. Which I would be fine paying, if the nails were done correctly. Within 2 days of getting them done. (Mind you I baby my nails) my right thumb and index nail snapped in half. I went to get it fixed. I could tell she was talking about me in Japanese. Burned me with the Emory board multiple times. THEN NOT 5 DAYS LATER. Three more nails snap. Including one I had her fix. Such a waste of time and money. I will not be returning or recommending this salon. Horrible place. Rude people. Read Less
