I've tried many different nail salons in Yorba Linda and surrounding areas, Welcome Nails is by far my favorite salon.  I've been coming here for about a year now and I love the service I get and the relaxing, non-pushy atmosphere.  They don't try to add services on to their pedicures/manicures.  They wait for you to ask if you want additional callous removal or flower details.  It's nice to just go in and tell them what you want without having to decline so many uncomfortable offers for additional services.  This is a husband and wife team who work well together.  Highly recommend this nail salon. Came here on a whim to get my toes done land when I called she said $19 for pedi and $21 for gel, so I was under the impression it was $21 total for the gel pedi. I get there and she said it's $40 total for gel pedi, wth? Really nice guy who did my toes but that's absurd. I can pay $40 ( including tip) and get gel hologram done in Ontario. I understand the demographic is different here but I've never heard $21 extra for gel anywhere! Read Less

My pedicure looks great! They are very professional. I loved that they didn't push any extra products on me, so I actually left paying exactly what I came in for- a $19 pedicure. It was great! First time coming into this nail salon and loved it! They are called Welcome Nails and it suits them perfect because they made me feel welcome from the minute we walked in especially after being turned away at another location just a few minutes before. They are open until 7pm and and I showed up at 6:30pm needing two pedicures. I know I'm cutting it close but they took us in and said no problem pick your color!! We were the only ones in there and they did a good job. Massage chairs, Tv, magazines, and bottled water or soda was offered. They were very friendly and letting me know about a restaurant next door that is really good. I had come in with tennis shoes and the lady bagged them up for me since I was now leaving with sandals. Good service goes a long way and I will definitely be back for some more pedis!! The pedicure was $19 each. They have many nail services and waxing as well. This place is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Tammy and her team are very friendly and they take their time while doing your nails, I never feel rushed. I have a reoccurring issue with one of my toes and Tammy helps fix my nail so it doesn't become ingrown. Salon is very clean and has a wide array of color choices. I walked in around 6pm hoping that the Yelp Reviews wouldn't steer me in the wrong direction. I got a gel manicure and Tammy was AMAZING. She asked me exactly what I wanted and didn't judge me since I like my nails cut really short. (Anybody else have that issue sometimes?) It was just her and another girl who was equally as nice as Tammy even though she wasn't even doing my nails. I'm so happy I found this place! I went with my friend to go get our nails done before prom and we were originally going to go to Happy Nails since we didn't know any other nail salons, but we saw on Yelp that this nail salon had 4.5/5 stars so we tried it out! I asked the lady for gel French tips and she did an AMAZING JOB. I'm not sure what her name was, I think it was Rachel or Tram(?) but she's the young lady and she's incredibly talented. She was quick, friendly, and precise. When she removed my cuticles it didn't hurt at all! A long time ago, I went to a nail salon and when they removed my cuticles it hurt so much. She did a fantastic job. She cut and filed my nails and did all the other jazz. The gel manicure cost $29 which is very reasonable! I think the most expensive nail item on their menu is their full set Pink & White for $32! I'm definitely coming back again! 5/5 stars. Read Less

The gel polish lasts longer than a month. :)Excellent super comfortable massage chairs!!Excellent super professional service!Very understanding and considerate of what the customer wants!I'm always pleasantly surprised by how strong my nails are left after the gel polish is removed here, or if it comes off with time. My nails remain strong! They always offer water or soda. They actually turn on the massage chair!Excellent service!Would highly recommend to others! On point at shaping nails! I've finally found my nail salon!. It's been years checking out different nail salons in different cities, only to try them once and never going back again because of the unsatisfactory job they did. But alas, I have found the husband and wife nail expert duo which has ended my search for good.  Tammy and Tao are so nice and courteous!! The second toenail on my left foot is thicker than the other ones because it got stepped on years ago. It's never been the same since. Tao was the first person to educate me that I should not file it down because that would just cause it to become thicker. It shows that he really cares about his customers and knows a lot about nail care.I got the gel manicure and regular pedicure and they did a fantastic job. The cuticles are so clean, there's not even a smudge on the nail polish, it's simply immaculate. I'm glad I found this gem bc I'm coming here from now on. Read Less

I've been very happy with my gel mani/polish. Tammy does a fantastic job at taming my unruly cuticles. The polish ALWAYS lasts a full two weeks. No complaints here.Yes - you do need to call and make an appointment. There isn't 8-10 people sitting around just waiting for someone to come in. I came here for the first time based on the good reviews posted here.  I'm so disappointed. .My gel manicure is bad, the nail shape is weird, the application is uneven, and they use no name cheap products and try to use the regular color chart and match it.  So you won't even get the color you pick. I would ignore all this...but I have hard gel on my nails from a previous manicure to keep them from ripping.Tai just applied gel over it and it looks like crap.  There's a huge ridge.  They don't do hard gel because they use no name cheap products to save money.  So this manicure lasted one day.  And I have a rip.It's a cheap low end salon.
