This salon RUINED my hair!! They hire people fresh out of school with zero experience. I had specifically asked the stylist over the phone if she could do corrective color, although mine was not quite that, and she said "No problem".  I was calling the 'Color Bar' of course, they should be able to help me, right?        So I went in to have my red hair toned...I had dyed it and was not happy with the tone so thought I would seek some pro help instead of trying myself and damaging my hair. My hair was virgin hair before I had died it. I was trying to grow it out from years prior when I went blonde.        Things escalated so quickly...I was starting to catch on that this woman had no idea what she was doing , but she kept convincing me she was going to make my hair look amazing!...well she did not. She ruined it. First she made my roots hot with a bleach wash, then she said she was going to do hi lights to make it match better, then she started bleaching my hair!!! Why?!!! She ruined my hair! Bleached it blonde and totally stripped the color from my hair.       The other stylists, who were clearly more experienced watched the whole thing, and nothing until my hair was bleached blonde, except for my bangs by the way. They left those the color I dyed them, because they were scared to put bleach on my roots and  thank god because they are the only decent looking hair on my head any more.       I'm not sure if she was the owner or just another senior stylist, but someone finally was called in to help by a watching stylist.      My hair was already ruined at this point. She did the best she could to fix it, but it was too late:(My hair was melting at the ends and I kept starting to cry on and off through out the whole experience.         They did not charge me for my hair. The stylist that fixed it cut my hair too to get the melted ends of my hair off. I had been there for 5 hours being a Tortured Science Experiment and they knew they fried and melted my beautiful healthy hair that I had entered with.       It has taken me a month to write this review. It has been really emotional for me and I have never experienced such unnecessary stress. They said they would finish fixing it in a week but when I called a week later I could not get ahold of any body. Then I asked myself why I would want such rude untalented people to ever touch my hair again!!! You guys are the worst! Read Less
