I used to come here all the time a little while back and my guy was Giang. He left the salon so I haven't really been back here. I decided to stop by here today to try and make myself feel a little better as I am currently going through a trying time in my life. My nails came out okay. I'm getting lashes put one and one of the workers says something in their language then says to me, you're pretty. I said thank you and another of the workers starts to laugh. The girl working on me then continues to inform me that, the other woman did say that I was pretty today and also that, that's why she didn't recognize me. Another customer looks at me and says nooo. A third customer looks at me and said, you're pretty everyday! How rude. I did tip and I won't be back. What a terrible salon experience to add to my already awful week.Not to mention, the girl working on me had told me that the guy overcharges so my nails would be 25, not 30 if he says. Then he stops her and said its more because he charged me to remove my nails prior. It somehow came out to 35 so they charged 10$ to remove my old nails? That's odd. Read Less

I don't like giving bad reviews unless I've really had a bad experience . The price is reasonable but I might have thrown it to the wind . My nails were done so quickly that all of them are chipped and I've had to go back in twice for repairs. Now a third nail is chipped and peeling , I will not go back a third time .They talk to each other and not to the customers which I find rude . When I've gone back in, I have to wait and wait for the repair and am giving someone in training . I have three different colored nails . I will never go back or refer them to anyone . I guess repeat customers are not important for their business. I will happily refer my friends to a place if I'm happy with their service but not this business Read Less

I almost don't want to leave a review because I come here all the time and I don't want to wait! But I have to be honest, Sophia is BOMB. She's done my brows and she does my lashes, and I always prefer that she do my nails...but everyone wants her all the time! There's a gentleman that works there that makes your nail wish his personal mission. He's super nice. I'm extraordinarily particular about my nails because I'm a nurse so they have to withstand much hand washing, alcohol scrubs, and abuse from the job. They also have to be professional, and last a long time. I have never been disappointed by anyone that's done my nails here...Sophia is THE one to go see about permanent makeup and lashes. She is talented, and a perfectionist. It always feels awkward to tell another professional you don't like something about the service...you never have to say a word to Sophia, because honestly her standards to her craft are probably higher than your standards to your appearance. On Thursday evening my sister went and got her eyelashes and a fill for her nails . I'm not a person who bashes anyone but I just want to let you know my review on her and her work. It's horrible point blank. Her lashes didn't last or looked Like a full set. My sister  was just cooking and they just melted that's not suppose to happen at all. Also she's never had a problem with her nails breaking every time  she gets them done, but her nail broke after a fill from KV nails . This review is directly coming from my sister .It's only been the third day since she's gotten her work done from there. The way she does lashes is very Unprofessional she uses store bought lashes and makes you sit up in a chair holds your eyelashes/ eyes for you, not using the tape process. Very unsanitary. Read Less

Great prices and great work. Sophia has been taking care of me for many years. It does get busy sometimes so if you expect to walk in and not have to wait when busy just give them a call they are always happy to tell you when to come in for no wait. Probably the worst manicure I have ever had. They rushed through my nails so fast that he cut me. No hand massage or lotion with this mani. (Which I feel is the best part of the manicure.) I had my niece there with me and almost thought about going somewhere else for hers. The place is so filthy, other people's dead nails in the chairs, I didn't even want to sit down. Just No. it's dirty, the girls are very hard to understand. They seem kind of rude and really don't care about your experience at their salon. Avoid if at all possible. Afterthought: there's no a/c and I see no fans. The smell of chemicals is overwhelming. Read Less

Sophia (the owner) did my nails for at least 8yrs before she opened her own salon. I followed her to her new location on Bridge St and nothing changed but the view. Since day 1, Sophia was consistent every time. She never had to ask how I wanted my nails because she remembered every time I walked in. I LOVE when a nail salon is consistent. I have been to salons and my nails look different each visit even with the same nail tech! I NEVER had issues with Sophia. I moved to FL and have yet to find consistency. Wife went to get her nails cleaned and done, so i decided I'd take her here and have her try this place out, turns out it's not bad priced but the quality was horrible. The lady cleaning her nails accidentally cut her with the cleaning tool, and acted like she never did it. Felt bad for my wife, now she's got mediocre nails and a deep cut. Feeling like it's my fault. :/ ... service was quick, wait was a little long, but it is a Sunday. Won't be coming back, rather spend 5$ more and have no cuts, a good quality cleaning and nice looking nails. Read Less

Went here to get my eyelashes done for the first time ever, and I've got to say, I love them!I will most definitely come here again when I am in the area, the owner did them for me herself, and made the experience an enjoyable one; she was very friendly, and fast with her work! My Mom, sister, and I were able to be seen right away, and were out to all get the same procedure all within about an hour, and to top it off, the pricing wasn't too bad, it was only $35 each :) Read Less

Came in to get a pedicure... the water was scolding hot, the bowl was filthy has hair and nail trimmings and orange polish floating in it. When I asked her to clean it in front of me and pointed all of the nasty stuff out she rolled her eyes and immediately drained it and refused to clean it so I refused my pedicure. Horrible service. And they talk in their language about you to eachother. I hope the health inspectors shut this place down. Horrible! Read Less
