The first time I went the manicure was great but the pedicure was subpar. The nail polish on my toes rubbed off in 2 days. No joke. Usually nail polish on my toes lasts forever. I tried to go back to have another mani and they were closed even though their sign said open. I had other errands to run and came back 2 hours later and the shop is still closed. I received the top notch pedicure and I could not be happier! The owner is so friendly and personable. She knew when it was appropriate to hold a conversation or when I was relaxing and enjoying the massage. I've been looking for a new salon and I found one. I will be coming back for sure! Read Less

My girls and I love this place! Whenever we need pedi's and a full set done we always go here! The staff and atmosphere is phenomenal! I live up in Westminster and im always willing to drive down to Arvada just to get my nails done at Pro Nails! I highly recommend this nail salon! Read Less

Very rude, no credibility with designs, claims they do airbrush but they dont i wouldnt tell anyone to go here dont waste your time or money. They dont have anything to show designs at all, they dont keep conversation.. trust me i would not go here at all Read Less

I just left this salon for a full set of acrylic nails.The young girl that did my nails was very unfriendly, on the verge of rude, and the end result is a hurried, stubby looking set of nails, that I paid $30 for.I asked for them to be short and square but she went overboard on the short, you can see the tips of my fingers she made them so short!  The edges are rough and not smooth, and they look silly.  I'm going to have to let them grow out for a few weeks and then go somewhere else that knows what they are doing to get them repaired.I could have gone ANYWHERE else and paid $20 for a much better set of nails and better service.I will not return! My first time in this salon was a walk in for preparation of the Christmas holiday.  Worst customer service ever!  The nail tech I went to talked the entire time I was there to another nail tech.  She kept pulling my hand and telling me to relax, that I was making her job harder.  How can you relax when someone keeps pulling your hand?  I will not go back to this place! This ism the worst nail salon I have EVER been to. I have been there a few times everytime I am there they are super slow, very rude,they will not speak english at all! They are always on the phone, or the computer. Today I went there had a 10am appointment forma pedicure and a fill I waited for 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. I will never go back there. There were also five other people standing out there and they all said they are always late and never open on time! We all left andm will NEVER be back. They must not need the money! I reccomend the nail salon by Kohls, not only are they very nice, they also offer you water or tea, they do an excellent job, and their prices are lower! I will be going there from now on! Read Less
