I really enjoy coming here and getting my nails done every few weeks. The service is excellent and they always recommend trendy colors. The nails are so well done and I often get compliments on them. You do not use a new nail file on each client. I was told I could buy one. New ones are used for pedicures. Which means the one used on me had been used on someone's feet??? I wish I could post a photo I took of the filthy work stations. Disgusting and you claim you are concerned about sanitation! Read Less

For the most part I go to this place because it's right near my house. But today I had enough of the rudeness and poor quality work. They don't seem to do a very good job with the pedicures. The lady who did mine this time was rude and cutting corners apparently to save time. It wasn't busy. But she only took 20 minutes to do my pedicure. She rudely put my feet up on the bench and gave me a big dirty look. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough or she was having a bad day but that's not my problem. Then she walked me over to the drying station and just walked away. After my toenails dried for at least 10 minutes I looked and saw the big toe was smudged. I didn't want to interact with her anymore so I grabbed the polish and fixed it myself then I noticed my pinky toe still had my old color polish on it so there was a dark color showing through my new pink polish. I told the lady I won't be back she was rude I don't advise going there if you want a quality pedicure. Read Less

Worst manicure I've ever had. The lady who did my nails didn't do anything with my cuticles did a fast and sloppy job had to go back the day after to get them repainted by someone else, didn't even have my nails on for 5 days and they started to just fall of because of the sloppy job that was done! I paid for a "deluxe" pedicure and did not receive the hot towel wrap as advertised on their sign. Then as the lady was trying to put on my sandals she smudged the polish on my big toe. She tried to fix it, however you can still tell that it was just painted over.  Overall I was very disappointed. Read Less

The finished product here is okay. Nothing I would call extraordinary. But my review is less about my so-so pedi and lopsided nails (yes, I've actually walked out of this place with crooked nails), and more about the service. I'm actually sitting in one of their waiting chairs as I'm writing this, because I decided to get out of the pedicure chair and cancel the service. Why? I showed up with my friend who is getting a manicure. When we arrived, they told us it would be a 20-minute wait. Between the waiting room and finally getting to the pedicure chair, I've now been here for an hour. My friend is about five minutes to completion and I'm still sitting here. Now I know that you can't be upset about waiting time, right? If they are busy, they are busy. But please don't tell people that they should expect to wait 20 minutes if it's really going to be an hour. Furthermore, this is not the first time it's happened to me here. In fact, this is the third time I've experienced this. 1,2,3 strikes you're out. I won't be coming back. Read Less
