I love my Shellac everytime they do it here. They take their time and my nails do not start trying to chip 2 weeks or more after they are done every time. The staff is always friendly and listens to what I want. My nails are in good condition going in and coming out but not worse. The quality is always consistent which has ruined my experience at other nail places. Bee does a great job and so does one of the male workers at this place. Went here thinking I would get good quality rebase and the last messed up twice. Brought in a picture of what k wanted and it look like sh**. I'm not one to tell someone I don't like something, I usually am pretty happy and just deal with it. It was so bad that I had to say something, I politely asked her to do a different color ( because she couldn't do what the picture was, which was fine) She for super defensive and waa trying to convince me that there was different lighting in the picture and it look great to her and that they were pretty if she just put sparkles on them..... The picture was a dark red that ombred into an orange.. she painted my nail black, waited until it dried and then put orange all over the nail.. It was awful and looked bad.. So, I just went with red nails and she missed so many spots on the nail. I literally have spots on my nail that are missing paint. I was upset and spent an hour and half there, I just paid her and left. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND ARBOR NAILS. Super disappointing Read Less

I've gone here several times and I've had good service. Definitely book an appointment, they get busy but will make you a priority. At first it felt like they were rushing through the process of putting on my acrylic nails as they felt loose, but although a few of them are slightly off-center, these babies aren't going anywhere. Came here on a recommendation and made an appointment for a new set of acrylics with Claudia. She seems to be the most popular and remembers a lot of her clients names as they came streaming through the door. I am a nail biter and went with shellac acrylics with French tip. Claudia was honest that they won't look great because of my bitten nail underneath. Overall a great service. It looked like all the technicians were doing good jobs with their clients. I'd return with any of them.If you get Claudia she is great but be prepared for a lot of interruptions as her attention is high in demand.Also bring cash cuz services are a bit cheaper with cash. Do not go here! My daughters pedicure was sooo messy! I had the dipping powder done to my nails and the guy had no clue what he was doing. Took 2x's as long as it should of. Another gal had to try and salvage it. Ridiculous. They were apologetic, but I definitely did not leave feeling relaxed or excited like you normally would after a fresh mani-pedi. Read Less

The only reason I tried this salon out was for a friends Birthday. Absolutely horrible!!! I will never return here. I left with my freshly painted toes chipped and my fingers felt like they were going to fall off. My acrylics lasted 5ish days and let's not even bring up my toes now. Very very disappointed. I would recommend anywhere and I mean ANYWHERE else! This was a waste of my money because the staff wanted to get more people in and keep there cash flow going. Read Less

Great service. They were able to take me right away on a Thursday after work. My mani/pedi looks great. Totally happy with the quality of the work. These guys are a bit pricier than other salons I usually go to. $44 for a mani/pedi with pedi exfoliating scrub & paraffin wax. You come in for the $32 mani/pedi ad on the window. But, the "extras" definitely add up fast. Read Less

You guys, I did it. I found the worst salon in Arvada. The service was inconsistent, my friend and I got the manicures and I got a pretty terrible arm "massage" (I am using that word loosely for a reason) and she didn't. My friend got cut pretty badly and her lady kept putting more chemicals on it, hurting her. So the service was pretty terrible. However, the actual painting job was even worse. It's streaky. So so streaky. Completely uneven. I almost wonder if she was even looking at my nails while painting them. The only good thing I have to say is that my lady was super nice. She did a terrible job, but she was nice. But I don't think "nice" is a good reason to pay this much money for  terrible nails. I am wiping them off now and reprinting them because I can absolutely do a better job. Read Less

I have given this place plenty of chances and I'm done, nails broke after 2 days they never apologized mypedicure sucked and my heels were very rough still they are in to much of a rush i spent 100 dollars and they don't appreciate my business for years .im done ,marilyn Read Less
