I made the mistake of returning to Elite. I got a nail fungus again. I booked an appointment with Holly and when I arrived she had double appointments. She did not wash her hands or use clean tools. She was in such a hurry she cut my finger, I should have walked away. I had to go to another nail salon to have my nails removed. My finger is infected but improving. Do not use this salon! This last week was my second time coming here. I came in about three months ago, and they did a great job! I got the basic pedicure, and a full acrylic set. I usually get coffin shape. Although they were all exciting and friendly, I was file-cut TWICE. One girl filed my finger skin shaping the sides to the point where it literally bled, and the second girl nicked my cuticle with the grinder tool. But, I moved past it and paid because they were easily the best looking coffins I've EVER had. This last time? Rushed. I paid extra, although hesitant, for the deluxe pedicure because I was told they would do the massage. Well, my massage was literally just her rubbing lotion into my skin while she watched tv. Every other pedicure receiver next to me was getting a bomb ass massage, so I know that was part of the deal. About three times into asking for more pressure, I gave up. Not to mention every time I go, my chair is broken. I couldn't even let these things go because my coffins are actually not very good. Lumpy in places, and the edges not shaped enough. Elite Nails was very clean, had many color options, and really kind staff. They offered many pedicure options - cucumber, tangerine, etc scrubs and spa treatments for toes. I got a gel manicure and the tech was so sweet. She was also fast at around 25 min. and high quality. Read Less

I love, love, LOVE coming here every other weekend. Holly always give me the best rebase's and mixes me my very own colors! She's very creative and such a sweetheart! Watch out for Sue! This was my second time here and I was so very surprised. First I had a pedicure. They handed me a menu that had all the soaks available. Bella took her time and gave me a wonderful pedicure. The chairs are super comfortable. Next Nick did my nails. For the first time a very long time I couldn't be happier with my nails. They look awesome! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The person doing my nails kept stopping to set up all of the people that walked in. As a result, I got only half of the leg massage, half of a foot scrub, and when polishing my nails, she was so distracted that she didn't paint the entire nail on every toe! Meh. I've been here twice now and won't be returning. The first visit was unimpressive and the second was even worse. The first time, I went with a friend. They started her pedi and then had me start soaking but took a guy who walked in after us before they started me even though there were available technicians. I soaked for so long that I was actually getting hot and uncomfortable, so I took my feet out, and twice they told me to put them back in even though I said I was hot and wanted to wait until they were ready for me. The massage chair didn't work either which was a bummer. Most recently, they were out of literally every color I liked. I like a neutral/natural light color and couldn't find a single one I liked. They finally dug one out of the bottom of the box, and it must've been old or near empty cause it was a struggle to even use that one. When she removed my old gel, instead of soaking it she filed it off. I've never had that done before, and she went so far down I'm pretty sure she filed in to my nail bed. My nail beds were sore for days after, and when the gel started chipping off my nails looked awful underneath, and this was only the second times in months of had them done, so it's not like I do it often and they're unhealthy. I don't know if my technician was training or something, but another girl watched over her shoulder the whole time she painted. I also told her the way my arms were resting was uncomfortable and she didn't do anything about it. Not to mention it wasn't very clean. The wrist rest was dirty which makes it hard to relax, and one lady was lounging in a pedi chair watching something on an I pad eating Doritos. They all just talked amongst themselves in a different language the whole time and made zero effort to converse with me. Lastly, my nails sucked. They were chipping in just a few days and the tips of a couple were like cracked/shattered. Never seen that before? My friend had her toes done at the same time and said when she asked that they be cut shorter her technician replied "They're not too long."I work hard for my money and have a hard time justifying the expense of getting my nails done, so when I do it I not only want them done well, but I want to enjoy the experience as well. If I could give zero stars I would! Both my daughter and I had a rebase. My daughter came out with cuticles bleeding, crooked nails & zero consistency with nail length. The lady doing my nails kept telling me to stop watching her do my nails because it was making my hand tense up. My hand was tensing because she was filing my finger off. As my daughters polish was drying the staff came over to look at my nails and my daughters and we're talking crap about they way the looked. Not in English of course. The conversation was very obvious as to what they were discussing. A small piece of advice when someone comes to your business for the first time for a rebase that probably means they weren't happy with the previous salon. Save your $$. I've been here a few times and was disappointed at best, bleeding at worst. Yes, bleeding. My first pedi there, the technician was so distracted talking to someone while scrubbing my feet that she went to far in one area and caused me to bleed. First they put me in the only messaging chair in the place that did not function, haggled about upgrading my services then did a lousy job of the service I did receive. I've been here a few times now and am very happy with the service I have received. Time is taken to cut my toe nails that are very close together and easy to clip my skin along with the nail by accident. Thankfully that has never happened at Elite Nails! Read Less

1 star only, because I could not go on to do the review with zero stars!I have been here several times before, in the beginning I Loved the friendly service and they did a great job. However, with each visit I began to notice the service became less friendly and the quality going down as well.Today being thee worst ever!!!! First it felt like they were extremely unhappy I was there and rushed! I had one person doing a pedicure and another doing my manicure. She was being rough and pulling and pushing my legs around to be in the position she wanted. He began scraping off my schellac on my nail before it had enough time to soak with the nail polish remover. And he pretty much broke the nail in half. I had scream to tell him to stop. He tried saying it was already like that, I let him know it was definitely was not like that and that he did it. So the Lady doing the pedicure had him switch she fix it with glue and some type of powder? He did the pedicure, the most half ass pedicure ever. Just like some one else said in their review I could have put lotion on my feet the same way at home and massage them better. Then to top that off  he did not paint my big toes to match each other! I've gotten a couple of pedicures and a manicure here as well and was very satisfied with how both turned out. In fact I don't think this place is doing that good.  When they opened up few months ago I thought they had a fantastic start. They were tending customers and of course everything was brand new.  However it seems every time I have come back it has declined even more.  The wait is always too long and in fact they don't even tell u it might take 20 minutes or half an hour before they get to you.  Forget making the appointment because they don't write it down.  They just say ok see you then but never is jotted down.  Their pedicure that they charge so much for, is just rubbing and not massaging.  The rebate is some times is good and most of the time is not good.  They are a couple of other nail shops in 4 blocks radius.  Then why here? 2 stars for the fact its new. Was easy to get in or make appt. but 2 for 2 very subpar pedi's. Barely a massage( actually just put lotion on like you would to yourself at home) using old looking dirty scrub things that i refuse to have used. And burnt my feet in the water in pedi tub. I could have done a better job myself and saved $25 x 2. Out of the 3-4 salons in the area, is it that hard to provide a decent service? Or have some sort of level to consistency? So many people in the area would be more frequent, but I will be going to back to driving a little ways to get quality. What a shame. Read Less
