A pleasure to be here, they are handicapped accessable and friendly to all. I had a nice pedicure for $18.00. If you speak Vietnamese you can chat with the people, they do try to speak in English, and I appreciate it. A smile goes a long way, and the employees are always pleasant

Went for a girls day with my mom who has never had acrylics and I haven’t had any in at least 8 years so we asked the wait time he said 15 minutes...we were waiting for an hour so we pick a color and waited. They did any amazing job before they put the color on I asked if he wanted me to pay (since that’s how the place did it that I went to 8 years ago) and he said no after. So after my mom and I were done we went to pay and he charged us 10 dollars extra for the color we chose. I guess it was gel color. But it would have been nice to know in advance that we were picking a color that cost 10 freaking dollars more. I would have gladly picked another color if I knew. I didn’t have the money to spend $60 for our nails right now. I just wanted to treat my mom to something because she deserves it. But $10 for gel color isn’t worth it when you don’t have the money right now. Anyways they lost my service. I will for sure be going some where else for my fill and to top it off they pretend like they don’t speak English well when I try explaining to them that they should have informed us about the price ahead of time. Completely dis satisfied.

Just wow. I have gone to this place for 10 years or more. With my mother, with my friends. I tried to to treat my man and pamper him for his first pedicure, all to be told (after we had already were welcomed, stated what we were wanting and sat down to wait) that they were "too busy..." Wait, what..? We were sitting down willing to wait our turn just like the other gal that was there before us. Before I responded, I thought we were willing to wait so I asked "how long will it be?" To which good ol Henry said, "too long.." Hahaha seriously? Okay! You just lost me, my mom, and my friends. I tried to disregard his rushed manner the last time I was there, and being his first customer of his day was not very welcoming. I will never step foot into your establishment again thanks again to Henry and his sheer lack of customer service. There is more competitive shops in town that are willing to take my money.

Called at 12noon to make an appointment with Henry for 4:30 for BOTH fill and pedi, showed up and waited 30 min to even sit down and half way through he asked if someone else could do my pedi I said that's fine and 5 min later asking me to just come back another time for it. UM NO! I made an appointment for a reason and I cannot come back tomorrow which is why I came today. This is a reoccurring problem. Not to mention the cockroaches climbing by the sink and on the wall and my nail polish bubbling up every other time I come in here and peeling off before the week is over . Find somewhere else to go anywhere but here !!

The worst nail salon I have ever been too. I got acrylics for the first time and I was so excited for nice looking long oval nails. What I get is short nubby fake nails with a horrible paint job and an infected finger. I was lured by the great prices but I would way rather go to mindys for a few dollars more and get great customer service and quality looking nails and not have an infected finger.

This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. NEVER again. The older man working there is a rude disrespectful jerk. He flung another woman's nasty gel trash coming from her toes with the grinder during the removal process into the side of my face and arm and didn't apologize!!!!! Worst $18 spent on a pedicure ever! It was soooo disgusting! He had attitude when I asked for something to clean myself! Unbelievable.

Had a mani and pedi done by Susie (?) And it was great. I made the mistake of going back and not asking for the same person, and got this other woman that had the worst customer service I've ever experience. Her poor attitude started right away. I'm not picky at all, but i had to keep telling her how to do her job because it seemed as if she couldn't clip the nails correctly. I would give this place at least four stars, if it wasn't for that woman.

I almost always have a pleasant expierence at Elite - everyone does have a bad day every now and then. I have found, out of a lot of salons in the area they do the best gel pedicures for a good price. The gel never peels or chips. I advise to not walk-in on evenings because they tend to get busy before they close at 7pm - make an appointment. But, overall I do recommend!

Went in for a pedicure... they said the wait was a few minutes.. more like 15. Then they had me soak my feet in cool water... maybe they were out of hot water I don't know. The woman was nice I suppose but she hardly spoke to me. She didn't ask me 1 question.. what pedicure do I want... callous remover.. design.. nothing. She painted my toes so so and when I left I saw toe nails on the floor so that's a clue it's not very clean at all... I have NO desire to ever return.

My manicure ended up looking really bad, she didn't clean under my nail after she painted, so my nails stuck to my fingers. Never again will I go there.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to give a star. I went in for an eyebrow wax and they asked if I wanted a pedicure. I said no because I only had 45 minutes to leave and pick my kids up from school. I was told it wouldn't take that long and I had plenty of time. I sat down for a pedicure and shouldn't have. My water was cold, I got zero massage and lotion so hot it burned my foot. After failing to run the lotion in I got a cold towel that wiped all the lotion off. I got my toes painted without getting cotton between my toes so the Polish rubbed off on the next toe in minutes. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted so when it was time to pay I told them I was paying for the cheapest one ($17)! I left with only 4 MI utes to get to my kids school and never got my eyebrows waxed! Never again will I go there!

I've been here a few times and thought the service was okay; nothing special. It's cheap and that's why I went back but never again! Last time I went there, I got a pedicure and it was awful! The woman didn't know what she was doing at all! She tore off my cuticles on 2 toes and I was bleeding everywhere and then she put blue stuff on it that made it sting! No apology! Then she refused to use callus remover on a a dry skin area and she manually filed it off with a regular nail file! What was that? Seriously?! I came to get a relaxing pedi, but it was quite the opposite and I ended up in severe pain! I'm never going back there again! Also, they charge you extra to run as credit or debit!

I must be spoiled because I was surprised by the absence of my favorite Essie and OPI colors. I managed to find a suitable dark color but they seem to cater to an older crowd here (i.e., don't be expecting to see the latest colors).One of the ladies judiciously nipped my cuticles into shape with a couple casualties. Ouch! But I'm ok with suffering for good results. What I'm none too pleased about are the messy lines which detract from my neat cuticles. Can't have a perfect mani/pedi for $10/$15, I suppose. But maybe you can with one of the other girls? There seem to be quite a few regulars. Cleanliness is a bit suspect though so this place is not for the faint of heart. In the middle of my mani, a lady walked in and gave the place a thorough look. She promptly walked out. A bit harsh was what I thought but maybe not? I saw a sterilizing oven but I didn't see it actually in use. Hmmm...

Then she refused to use callus remover on a a dry skin area and she manually filed it off with a regular nail file! What was that? Seriously?! I came to get a relaxing pedi, but it was quite the opposite and I ended up in severe pain! I'm never going back there again! Also, they charge you extra to run as credit or debit!

My whole family has been coming here for years now. They always take their time and do a good job with my nails so I haven't had any real complaint. I noticed that they always give free designs to small children, which is nice. Definitely will bring my daughter here sometimes when she gets older.

I must be spoiled because I was surprised by the absence of my favorite Essie and OPI colors. I managed to find a suitable dark color but they seem to cater to an older crowd here (i.e., don't be expecting to see the latest colors).One of the ladies judiciously nipped my cuticles into shape with a couple casualties. Ouch! But I'm ok with suffering for good results. What I'm none too pleased about are the messy lines which detract from my neat cuticles. Can't have a perfect mani/pedi for $10/$15, I suppose. But maybe you can with one of the other girls? There seem to be quite a few regulars. Cleanliness is a bit suspect though so this place is not for the faint of heart. In the middle of my mani, a lady walked in and gave the place a thorough look. She promptly walked out. A bit harsh was what I thought but maybe not? I saw a sterilizing oven but I didn't see it actually in use. Hmmm...
