Well not much to brag about really... I used to come to this nail salon a lot but I had to stop because it seams that the price has gone up and the quality has gone down.. .. I asked for someone to just put a simple flower on one nail and no one is trained to do freehand design on nails then after the second girl tried she gave me a design I could do better on by myself anyway after all this I ended up paying well over $100 for something that looked like my 7 year old did for me. I have never asked for a refund on a nail service before, my nails are crooked they're a completely different shape than when I walked in before my re base. The Polish extends above my cuticles I asked for colored acrylic powder and was told no and told to get shellac. And when I came in explaining the situation that I didn't want to return and I was very unhappy I was told I could have 50% refunded to me even though I had to go somewhere else to have them removed and put back on. They did offer to fix them for free, but I really just don't want to return for a service there. I was cut and I've never disliked my nails this much to have them removed. I've also never been argued with add a business about disliking the service and not wanting to return. And believe me I'm not one of the rude customers who come in yelling and screaming and complaining I tried to make My complaint as Discreet as I Could until I was told I could only be refunded 50% of what I paid or I must return to a place I do not want to return to. i will never go here again. They rush through everything. It is unsanitary. They use dirty water to rinse your legs after exfoliating. Not friendly. The drying process of my nail polish took longer than the actual service. They just left me sitting there for like 45 minutes. And the nail polish was all over my skin. Really disappointed with the way I was treated today. I went in for a pedicure and the lady ripped out my cuticles so hard I started to bleed. Then she nudged my foot to put it in the water as soon as she saw blood. She was aggressive the whole time and disregarded when I told her it hurt 5 times! Possibly the very worst nail salon in the world?  My luck I found it.  Went in to get dip nails.  My nail technician was Kenny.  He was not very friendly and reeked of cigarette smoke.  Usually when you get this type of service it comes with a manicure.  Nope, not at Ez Nails.  He was taking off my old set and soaking them with the foils and totally forgot a nail.  I picked the color of powder that I wanted and he brought the wrong color.  Two hours later he was finished and one of my nails has vertical stripes on it and the top coat was warped and not shiny.  I asked them about it and they had to strip the whole top off and do another coat.  It still looked bad and I asked them to just take them off.  Of course they said, "that's how they are supposed to look".  It made me think of the comic Anjela Johnsons stand up about nail salons.  I just had to shake my head and chuckle at the ridiculousness of it.  Paid and left.  Please steer clear of this place.  They do not care about doing a good job or customer service. I have been a loyal customer for 17 years. I went and got a deluxe pedicure which is $35. Should have included 3 different types of moisturizers, hot stones, paraffin wax and a long massage. They slapped some oil on me and massaged me for 5 minutes. The stones She used were cold and She didn't use them long. She did a good job on the polish but that was the extent. The 2 customers next to me also got a deluxe but they got everything included where as I didn't. I brought it up to one of the workers and they did nothing about it but argued and said with regular pedicure you get lotion massages and the deluxe they only use oil. Very disappointing considering I've been a loyal client for so long. I will be going to a new salon from now on. Their services do not meet their prices at all!!! Read Less

BEWARE Worst pedicure ever!!!   I hadn't been to this place in a long time and I wish I would have read the reviews before I went back.The lady who did my pedicure was rough and ended up cutting both sides of my big toe, I told her it hurt, and it was bleeding and she acted as if NBD and tried to stop the bleeding, that didnt last long.   I am now having to treat it so that I do not get an infection, it was very painful and I told the mgr. I should get a discount..... after subtracting $5 she said 'accidents happen'........ really??  This 'accident' is something I have to spend my time and $$ treating now to prevent infection.....mind you i have to bandage it also and its summer!!Lesson learned, read the reviews before you the waste time and money here.....there is a reason for the poor rating overall Read Less

Nail tech here  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! pictures speak for themselves, but it's worth noting that I went in for a full set WITH my tips already on (it has been my experience that that task seems to be difficult for a lot of nail techs so I do it by myself). I could tell off the bat the guy didn't know what he was doing, it was painful and done entirely incorrectly. He did not blend my tips or score my nail plate, which is why they lifted TWO HOURS LATER. needless to say, I went back and demanded a refund. No apology was issued and absolute rudeness. Whatever, money back & I'll never return. Encourage you not to also. *These pictures are less than 48 hours after but looked almost this bad at the two hour mark when I returned. I got a mani and pedi. The pedi was decent, although it looks like something I could accomplish by whatever. On the other hand, My shellac chipped and literally slipped off on day 2.  I'm currently missing shellac on 7 nails.And it was not an inexpensive place to start with. The man who did my nails was so rough it was a a mess. Nope, just no.I'm going back now for them to reapply and do another shitty job- since I already forked up the money. I am kind of blown away by the negative reviews, but it seems they have to do with the shellac nails and I don't have those.  I get pedicures and have never had a bad experience.  They have always been clean and the tools they used on me have come out of a sterilization pouch where the seal was opened in front of me.  I run barefoot a lot, so they have their work cut out for them when I get there.  But they have never been disrespectful.  We have laughed about the callouses I grow, but I joke about it first and laugh with them.  I love this place and my boyfriend has the worst feet ever, and they take great care of him also.  I will keep going there. DON'T DO IT! I went in for a shellac manicure because they had a sign outside advertising them for only $20. The lady who did my mani was very nice. I was impressed that she pulled out tools still inside a sanitary bag, but when she put them away after me I realized that she was keeping the bag with the likelihood of reusing it for the next person - and I probably wasn't the first person she's used those tools on. Instead of clipping my cuticles in a smooth motion she pulled away them causing  me to bleed on two fingers. The paint job wasn't very good - rough edges and lumpy. She charged me $30 despite the sign advertising $20. I gave her $40 and asked for two 5's back for my change - she only gave me one back so she tipped herself out of my change. To get a pedicure is a very relaxing thing most of the time.  My experience at Ez-nails was anything but.  I told the nail tech to watch out for a bad callus on my heal but she still rubbed my ankle so hard it broke open and bled.  The pumice stone that had my blood all over it she rinsed off in the tub I had my foot in and put it back in the drawer to use on someone else. Aren't you supposed to sanatize that?  I was so disgusted that I will never go there again. I had gone there a month ago and had a different nail tech who kept making fun of my feet that they were so dry.  Sge was beyond rude. She also was making faces at my feet. This place is dishonest. I called to make an appointment and was quoted 28$ for shellac color with design. I even wrote that on the appt sheet when I get there. I get called back and the lady helps me pick a color and starts trimming my nails, she then proceeds to buff and cleanmy cuticles im thinking this is just part of the process.  I get halfway through my nails and im told that this is a manicure and its 35$. WORST SERVICE EVER. Lady was so rude and did a terrible job. She was so careless when painting my nails, so of course when I put the shellac under the lamp everything hardened and caused my skin to stick to my nails. I should have walked out when I saw her pull the tools out of a pouch that is obviously continuously used. Disgusting. Worst $30 plus $5 tip (that she did not deserve) I have ever spent. The only reason they get 1 star was because the guy who did my nails was actually pretty nice, but other than that the whole experience was terrible. I walked in signed in and was taken back immediately even though they had no where to sit. My boyfriend was with me so we just had to stand by the uv light for gel nails for about 10 min. They finally sat me at one station and moved me two other times before someone actually started on my nails. The guy was very talkative which was nice but his work was not good. He didn't cut my cuticles and when buffing out the acrylic nail he cut me. He put a cotton pad with alcohol on it which stung but it stopped the bleeding. The nails themselves are super thick and I have extra acrylic underneath which looks so bad. I had a rhinestone placed on 8 of the nails and that same day 2 fell off!So I went back the next day to get them fixed. I told 3 different employees that I needed a fix and not one took me back to fix it. So I waited for 20 to get them fixed then and then an hour later one fell off again! I wish I could give this place a 0, they don't even deserve a 1 star!!!!!!!! Went in the today to get my eyebrows wax nothing else. They ask me to wait in the waxing room fine waited a good 10 minutes before Jen I believe her name is, came back complimenting my eyebrows.I also let her know I just got done growing them in. Then asked me if I want my lip waxed. Replied no but she said "let me see, and says ooh ya you have hair" ok fine... when she's done she get the mirror and says "I have a surprise for you." Hands me the mirror and my eyebrows are practically gone!!!!!!!!! WHAT IN THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE!!!! Wow. Well if you want to spend an hour and a half for half assed shellac nails then this is the place for you! Ming was my nail tech and didn't even greet me... DIDNT TALK AT ALL (way to make me feel comfortable) well she took half of that time just taking off cuticles (not to mention she clipped too much and made me bleed), did not file my nails to my liking (you can tell some round some square) ... Didn't even paint the edges. I noticed they did not offer me any water but they gave other clients small bottles of water. Whether you ask for it or not, they are not very friendly and have horrible customer service. For a $30 mani it was not worth it. I will not refer anyone to go there EVER. This is the only place I go to now. Not only do they do a great job every time but they can always get me in. I'm one of those people that don't make an appointment and just walk into the nail salon (don't judge me). I have only had to wait maybe 10 minutes once so it's really no time at all. I generally get full set acrylics that will last me 3 weeks because they do such a good job keeping them on. I'm not sure if this is legal but I will mention it anyway, they offer you beer or wine when you get there sometimes which is a nice perk. They have a TON of different patterned tips to choose from for your nails. Also just a lot of colors to pick from in general. I would definitely suggest you give this place a try. They also have big TV's and give you magazines to keep you entertained. Read Less

I don't like to leave bad reviews but I'm extremely unhappy with this place. I've been here a lot and sometimes my mani's and pedi's looked good and sometimes they were awful. My last experience was the worst. I got a shellac manicure that lasted less than a week before it started completely peeling! They did a terrible job with my cuticles and even cut off too much on the edge of my thumb and even made me bleed. All I got was "oh so sorry!" And nothing else was done to make the bleeding stop. When it was time for my pedicure it was even worse. I sat in the chair for over an hour before someone even got started on me. By this time, the water was cold. The lady that eventually started doing my pedicure didn't even speak English and had no idea what I was telling her that I wanted. When she was rinsing my legs and feet off, the water was ice cold again. At this point, I was pissed off and really cold. I told the lady to stop what she was doing and I paid for what I got and I left. I've never had this bad of an experience here and I will not be coming back. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. It's not worth getting your cuticles botched and not having your nails last less than a week. Read Less

Not bad, but not great. The nails looked good while they lasted, but they certainly didn't last long. 3 days before chips started showing up does not seem worth $35+tip to me. The staff was pretty nice. I liked that I didn't feel pressured to talk and make conversation. Sometimes it's just nice to sit and shut up :)Overall I don't think this is the right place for me.
