Ok, first off I LOVE this place, second the girls there are so incredibly talented it's not even funny. These girls are being featured in magazines just months out of nail school. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEBACLE !! Very disappointed in and my feelings hurt by MIKALA who does eyelash extensions there. Not only did she bump me from my Monday appointment after she knew I was way overdue for a fill and my eyelashes looked crazy, but also she said she would reschedule me for Wed.  She never got back to me to reschedule despite me leaving 2 texts and 2 vm's and finally 2-3 days later sent me this: "Hi. Im not able to get you in today(Wed) Due to my change of life with new baby and new schedule.  Unfortunatly I don't feel that we are a good match. I am choosing to cut back on work to lighten my load. My schedule isnt open anymore. Take care and I hope you have a great day."When I asked her if I had done anything to upset her, once again no response. So I basically, I was left to scramble to get in with somebody else (not easy as they book way in advanced) before an event I had that weekend. So flakey and unprofessional! Even had an expensive sound and lights baby present for her to put the baby to sleep so she could relax in the evenings. Well I guess she's right that we are not a good match because I would never treat a client like that, can work with anybody (basic interpersonal skills) and always get back to clients within 24 hours (basic business etichette) . After seeing pictures of how good peoples nails looked after coming to this salon I thought for sure it was going to be expensive so I went to one of the "regular" nail places. I was not happy at all with my nails or service so I said "screw it, I'll pay whatever to get really good nails and hopefully some halfway decent service." Tickled Pink FAR EXCEEDED my expectations and made me so happy that I found them shortly after moving here so I wouldn't have to deal with the crappy regular nail salons. I didn't know what I was missing from a nail salon until I came here. Comfortable yet girly setting. American Technicians whom of course speak English (I mention this because the place I spoke of prior pretended to not understand what I was saying because he didn't want to take the time to do the work). I was looking to get my nails done after almost 11 years and so I did my homework and found Tickled Pink Nail Spa online and Kristina-Ann (the Salon Owner) seemed to be the one to go to. It was super easy to book with her, I saw that texting was the easiest way to do it and she replied really quickly. Being a new customer I had to wait a couple of weeks to get in with her, but hey I'd waited for 11 years so what's another couple of weeks right! So when I arrived I noticed the salon is gorgeous, the decor is Pink Vintage and really clean, which is a must. I was a little early but was greeted by Kristina-Ann as soon as I walked in, she was just finishing up her previous appointment. She was bang on time for my appointment and took me through a thorough consultation, which I really liked because this gave me a chance to explain, that because I have very sensitive skin and previously when I'd had acrylics done, I'd ended up with very sore fingers. Kristina-Ann then explained all about the in's and out's of the chemicals that make up the acrylics and that possibly I could've had some sort of reaction to them and suggested that we go with Gel instead. She then explained everything about the gels and what that entailed and I agreed. Plus, I really didn't want to have tips put on and she explained every detail about how I could file the Gel like my own nails as they grow without damaging it. She was so professional and knowledgeable, I knew I was in good hands. I felt totally relaxed and it felt like I was chatting with an old friend. Kristina-Ann is a lovely, warm, personable lady and it's evident that she knows her stuff. She totally puts you at ease from the get go and I just cant say enough good things about this place.  I was super excited at the the final result of my nails and just can't stop looking at them. I went to Kristina Ann, the owner and let me tell you, what a wonderful, relaxing and simple experience! Not once did I feel that I wasn't being listened too or hard to understand. Everyone speaks perfect English, and the job they do on your nails is just fantastic. I haven't had a fill in over a month now and they still look as clean and new as when I first got them done! Not even kidding. I highly recommend Kristina however, I am 100% sure any of the other very talented women, are just as good! Send a text and book an appointment! What are you waiting for?? I have never had such a hard time making an appointment to a nail salon! I am new to Yuba City and wanted to go to a cool nail shop. I found Tickled Pink on here & loved all the designs so I called the number listed and it turned out to be a cell phone number and I was directed to text for a faster response. I texted & the owner she let me know she was booked for the next two weeks which is fine. She even took the extra time to send me the contact for someone else in the shop...cool. I text the girl she referred me to and she lets me know she won't be in the shop that day. I asked if she could refer me to anyone else but apparently only 2 people work in the shop on Saturdays? So I ask her if I can book something for NEXT saturday & I get NO RESPONSE. I understand there is "bad timing" but there's also "bad service". It shouldn't be so difficult to communicate and book with a business. Read Less

I came in and got a full set.. I wanted just a regular full set but she went ahead and did gel. Which does look nicer.. But I like to change colors often. I didn't stop her so I guess that my fault. Just make sure you express what you want or don't want. I got a glitter design.. It turned out nice and I was happy with it. My total was $48 which was a little to much in my opinion. I wish I would have had the owner do my nails.. I heard she's great. The $48 didn't even come with a hand massage.. I don't even think she trimmed or cleaned my real nails. Then, when I came home I noticed they were uneven and crooked. I should have called and complained but I just lived with it. The experience wasn't relaxing at all. I wouldn't to back. The salon is really cute but I just can't bring myself to go back.. I recently went to another salon yesterday and i got an amazing relaxing manicure, pedicure, and lip wax for $45. Read Less

Literally would not trust any other salon in town to put out the amazing work that these ladies here do! Always always go to the amazing Kristina Ann, (though I've seen Gina's work too and if for any freak reason Kristina wasn't available I would definitely go to her) her work is perfection and she is just the sweetest. Bling Nail Boutique is the absolute best nail salon around, they are artists with the most amazing ideas, your nails are their canvas... Never been to a nail salon so clean, cute and up to date... All the girls work together and share everything, ideas, products, fun and laughter... They are always going to new courses and classes to learn new ideas and techniques just for you... I always love my nails, I've never done the same thing on my nails and I've loved all of them.
