My friend and I did a walk in and we were greeted very quickly. We were immediately seated and they asked what we wanted to have done. We both got acrylic nails with a gel color on top. The nail tech was very nice but she cut 4 of my cuticles and they started bleeding. I did not want to bother her so I did not mention that everytime she placed the brush to apply the acrylic, the liquid made the cuts sting a little. It felt a little rushed because there was also a gap between my nail and cuticle in color (there were no other customers besides me and my friend) . I asked for an almond shape and she applied the acrylic on the center portion of my nail without covering the sides. But, I did like the length and color that I recieved. It has only been one week since I went and it looks like I need to go back for a fill. So I initially loved the way my nails came out and they lasted almost 3 weeks. However, I was going over my bank statement today and noticed that they charged me $35 MORE than what it cost to do my nails. My manicure cost $25, with a $5 tip, and I was charged $65. BEST nail salon ever!!! This place is amazing! This was our first time here. It's super clean and trendy. We got 3 pedicures and two manicures. My youngest daughter showed them a picture of what she wanted and they did an excellent job! Not only did they go above and beyond as far as their willingness to do a good job. Realistically more like 2.5-2.75 stars.  When I first tried this nail bar I thought wow...they do a really great job and the gel lasts a really long time, but alas that has faded and I find myself not wanting to revisit.  Now I must state that the staff is very friendly and they always greet you with a smile and a laugh, but after three visits that runs thin and you begin focusing on the services that are being rendered.  Id like to start off by stating that my second and third visit were about one week apart....not because I got sick of my color and wanted a change, but because my gels were lifting and my toe nail polish had chipped.  I almost had a feeling the toes were going to go quick seeing as I watched my very friendly tech thin out the nail polish in front of me.  Now, I understand that this can be standard practice at some nail salons, but ultimately it thins the polish and in turn thins your results.  Now to continue....My gels are VERY thick, uneven and a week in they began lifting.  My toes (regular color) are....not good.  The poor tech had to paint them three times...yes, three times.  Why you ask? (aside from me being very particular)  The nail lacquer was THICK....it would get globed on and simply did not rest smoothly. The second time? Same issue.  Third time? This was the cherry on top.  Once she was done applying the last lacquer coat, as normal they apply the clear top coat.  Well I sat there and looked at them and looked and looked from afar and realized my now super thick nails had streaks on them; orange and red streaks.  Clearly they had used the top coat previously on someone that had selected a lovely shade of red.  I can understand that it happens, but the frustrating part was that the tech saw this, did nothing until I mentioned something. I highly doubt they wouldve found anything wrong with them if I hadnt mentioned anything....maybe they thought I couldve passed them off as a sad rendering of candy cane Christmas toes.  Who knows?!?!  Needless to say, although they staff is very friendly, I will not be returning.  I gave it a go, tried and tried again, but ultimately they did not make the cut. So this review is long over due, but I love this place! After going to other nail salons that weren't too friendly I happen to stumble on this place close to my house a while ago. I'm glad I did! Mimi has been doing my nails and I love her! She does a great job and she is super sweet! I also had Ivonne I think is her name and she was very friendly as well! For the price it's a little bit more than I've experienced but I think it's worth it. The atmosphere is spotless and clean and they are all so welcoming! Was recommended to this place by a friend so assumed it would be a good experience. For the most part, it was. They serve mimosas or wine complimentary which is awesome. However, I have a feeling that some of the employees are also enjoying them as well. The lady who did my pedicure dug in when she was clipping my cuticles, making a comment on how much skin i had. A couple of my toes hurt afterwards but didnt think anything of it until one of my toes started getting red in the coming days and eventually turned into an infection!  Had to go to the doctor for antibiotics to get rid of itI really wanted to like this place but after having a toe get infected, I won't be coming back. Went in for a pedicure, all started well. Then the girl pricked my big toe with her tool while trimming my cuticles. That hurt like a b*tch! Then she cuts my little toe too much and it started bleeding (slightly, ok, but after stabbing me with the cuticle tool, c'mon!!) She apologize and squeezed my toe and it stopped bleeding. At this point, i was halfway done already so told her to finish. Yea, the nail polish came out fine. But guess what happened?! I looked up the best nail salons and this was it. Number one rated. So I've come in and yes it's true. From the front of their nail salon to the back of the inside of the nail salon. I've been looking since I've moved here in 2014. The employees here are amazing. They are nice. Not judgmental nor do they force you to their way. They truly go out of their way to make you happy. They are pleasant and the atmosphere here is very nice. It's clean and I love that they are clean in the ways they have their tools and items around their shop. I found my new place to my nail need. I've been coming to Polish for quite some time now and I love it!  Everyone is SO nice and the place is clean...what else could you ask for?  Well, now you can ask for a mimosa, wine or apple cider because they serve that while you're getting pampered;)  There's nothing like having a special drink (in addition to the little water bottle they give you) to enjoy while you watch food videos (they play the little videos you always see on facebook) and tv/movies.My nails always turn out perfect and the pricing is decent.  I go with the orange pedicure where they do a scrub, callus removal and rub your legs with fresh orange.  If I came more often I could go with a lower version but with such limited time, I need them to pull out the bigger stops when I get over there.  Sometimes I bring my favorite young ladies and we'll get pedicures and gel manis.......those have always turned out gorgeous too.Check in on Yelp for 10% off!  And don't forget, this is a local business, make sure to yelp them as well:)I will definitely be back! Okay! This was the best experience I've ever had in a nail salon/spa!!! I was greeted upon walking in with warm smiles which set the tone for my visit. I let the man at the front (who i now know is the managers husband) know exactly what I wanted and I was immediately sat down. He offered me a a choice of beverage between mimosas, cider, and water and I of course chose the mimosa! LolOne nail tech did my gel pedicure and the other (who was the manager- I unforunately can't recall her name at the moment because she was an angel!) Did my powder acrylic coffin shaped manicure. They both dis so well! The manager engaged me with conversation so we got to know each other a bit and I was just so pleased with her work!!! Unfortunately I did not like the outcome of my nails. I came in to have them do an ombré on me and it fell far from short. I showed them a previous picture of what I am assuming was a previous customer because the picture was from a previous yelp review. I came upon this nail salon by accident because I was in Yorba Linda for a dr appointment.  I have never written a yelp review before but just had to after this most positive, wonderful  experience getting my nails done at Polish Nails & Spa. Never have I been in a cleaner and most tranquil nail salon. She told me she just recently bought the salon and closed it for a total remodel. It is decorated so tastefully.They brought me a mini water bottle without me asking for water. They offered me wine or mimosa. ( Great for bridal parties) My manicure and pedicure were perfect! I was so impressed with the service that I decided to get my arms wax. The facial room bed was so comfortable that I joked that next time I was getting my nails done there!   This would be so perfect for a girls night or bridal party . I can't say enough..... I really enjoyed my experience at this salon. Kayla did ombré acrylics on me and Mimi did a pedicure. They were both so hospitable and sweet!! They offered me a drink when I came in (I chose champs) and graciously kept my flute full! The salon is absolutely adorable and incredibly clean. I watched one tv screen of music videos and another of those recipe videos you see on Facebook that are so addicting to watch. I left absolutely so impressed with my nails and toes. I have been looking for a place for a mani and pedi and needed to get my nails donewhile on break from work. Happen to find this little salon close to me. Looked on yelp and saw great reviews. So I went in not knowing what to expect. Was greeted with a choice of  wines or mimosa or soft drink while picking my colors. Had a gel manicure and orange pedicure. Very pleased with service and staff. After looking for a new place for the past year and a half, I found it! I read different reviews on Yelp and the photos of the designs they have done were just too cute so I had to come in. I have gone in twice now and both times I called about an hour to 30 minutes prior and they were able to get me in right away. For some reason, I always get my nails done when I'm in a rush. I've been to places that want to do a good job, but will keep me there for hours and other places where they rush through the process, and my gel will be peeling back by the next day. Polish really has done a great job with their efficiency and quality. BOTH times, my gel nails have stayed longer than anywhere else I have gotten. I've gotten so many compliments, and I love how clean their shop is and how sweet all the workers are! Not to mention their huge tv which somehow always has something I enjoy on! This place is AMAZING!! Came in with my friend Riza to get a pedicure and I felt like I was in heaven! Sally did such an amazing job I knew I would be coming back! My friend got a mani and pedi done at the same time which was amazing and such a time saver! The guy at the front who also doubles as a nail tech Willy! Was super awesome and accommodating. Met my Mom and Sister here last week for mani/pedi time.  Everyone was friendly and they were ready to take us at 5:30pm (we had made appointments but I'm never sure if they'll be honored so I was pleasantly surprised). It got very busy and for some reason ended up taking about 2.5 hours for them to finish all of us - which I thought was sort of a long time, but the quality was good, so I will return.Only bummer is that my pedicure polish chipped off after 3 days.  Pretty disappointed about that.  Other than that - a good overall experience.
