I came from San Diego to visit my best friend. I didn't know where to go but I desperately needed a fill and I needed my nails cut down. I was going to another place but my friend said I had to go to Nail Tech because they are the best in the area. I walked in and they were very friendly and escorted me to a station and told "Tom" that I needed a fill. He came out and introduced himself and he proceeded to exceed my expectations. I have to wear my nails very very short and he did a beautiful job, he even thinned them out! As I requested, he painted them the most beautiful natural color that I wanted and best of all he did it all in about 25 minutes. This is one of the best nail sets that I've ever had. Just fyi nail tech salon in the mall WORST PEDI I EVER HAD was ripped off and treated like me spending over $150 including a tip was an inconvenience to them. When I said I was unhappy with my pedi first I was argued with. I'm not into making an ass in public but I will let others know of my experience. I will post pics. I'm also leaving a yelp review. I paid for extra callous remover (they did not do I know what that procedure looks like) they didn't cut my toe nails left knicks in my polish. I paid for an extra pedi not the basic and my feet look worse than when I went in. But to be argued with like it was my first pedicure it was so rushed the lady even rolled her eyes when I said I need to use the bathroom im on a diuretic for my heart so that just happens. So DON'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT GOID SERVICE I WAS WARNED BUT WANTED TO MAKE MY OWN DECISION. I should've listened! My bad Read Less

My nail tech did a good job but the oil at the end dulled my nails and made them a grey instead of a black like I wanted. Before the oil they were great. Not sure if they need the oil but I wish I skipped that last part. Read Less

This place was amazing ! I called and got in within 30 minutes and was out in about an hour ! I was super impressed. Every nail place I've been too when I asked for stiletto they give me almond shape  but Nails Tech did exactly what I asked for and fast ! I will keep coming back to get my nails done ! Will never go back. Worst customer service ever. I took my 5 yr old daughter to get her nails painted for Christmas and had me wait for like 1/2hr. A girl walked in after me who had to leave within an hour and wanted a manicure and pedicure. She received service right away. 2 girls were working on her at the same time. One giving her the manicure while the other one was doing her pedicure and during this time my daughter was still waiting. When they finally decided to work on my daughters nails, they refused to do a little Christmas design on her nails because her nails were too "small". This was the first time my daughter was getting her nails done and was super excited otherwise I would have left when they had us wait for so long. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

My sisters went to get a mani/pedi. While there they notice there were baby roaches on the counter. GROSS! Not going to mention how nasty their pedicures came out. Totally disappointment!!!No recommendations more a beware of bad services!!! Read Less

This is the second time I have tried a pedicure here. Last time was ok. They shaped my toe nails kind of weird but it wasn't horrible. The polish didn't seem that smooth though. This time I tried a pedicure again. I didn't get the cheapest option in hopes of a longer massage. No, it was extremely short. The polish was ok. They don't have a lot of color options though.  I'm Usually looking for something neutral. Not a lot of options there. The polishes look really old too. She frequently got the polish on my skin and was having to get it off with her nail. This did end up leaving some still on my skin when she was done. When she was finished, she was putting my shoe on and hit my toe. Totally fine, that happens. But she just painted over that part instead of redoing it. Making it clumpy. Then I sat and had them dry after. When I went to pay, I looked and the polish finish was very textered and not smooth. Like it had separated. Frusterating when you just paid $30 for basically a quick (and pretty vigorous-not fluid or gentle) rub down pedicure. I showed her and she said well do you want me to re do it? I asked if it would look the same, and she just shrugged her shoulders. I left very frustrated. I even went to another salon just to have them re painted. No problem there. I want to point out that all the employees at nails tech were very very nice and friendly. But that's it the only thing I'm looking for in a pedicure. Definitely would not go back again. Read Less

I feel cheated after spending $40 at this salon. It took her 1 and a half hour to finish my feet and hands.. And it wasn't even pretty. I endured the painful process and even tipped her. I don't want her to do my nails again. Such a waste of money. Feel so sad. Read Less
