What a lovely shop! I was greeted so nicely and pampered the whole time I was here. They have a very nice selection of colors. My service was prompt and thorough. I'm happy I stopped in here today.

Never! And I mean NEVER am I coming here again! Came for a simple gel mani. No brainer...right. First thing first i walked in and asked "is someone available to do a gel mani right now?" The receptionist said yes, yet the only two ladies were busy so she decided to start my nails. She had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone ...1 small bowl BOTH hands! instead is doing the cotton and foil on each finger. So here I am soaking my fingers in this bowl and it's getting cold the receptionist didn't know what she was doing and was filing the gel off my fingers but it wasn't coming off. Finally one of the techs became available and i had to love to her chair (we are now 15 minutes in and still gel is on my fingers) she asked me to keep soaking and they kept filing the gel off over and over.....Besides the fact she twisted my finger the WRONG way saying OUCH! Wasn't enough she really topped it off getting a cuticle cutter to remove a chunk of gel !WTH! They are gels not acrylics!!!! That's when I said ENOUGH and grabbed my stuff and walked out! 35 minutes and i walked out with gels STILL on my fingers and now lifted chunk of nail on my middle finger from her trying to CUT the gel off! Also the tool to scrape the gel was in a drawer that she pulled out....no sterile packs or anything! Just the whole thing was horrible! How do they stay in business??? I don't believe the receptionist is licensed and should not be touching anyone's nails! And your tools are not sterile! Needless to say I went to my usual spot she put my cotton and foil and laughed at how much gel was still on my fingers. Lesson learned stick to what I know! I tried to find a convenient spot ....instead i left angry and with my nails messed up!

One of the best mani/pedi's I've had in a long time. Van did my gel manicure and Lin my pedicure. They did a thorough and neat job. The salon was clean and they used tub liners which I always look for in a nail salon. It speaks to the cleanliness and care and concern the owners have for their clients. I will be back!

Should have paid for a regular manicure. Very disappointed. I went back to salon, and they re-did it, but said they didn't know why that happened (I had peeled all the gel off because it looked hideous). Next two pictures are from the second attempt, 10 days after gel manicure. It started lifting up at cuticles at 7 days. When I run fingers through hair, nails get caught in hair from lifted polish. I've had gel manicures many times with no issues. The finger closest to my pinky has nail polish lifting on the left side. Co-workers point out what a poor job was done on my gel manicure. Gel is Expensive. I don't mind regrowth when it looks nice and "polished", with no lifting. Wish this wasn't happening. Thought you should know, in case it's happening to others. Feeling disappointed

i live in yorba linda and have been coming here on and off for years. despite other reviews i see on here i have to say coming here has always been a great experience. yesterday i popped in around 1230 with the mindset of getting just a regular acrylic fill. i was accommodated right away (ive always been a walk in) i got MINDY and she was so nice and professional and was patient when i kept changing my mind with what i wanted. i showed her a picture off pinterest and she said no problem! i am in AWE of how perfect they are!! then i asked if their waxer was in and luck be had she was so after my nails i signed myself up for a full face wax. LISA was amazing and gentle and very informative on all other types of skin care. all the ladies here are great and sweet but mindy and Lisa are my new go to gals...trust me you wont be disappointed.

I recently wrote a review with the quote bellow. They contacted me immediately and offered a refund & free pedicure. Very generous but I'm still not happy with a lot that has happened there. He asked that I remove my rating soooo I did and hence am reposting withbgave an extra star for reimbursing me. Still not going back. "Went in to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday, they not only told me that I needed my entire face waxed but really was pushy to make me do it. Told them, 'no, just eyebrows.' several times. They then messed up my eyebrows making them uneven; supper thick on one side and very thin on the other (I'll upload a picture). Didn't find out till I went out to the car. Was not happy and went back to complain but they acted like they didn't know what I was saying. This isn't the first problem I've had with them and I don't plan to ever go back. Hate writing these sort of reviews but people need to know what they're getting into."

I have come to The Finest Nails and Spa a few times now. I always feel very relaxed when I leave and I love that they don't rush you out of the chair to get someone else in there. The prices are very reasonable and they have a lot of great colors to choose from. Lisa did an amazing pedicure! Would definitely recommend coming here.

Slow service! I asked for a fill and pedicure. They started my pedi and several times I asked about my nail fill. I was reassured someone will take good care of me. 1 hour and 10 minutes later a person arrived and came to work on my nails. They finished an hour later. Over 2 hours at this salon which is not right. I would not return. The place was very slow.

The new management is AWFUL!!! I took my daughter there as a special treat and the ladies (Kathy and Lee) were great. One of the nail gals rang me up and I used a $5 off coupon for my daughters mani/pedi. I got back to my car and did the math again but my total seemed too low. I brought my daughter back into the salon to make sure we didn't underpay (i would feel guilty for that and it teaches my daughter a bad lesson). And at that point the manager was there and I explained that I thought I underpaid, the manager then proceeded to tell me the $5 coupon shouldn't have been applied to my daughters service because it wasn't a full price mani/pedi, then gave me back the coupon and told me I owed her $5. I explained that no where on the coupon does it state that you have to spend $35 for $5 off. She said, well that's what it's for and told me to keep the coupon for next time and that I still owed her $5. I paid her the $5 and said we will NEVER be returning. What a horrible way to start and run a business!!! Another lady was also having a difficult time using a coupon in there as well.

So disappointed coming here today. My sister and I were bringing our mom to get her nails done for her wedding this weekend and my sister has a new baby and pushed her stroller through the doors and was greeted by the employee saying they were trying to relax. The baby wasn't even making any noise. Such a happy quiet baby. My mom has been going here for years and we will never return after this. So extremely rude especially for a new mom getting out for some of her own relaxation

This is literally one of the worst places to get your nails done. I got my nails done a while back and the place was empty. There was literally no customers there (that should've been the first warning honestly). Anyways, they sat me down right away and I just asked them to paint my toenails a solid color with a small flower design on my toenail. And the lady told me that they don't do flowers or at least they don't know how to do them. (who doesn't know how to freaking paint flowers they're literally just dots all connected together). But they ended up painting on this really pretty feather design which was really nice. And then after that, they took me over to get my manicure done. So I asked the lady if I can have french tip with the flowers (assuming that they were going to do the same feather design as a flower instead like they did on my toes), but no. First of all, when she was cutting my cuticles, she chopped of a huge chunk of my skin so my freaking finger started bleeding a lot and she freaking drenched my finger in alcohol so my finger was in so much freaking pain i was so close to screaming. Then instead of drawing the feather design as a "flower" on my fingers, the lady drew these ugly lines with a dot at the end. They looked like little ugly mushrooms (yuck). I was so freaking disappointed and vowed never to return again.And the other day my friend and I were talking about nail salons and this particular one came up and we couldn't help but discuss how bad this place is. My friend got a legit staff infection from this place.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE. PERIOD.

Don't go in as a walk in pink fill if you have never been here! Besides the nails looking like absolute crap and lifting all within a week I added an additional star because I revived a glass of champagne other than that I would take my business elsewhere. Don't get me wrong everybody is nice and welcoming unlike most nail salons but if you are looking for quality and beauty look elsewhere. I won't be back.

Their practice was very hygienic and it was apparent that they kept everything clean. I was impressed by the back room that they have devoted to bachelorette parties or just a get together with a few friends. I will definitely go back in the future!

Mediocre nail salon. They have such a nice set up but the quality is not equivalent. I got there and was assigned Linda and told her what I was deciding between and she was clearly persuading me for a certain one because it was more expensive. I told her to do one nail with a color first to see if I like it, she said ok, and then continued to do my entire hand. Once I told her I didn't like it she said it was too late and that she would have to charge me$15 more to change the color. On top of not paying attention to what I was saying, the paint job she did was super blotchy and she left dust in them and even dirt in one. I just thought the customer service was poor and the owner had stank face and was super rude. I don't wanna support businesses like this and hopefully this helps you decide Incase you are considering coming here.

I love the Happy Hour Special!When nail spas first got popular about 15 years ago, I was going from nail place to nail place and while the pedicure may have looked good, I caught a nail fungus at least twice. I am a cosmetologist and my expectations are California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, expectations. If you're going to run a business then it better be up to patron safety and sanitation---that's the priority. At The Finest Nails, Quinn keeps his foot spas spankin' clean. He takes care of his spa.

I tried 4 nail salons (after reading reviews on yelp and the like) after moving to brea before breathing a sigh of relief when I came here. The other salons (in brea) were mediocre to terrible, and the worst was when you think you could have done a better job at home! This place is clean, professional, and my nails were impeccable. They have the best selection of OPI and Essie of all the salons I visited. The only thing negative I would say is that they always try to sell you on the packages.... but ALL the salons in this area seem to do that. I'm a regular now!

Slow service! I asked for a fill and pedicure. They started my pedi and several times I asked about my nail fill. I was reassured someone will take good care of me. 1 hour and 10 minutes later a person arrived and came to work on my nails. They finished an hour later. Over 2 hours at this salon which is not right. I would not return. The place was very slow.

The new management is AWFUL!!! I took my daughter there as a special treat and the ladies (Kathy and Lee) were great. One of the nail gals rang me up and I used a $5 off coupon for my daughters mani/pedi. I got back to my car and did the math again but my total seemed too low. I brought my daughter back into the salon to make sure we didn't underpay (i would feel guilty for that and it teaches my daughter a bad lesson). And at that point the manager was there and I explained that I thought I underpaid, the manager then proceeded to tell me the $5 coupon shouldn't have been applied to my daughters service because it wasn't a full price mani/pedi, then gave me back the coupon and told me I owed her $5. I explained that no where on the coupon does it state that you have to spend $35 for $5 off. She said, well that's what it's for and told me to keep the coupon for next time and that I still owed her $5. I paid her the $5 and said we will NEVER be returning. What a horrible way to start and run a business!!! Another lady was also having a difficult time using a coupon in there as well.

Never have I been more discriminated against walking into this nail place that my mom has gone to for years. I had barely opened the door with my child who was not crying or anything in a stroller and was greeted by a employee saying their trying to relax!
We were trying to take our mom to get our nails done for her wedding this weekend and my baby is only a couple months old and still nurses hence he was with us. We will never come back here again

So disappointed coming here today. My sister and I were bringing our mom to get her nails done for her wedding this weekend and my sister has a new baby and pushed her stroller through the doors and was greeted by the employee saying they were trying to relax. The baby wasn't even making any noise. Such a happy quiet baby. My mom has been going here for years and we will never return after this. So extremely rude especially for a new mom getting out for some of her own relaxation

This is literally one of the worst places to get your nails done. I got my nails done a while back and the place was empty. There was literally no customers there (that should've been the first warning honestly). Anyways, they sat me down right away and I just asked them to paint my toenails a solid color with a small flower design on my toenail. And the lady told me that they don't do flowers or at least they don't know how to do them. (who doesn't know how to freaking paint flowers they're literally just dots all connected together). But they ended up painting on this really pretty feather design which was really nice. And then after that, they took me over to get my manicure done. So I asked the lady if I can have french tip with the flowers (assuming that they were going to do the same feather design as a flower instead like they did on my toes), but no. First of all, when she was cutting my cuticles, she chopped of a huge chunk of my skin so my freaking finger started bleeding a lot and she freaking drenched my finger in alcohol so my finger was in so much freaking pain i was so close to screaming. Then instead of drawing the feather design as a "flower" on my fingers, the lady drew these ugly lines with a dot at the end. They looked like little ugly mushrooms (yuck). I was so freaking disappointed and vowed never to return again.And the other day my friend and I were talking about nail salons and this particular one came up and we couldn't help but discuss how bad this place is. My friend got a legit staff infection from this place.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE. PERIOD.

Don't go in as a walk in pink fill if you have never been here! Besides the nails looking like absolute crap and lifting all within a week I added an additional star because I revived a glass of champagne other than that I would take my business elsewhere. Don't get me wrong everybody is nice and welcoming unlike most nail salons but if you are looking for quality and beauty look elsewhere. I won't be back.

Tried out the Finest Nails for the first and absolutely loved it! I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The girls that worked there were super nice and accommodating. Their practice was very hygienic and it was apparent that they kept everything clean. I was impressed by the back room that they have devoted to bachelorette parties or just a get together with a few friends. I will definitely go back in the future!

Mediocre nail salon. They have such a nice set up but the quality is not equivalent. I got there and was assigned Linda and told her what I was deciding between and she was clearly persuading me for a certain one because it was more expensive. I told her to do one nail with a color first to see if I like it, she said ok, and then continued to do my entire hand. Once I told her I didn't like it she said it was too late and that she would have to charge me$15 more to change the color. On top of not paying attention to what I was saying, the paint job she did was super blotchy and she left dust in them and even dirt in one. I just thought the customer service was poor and the owner had stank face and was super rude. I don't wanna support businesses like this and hopefully this helps you decide Incase you are considering coming here.

So I've come here a few times and every time I am disappointed! I thought it was just the same person so I changed it up but no it's all of them! From my acrylics being crappy to my gel nails. I pay all that money and for what? To have my nails look like a 5 year old did them?! The only good thing is the girl knows how to do eyebrows. Other than that I think I have given them enough chances so I will not be returning.

I have been coming here for several years for my pedis. I admired someone's pedicure and she told me she got it done at The Finest Nails. This is the only nail spa that I get my pedicures done. I love the Happy Hour Special!When nail spas first got popular about 15 years ago, I was going from nail place to nail place and while the pedicure may have looked good, I caught a nail fungus at least twice. I am a cosmetologist and my expectations are California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, expectations. If you're going to run a business then it better be up to patron safety and sanitation---that's the priority. At The Finest Nails, Quinn keeps his foot spas spankin' clean. He takes care of his spa.

I tried 4 nail salons (after reading reviews on yelp and the like) after moving to brea before breathing a sigh of relief when I came here. The other salons (in brea) were mediocre to terrible, and the worst was when you think you could have done a better job at home! This place is clean, professional, and my nails were impeccable. They have the best selection of OPI and Essie of all the salons I visited. The only thing negative I would say is that they always try to sell you on the packages.... but ALL the salons in this area seem to do that. I'm a regular now!
