Just when I was sick and tired of wasting money on bad nails/pedicures I tried Perfect 10 for the first time and hands down was the best pedicure I have ever received. My daughter went in, the day before prom, to get a full set. It was the first time she had ever paid for her own nails. She paid with a debit card. The lady told her that her total was $30 & asked if she wanted to add a tip. My daughter said to add $5. After checking her statement, we saw that she actually entered $10 for the tip! I have been coming here for about 6 months. It’s really hit or miss. Lina does an excellent job but I have been very unhappy with the general lack of customer service here. Last time I got a color that I loved. I asked for it again. Unfortunately I had a different nail tech. I gave her the specific name and number. Somehow she picked up a lighter shade. As I tried to tell her multiple times, that’s the wrong color, she kept insisting it was the same. I walked out feeling not only disappointed in my nail job (definitely a different color) but also a bit humiliated by the treatment here. Sorry guys you lost my business today. 😔 Read Less

I saw the negative reviews but tried it anyway due to its location right across the street from me. I can be a "nail shop snob" - meaning it has to be clean and not have an overpowering chemical smell, etc. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It was very sanitary, the staff was polity & professional, and Amy did an awesome job on my pedicure. Great massage at the end, she was detail oriented about callus removal & nail shaping, etc. The price was great at $25 for a full-service pedi! They offer a "deluxe" for $35 but I didn't ask about the difference. I may check out other places in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back here. Read Less

Went there this past weekend to get a pedicure. I was not pleased with the service or the end result. She used the foot scrubber too hard which cut two of my toes and made me bleed. I have been looking for a clean, courteous salon for the past 8 months and I have finally foubd one! Being new to the area, i have tried many. Angie did an amazing job on my nails. This is the worst nail salon in arvada. Came to get a fill, was burned 5 times by the drill and the tech acted annoyed when i pulled my hand away after he made me bleed multiple times, then paid more for a fill then i do for a full set at my typical salon. Decided to give them another chance and get a pedicure, the water was cold, the tech rushed through my service, didnt ask me what pedicure i wanted and gave me no leg massage! I will never be back. I am an extreme perfectionist, and everyone here will pay incredible attention to your nails. I usually come to Kelly, but adore everyone here. The people that work here are very rude. Don't listen to what you ask for. The work they do isn't good nails are uneven not the same shape. I do not recommend this salon. Took a friend to get our nails done on a Saturday late morning. Was surprised that there wasn't a wait and we got in right away without an appointment. The person who did my nails (gel manicure) took his time and seemed very diligent. However, could have used one more coat of the polish, as it was black and still looks slightly opaque. He got more polish on the tips of my nails than the base, so it has a weird, unintended ombre effect. He also got quite a bit of polish under my nails, and I spent the next two days picking it out from under my fingernails. Also notice when I got home that several of my nail edges remained jagged and were catching on fabrics. Overall, not a great result, and ended up being charged $30 for gel manicure while it was advertised on the menu at $25. Will look for somewhere else to get nails done in the future. That said, my friend had a pedicure and was happy with how it turned out, but her polish chipped off a couple of her toes the next day. Read Less

This is the BEST nail salon in Arvada!!! The staff is friendly and always takes their time with my nails. I am never disappointed with the quality of my manicures and pedicures. My mom and I have been coming here for years and will go no where else. The staff always remembers the colors we like and are always very welcoming.  The salon is clean and comfortable.  They are always so busy because everyone knows they are the best in town!! I have gone to Perfect Ten a few times, but I can't give their customer service a perfect ten, I'd give that part a zero! After having sat through two pedis where the tech was yelling the entire time in my face to a coworker across the room, and then having to listen to another conversation on speaker phone that another tech was having for 45 minutes at volume 50, culminating by the owner being a grade-A #1 insert bad word here, I won't take it anymore. There is one tech there who does a great job, but I feel bad about myself going in there now feeling like I'm an unwanted guest in a house of angry yellers. In addition, on two occasions they've sat me in the pedi chair told me it would be a couple minutes and then continued to let me wait for 20 minutes. Read Less

I do not live in or near Arvada but I will always make the trip here when its time for a rebase. Raymond, the nail tech who seems to do most of the acrylic services here is the best. No, hes not big on idle chit-chat or gossip or sucking up to you. He will however give you speedy( really fast!)and beautiful acrylics without being rough or trying to sell you crap you dont want/didnt ask for. I heart him. Stopped by here this morning for a rebase, and was not impressed. There was no other customers, so I was helped right away by the guy employee. I picked my color, and sat down. Throughout the service, I tried to make conversation, but every comment I made, the guy completely ignored me. I asked him to file my nails down as they'd gotten pretty long, and he filed them as short as possible, without consulting me on the length AT ALL. He also neglected to ask me the shape I wanted (I normally have square tipped nails) and rounded them off, *not* a style I wanted. Lastly, he picked up my polish and started painting only tips on (which is generally an upcharge at most salons, trying to increase the price without telling me) and when I saw this, I asked if he could do the whole nail one color, as opposed to just tips, and he gave me the DIRTIEST look, like heaven forbid the customer gets to choose what look they're going for!!! The service was horrible, the salon employees talked loudly in another language the entire time, and completely ignored me, while making every decision on my nail style without consulting me. I am definitely disappointed with the service I got here. The nails looked nice in the end (though I'm not super happy with the rounded edges), but the horrible service is why I will NOT be going back. A friend and I came here based on the good reviews, and noticed this place was super busy, and started to turn around to leave.  But an employee stopped us and told us they could take us, absolutely and they weren't busy at all--those people were just someone's family waiting-- and smiled and waved us in.So the two of us sat in the foot tub chairs for a pedicure, and someone started on my companion right away.  I, however, sat for 45 minutes waiting.  No one said a word to me to explain when they COULD get to me.  When someone finally did start on my feet, they went back and forth between me and another customer, and it took forever!  That original employee never looked at me again and had her back to me the entire time.My friend got to sit for an entire hour after they were done with her, waiting for them to finish up with me, between their other customers.  In the end, I got charged for an "upgraded" spa pedicure, and my companion got the regular price.  I tried to get some explanation for this since I didn't ask for this so-called "upgrade" and they pointed to a sign on the wall with different prices than the ones over the register.  The sign over the register has one price for a pedicure, and the other sign lists a "spa" pedicure for $10 more.  Clearly my lengthy soak was for their convenience, not mine, and i most certainly didn't ask that my feet turned into prunes while they took care of other customers.If you're going to stop me from leaving and tell me that you're not busy, then I expect a little better service than being ignored and then upcharged.  I will NOT be back. This nail salon is near my house so I've been coming here once a month to get a pedicure. Each time my feet have looked perfect for weeks after!They don't have more colors to pick from, more magazines to read, nothing is really special about the inside of the salon, and on Saturday afternoons there is often a wait. They just give amazing pedicures! I don't know what they do differently for the polish to stay on so long, but whatever it is I love it.
