Tracy was detail oriented, compassionate, and great at keeping me company so I didn't feel awkward just sitting there. She was really dedicated to making me look the best I possibly could and seriously she did a great job. I got the red and black ombre and it came out perfect not to mention the shape of the nails were exactly what I wanted. I'm going there any time I want my nails done. It’s extremely hard to find good nail techs that do good work for a reasonable price. I have been to this shop twice and I absolutely loved my nails the first time I came. Upon my second experience I wasn’t in love with my nails and called the shop and was able to make an appointment that same day to get them fixed free of charge. Super unprofessional and rough with my daughter. I got a gel manicure like normal and picked a color with glitter. When I went to pay they changed my payment paper to charge an extra $10 for glitter. I asked to speak with the owner due to false advertising on their manicure and the owner started raising her voice to me and told me that she would take my polish off if I didn’t want to pay the extra $10. I've attempted many nail salons in the healdsburg/Windsor area and this is by far my favorite place to go. I've been going to Shiloh for about a year and a half every two weeks for gel manicures and regular pedicures. If I can make any recommendation it would be to make an appointment. They lady who did my nails was uninterested in my pedicure and paid little to no attention to me. My nails were cricked and she payed no time to my cuticles. My whole service lasted about 10 minutes. I came in, got an appointment for later. I showed up a little early and still waited over 30 minutes past my appointment before they put me in a chair. The pedicure itself lasted less than 20 mins. They didn't put a top or base coat on. After the guy was done he just walked away and never came back. Eventually the lady doing a pedicure next to me asked if I wanted to leave. I said I would if nails were dry. Instead of checking and putting on shoes she lifted the arm rest and walked away. I tried this salon since my normal one was closed but I will not be returning. Unfortunately my experience at Grace Nails was less than ideal. A friend and I scheduled appointments for dip powder and pedicures and when we arrived at our scheduled time, they informed us that only one person knew how to do dip powder so we would have to be separated (one getting the pedicure while one got the dip powder done on our nails). Since we scheduled two pedicures and dip nails for the same time, we were expecting to be able to actually sit next to each other and ...spend time together, otherwise we would have just planned to come separately. Our disappointment continued as the water for our pedicures was lukewarm at best and we had at minimum three people switching between doing our pedicures and someone else's nails. The dip powder experience at Grace Nails was by far the worst part of our experience. There were less than ten colors to choose from, and they didn't know what dips corresponded to which color on the samples, so we ended up not even getting the correct color on our nails. Both of us suffered from extreme pain in our fingers in the days following our appointments, from them drilling too much on our natural nails. We get dip powder faithfully every three weeks and have never experienced these after-effects from other salons. Within 24 hours after our appointments, our top coats both started chipping and peeling off. At this point I would prefer to have my money refunded, as I don't want any more filing done on my nails. I wish I could say my experience was better here, as the employees were very nice and fun to talk to, but the service itself was underwhelming at best. Went to get a pedicure. Took an hour and a half, but I was only worked on for 15 minutes of that time. The person doing my toes was also doing two other people's toes at the same time. No top or bottom coat was put on and they have already chipped in many places. Will never return. Read Less

My Mother-in-Law and I came in today for pedicures and thought it was a very nice place, but the service was terrible. We had one gentleman doing both of our pedicures at the SAME time and that took away the relaxation that a pedicure is supposed to give. On top of that, the guy kept saying "wow" with a disgusted look on his face while attempting to give my pedicure. He was scrubbing my Mother-in-Laws foot and stopped midway and gave a nasty look and said "wow" once again. Wh...ether the feet are pretty or not; it is their job to do what they are trained- not make a client feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. To end this ridiculous experience both my Mother-in-Law and I already have chipped toes because the paint was put on too thick. It wasn't even dry after 2 hours! Went with my friends here, my two friends seemed to have great service, as I went to get my nails done, I noticed the guy doing my nails had warts all over his hands. Are you kidding me? I am disgusted. Never going back again, they acted like it was no big deal either. Not to mention their were two other ladies that at the time could have finished my nails but one was on their phone, and the other was in back.
