I rarely get my nails done at Pink Polish nail salon as the few times I have been, they've nicked my cuticles, causing them to bleed. I went in recently to give it one last shot based on the raving reviews, but I again, was disappointed as 4 of my cuticles on my left hand were left bleeding!! The next morning, my nail beds were so sore, red and swollen! I've been applying rubbing alcohol and Neosporin to prevent any infection! Definitely will not be going back.

I drive to a nail salon in orange typically to get my nails done, even though pink polish is a mile from my house... This is why:I came in (getting ready for a professional event with 2 hours of time to get ready before I needed to leave) with plenty of time before I needed to be somewhere. Well, the girl I has was slower than a truck in the left lane.We made polite conversation, but she was soooo slow! It literally took her nearly an 1 1/2 to do a full set with gel. Not only that, but the thumb chipped within a day because she neglected to paint the edges of my nails. Not only that, but the set seems super thick.I went in for repair of my thumbnail that looks jacked up, and the women seems to be talking about me with the other ladies and unhappy that I needed a repair.Side Note: ***I didn't even originally want gel, but they have such a low selection of colors on top of it all. Lots of neutral pinks if you're into that.*** The gel feels cheap and I have never had it chip within a day, AND it's still chipping on my other nails and I literally don't do any rigorous activity that would cause it to chip. Highly disappointed.A few years ago they did my nails crooked here, I don't know why I decided to give them a second chance. Go somewhere else.I never see business in there anymore, and no wonder. It's not a warm, or welcoming environment. I'm going to stick to my regular salon in Orange by the mall.

The owner of Pink polish is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Ty is great!!! She does great gel manicures & eyebrows!! We definitely recommend this salon to everyone!!!

Over priced nail salon and the nails don't even come out looking nice. I didn't like the job they did on my nails that only lasted a couple days. Never again only went here because it is closer than my usual nail salon. The front desk staff isn't that friendly either.

She took her time and did everything correct. I'm turning 18 soon so i wanted a design and she offered to do a heart and the numbers 18 on my fingers.

I wanted to give them a zero star rating, however there were two staff members that were pleasant and professional. The woman that did my pedicure was Not friendly and acted like she was doing me a favor, she cut deep into one of my cuticles making me literally jump and moan loudly. This woman didn't even apologize and the whole time was talking in a foreign language to another staff while proceeding with my pedicure! I will Not be going back there and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. On a plus note, the place was clean and they use sanitizing solution for soaking feet.

Great experience at the Pink Polish Nail Salon in Yoruba Linda yesterday! I was first greeted very nicely as I walked into the salon. That is always nice, especially because it was my first time there.
Then I was introduced to Hanna, who was so polite and very gentle. She did a great job putting on a new set of nails and was such a sweet person! Thanks Hanna...I am a very happy girl!

This is by far the best nail place I've been to. The staff are so friendly, reasonable prices, they never rush me, the place is super clean, and they do a fantastic job. This is my second time getting a regular pedicure, manicure and gel for 51 dollars. My gel and toes usually last about 3 weeks. I've gone to cheap places and it's worth paying a little more because of the quality they provide. I had Hannah and Van today and I loved both of them!

My mom and I have been coming to this salon for years. I've been noticing over the years that the service has been deteriorating. Today was no exception. I made an appointment for both of us at 1145. We got there on time, just as a walk-in came in, also for a pedicure. The woman at the desk told us to choose our colors and go to the chairs. As we did, the other (blonde, carrying a Burberry purse) lady, also walked to a chair. A pedicurist was about to sit at my chair and she looked up and saw the other woman and fully ditched me. A second (blonde, carrying a Louis purse) lady walked in and got an immediate pedicurist. I waited for at least 10 minutes with my feet in hot water for another person. No apologies for delay. Cut to the pedicure. My pedicurist was great. No complaints about her. My mom's was fine, but when she took her feet out of the water, they were blue. The pedicurist didn't care, but was concerned about her own arms. It was ridiculous .I'm disappointed in the treatment we received today (and in the recent past). I don't want to play the race card, but I can't help noticing patterns.

They're so personable here and super friendly. When my mom passed away, they even came to her funeral. Incredibly sweet. Won't get my nails done anywhere else!!

I rarely get my nails done at Pink Polish nail salon as the few times I have been, they've nicked my cuticles, causing them to bleed. I went in recently to give it one last shot based on the raving reviews, but I again, was disappointed as 4 of my cuticles on my left hand were left bleeding!!
